10MP- Conspiracy of the Rich.

Thus we have 52 high impact projects worth RM63, 000,000,000. That's 63 thousand million. We shall see who gets to build the 7 highways worth RM19, 000,000,000. We are also building 2 coal fired electricity plants worth RM 7,000,000,000. Will that be furthering the cause of green technology?
Sungai Buloh land will be developed jointly by EPF and its partners for RM10,000,000,000. I have written about the development of the Sungai Besi Air Force Base . It will be led by the 1MDB- nee Terengganu Sovereign Fund. It will be advised by that splendid young man Taek Jho Low and his Qatari friends. Who knows at the launching of the project we shall be entertained by the likes of Usher, J.Lo and Rihana. Let's see whether they will develop this properly directly or they will do what privileged business people do- flip deals by selling the package to another party.
RM18,000,000,000 will be spent on 2 aluminum smelting plants, absorbing the excess electricity generated by the Bakun Dam. PETRONAS will construct LNG regassification plant for RM 3,000,000,000. We shall watch closely who PETRONAS appoints as its contractors.
Of course the government will subsidise the financing of these projects. It has created a financing vehicle to help spend RM 20,000,000,000. This isn't termed as subsidy. Subsidies are those expenditures that are not reciprocated by giving value. These companies give value so; the RM 20,000,000,000 is not subsidy. Subsidy is given to lazy people mostly Malays and so must be rescinded. These are those who clamoured for affirmative action policies but who didn't become market friendly.
But this RM20,000 million is expected to generate 200,000 million. That's value. Hence we can justify dishing out that amount at low interest rates.
Subsides are given to people who will bankrupt the country. Because the recipients are mostly Malays, this means the people responsible for bankrupting this nation are Malays. If we dig deeper, we shall discover that the particular Malays who bankrupt this nation are probably the ULM- UMNO linked Malays who are also the most prominent rent seekers led of course by Malay royalties, and the puteras in the bumi.
How much did we lose in the PKFZ project? RM 12,000,000,000? Well some portion from this 20,000 million will be used to finance a land reclamation project in Westport the same black hole that sucked  in tons of money for which no one was accountable for. It's a financial ghost-town which the government wants to exorcise.
Michelle Yeoh will be singing praises hearing that some of this cheap money will go to the construction of a Truly Asia Centre.  Malaysia- Truly Asia. Why do we need to finance a project in Iskandar Malaysia when IM has already got lots of funds? Has the Corridor been breached?

Let us bloggers do the monitoring and list them on our website on the projects for 10MP. who are the recipients and amount subsidise given.
I think this would be the best effort we could do for the rakyat.

Have a look at the past for a glimpse of the future....

Look at the history of Abdullah Hukum privatisation. It was initially awarded to Yayasan Gerakbakti pre its 100% owned by SP Setia.

Thats the real game Dato...lets grab all the available lands NOW...then we can wait for 20 years to develop it.The land grab is cheap..only have to put up proposals, masterplans etc..and to throw bits of million dollars to entertain the cronies.

Probably Abdullah Hukum is worth only 30/ft2 in 2000 but now (with the comfort of owning RIGHTS to develop the land without incurring holding cost) the land maybe worth RM 500 /ft2?

So,grab all DEVELOPMENT RIGHTS to all the prime govt land NOW..and just sit back and see your wealth multiply with ZERO risk.Smart investment indeed.

The option>>Govt sells the land to HIGHEST bidder..fullstop.With the incurred investment cost you will get SERIOUS investors bukan yang main2 punya.

Btw..still can't trace when did Abdullah Hukum become 100% SP Setia..and how much DID Yayasan Gerakbakti gets from the deal.SP Setia will make a few billions with their proposed Rm 6 billion GDV project >>and seeing the success of MegaMall its a no brainer.

I cry for you Yayasan Gerakbakti..and I cry for myself as being part of the system that breeds the guys who manages yayasan Gerakbakti

All the ZEROS looks awesome just like Rupiahs. Say take an average conversion rate of RM1 : Rp.2,800, my calculator just got blown away.

How much more Malaysia can afford to pay these 'rent-seekers'? Will there be any more money left for the future generations? Doesn't these 'rent seekers' have no shame or guilt for plundering the country they swear to defend in the name of 'tanahnya tumpat darahku'?

Flash forward 5 years from now, Malaysia will probably have to sell all the natural resources, whatever there is left, and the and also the land with a huge sign that reads, "MALAYSIA SOLD-OUT".

Reading your article here gives me the shivers running down my spine thinking about my children and their children future of which we call home. Yours too, whoever that read this comment.

"prominent rent seekers led of course by Malay royalties, and the puteras in the bumi."

Not all Malay Royalties; only those ULMR (Umno Linked Malay Royalties)! They also need to 'cari makan' the easy way...

Anon 14.07,

The Government is compromised. That's the tragedy.

UMNO has become dysfunctional.

Only one person decides for the lot of the Malays, and more often than not simply ignores them.

Sheer indifference towards his own people, compounded by his own people's equal indifference towards his misdeeds.

A lot of irregularities and piracy gets by right under our noses in bright daylight, sanctioned or condoned by the one person and the previous one person with impunity.

That's what's sick!

So cases like Abdullah Hukom, and all the other land giveaways, Pantai Group and Parkway, Ascot's sports gaming license, and PKFZ will passes us by without any effort for effective correction, redress and punishment.

It's all illegal, unjust, corrupt, immoral and with total lack of any sense of responsibility towards national interest and total disregard for the well-being and security of our future generation.

If UMNO grass-root memberships are too remote to be blamed then UMNO's second-liners should be held responsible and be cursed by us all for letting that one person and the previous one person act in such treacherous and destructive ways.

Shame on you, you bastards - the people trusted you and you let them down for some petty personal interests.
