The Raub Duriangate scandal. Part 2

1. I am no Bob Woodward or Carl Bernstein writing on Watergate. I am just a private citizen writing on the Raub Duriangate controversy. I saw the pliant press claiming the growers will be making handsome profits at the proposed price by RPDR-JV. They have not done their investigation properly and have no inkling what they are talking about. Did they talk to paid mouthpieces?

2. Did they talk to the current MP? At the capped price of RM30 per kg what handsome profits are the press talking about?
I have even bought Musang King at RM90 per kg.

3. The government has shown this. Is siding with the bourgeoisie. It's on the side of the oppressors against the oppressed. It has shown it's not an impartial umpire.

4. The submissive press shows they are on the side of the rich and powerful. Perhaps they were feted to a feast of jelawat or patin.

5. The decision by the government to in fact bully the planters, will immediately strengthen the resolve of the planters in particular and the Chinese in general, to resist and reject the government.

6. The government may bulldoze the durian scheme but will generate punitive political retaliation. It has generated a muted revolution.

7. It will never get votes from Sang Lee, tras, Bandar Raub, Bukit Koman, Sempalit, Sungais Klau and Ruan.

8. And don't think only the Chinese will reject BN. Enlightened Malays, tired of BN politics will too. 90 percent of the Chinese will vote opposition particularly the DAP and it requires only 20 Malay swing.

9. Raub will remain a DAP bastion despite the presence of a new army camp there.

10. It doesn't help knowing the government is Malay and the planters nearly all Chinese. I am not being racist here, but the gov's decision fortifies the belief that ordinary Chinese can't get a fair deal from a Malay government.

11. It further entrenches the independent spirit among the Chinese and enhances their choice. And they will not choose BN.

12. What happens in Raub, reverberates in other states as well. BN digs its own grave where Chinese votes is concerned.

13. The government says giving RPD rights can prevent environmental pollution.

14. I find this argument disingenuous. First, environment is the responsibility of JAS. Secondly, its not as if RPD is going to police the environment with extra personnel.

15. Then there is the curious argument that it wants to legalise the illegal planting by conferring a 30-year lease to RPD.

16. Strange, no? If it can confer legal rights to RPD, it stands to reason that it can confer ownership rights to planters.

17. At the end of it all, is politics. It's a political judgement call. The government CAN decide to give or NOT give land titles. It wants to show the planters who's boss. That it has the power. Well, the planters can later decide to NOT give their votes to BN.

18. The real string pullers are the group of chinaman behind RPDR. Its one group of chinaman screwing another group. If the planters decide to give the other cheek, what can we do?

19. Having failed the first time, they are now using a royal company to keep the Malays and everyone else quiet. The Malays in particular enter into a mental rigor mortis when it comes to royalty. The chinaman is expected to follow suit.

20. The planters must realise that the company with Royal prefix is using a Trojan Horse only. They must now beware of smartly dressed Chinaman bearing gifts. They are out to "tiu" sama lu!

The Raub Duriangate Scandal. Part 1

1. As a former MP of Raub (2013-2018) until struck by a stroke, I wish to give some thoughts on the durian-gate issue in Raub

2. I want people to know immediately where I am coming from - RPDR and its associates or whatever they wish to call themselves, is just a glorified protection racketeer.

3. The state government, in siding with RPDR is showing that its not thinking properly-its siding with the oppressors against the oppressed.

4. That decision does not endear the state government with the people. It will further fortify the people's resolve to resist the government. UMNO can kiss Raub a permanent goodbye.

5. As a rule, the government will always side with the rich and powerful. It's always on the side of the bourgeoisie. It does not protect the people.

6. Tell me sirs, how can you earn and profit from illegal enterprises? That's like earning income from prostitution. That makes RPDR a pimp. The P is pimp.

7. RPDR is a legal entity but earning income from illegal resource. Will the government now farm out prostitution to a legal company?

8. If the government by a stroke of the pen, can legalise farming out to RP, then on the same account can confer legal rights to growers right? What's stopping them from giving legal ownership to planters?

9. It's a question of either you want to do it or you don't want to. It's purely a judgement call made in the office at wisma Sri Pahang. That's where the MB's office is.

10. The DO at the Raub land office is sad to say, just an errand boy. Just another classy peon.

11. So tell me how can you earn money from illegal sources even though RPDR is legal? Might as well farm out the collection of online gambling in Sempalit.

12. As a former Raub MP I know a little bit of the Raub durian industry. About 80 percent or more, the durian orchards are cultivated from unlicensed state lands.

13. In the 60s and 70s the lands were cultivated mostly by poor and destitute Chinamen.

14. They would go to secluded, jungled areas mostly inaccessible except by bicycles and motorcycles to plant originally papayas and bananas. You can still see these if you travel to Sungai Ruan.

15. You can see why these areas are not cultivated then. Most of them were inaccessible, hilly and deep inside the jungles.

16. The industrious Chinamen cultivated and toiled these areas, planting them with bananas, papayas and later durians

17. They applied fertilisers, weeded the land and experimented with durian varieties. I was told that some old Chinaman in Tras can budgraft Musang King trees with their eyes closed.

18. That's experience you cannot buy off the rack. In other words the people at RPD have no experience whatsoever but ringgit signs in their eyes.

19. There are now slightly over 5000 acres of durian land categorised as unlicensed. Imagine if you were to pay RM6000 per acre per year you are getting RM30 million a year buta money.

20. 5 or 6 years ago, I convened a meeting between the growers and the precursor of RPDR.

21. Needless to say the meeting did not end well. The Chinese ketua kampung who arranged for the presence of the reps from the company, was not even present. He is an MCA member. The meeting became an avenue for tirades against the company.

22. One planter who cultivated about 60 acres told me he'd rather burn his trees rather than let the company profiteers.

23. Now, what are the onerous terms of the contract between RPDR and the planters,which makes RPDR-JV just a dignified rent seeker?

24. A slave master actually. There are so many terms that I not a lawyer find so detestable.

25. Planters will find accessibility to their own lands difficult. This is because RPDR -JV is planning to build tollgates at entry points. Will the planters be asked to pay entry fees?

26. Isnt the responsibility of determining ingress and egress into an area, belongs to the land office? Makan tidor je ke?

27. Why is the Land Office surredering this responsibility to RPDR? I find this strange.

28. The planters have to pay RM6000 per acre/year to RPDR JV. Not to Pejabat Daerah Raub. By the way the planters are already paying the Land Office for land use.

29. I am asking why should the planters pay RPDR? The income could be earned by the state government.

30. That's at least RM30 million a year. With that amount, RPDR can brag about building the largest durian processing plant on a 25 acre site in Teras or Tulai as the locals call it. Its free money. By the way the 25 acre land is bought or given by the state government?

31. Planters have to produce 2000 kg per acre per season. Is RPDR providing their golden shit as manure? What methods are to be used to produce 2 tons per acre? Please enlighten us RPDR.

32. On the 2000 kg, planters have to pay RM2 per kg. That's RM 4000.

33. In Raub there are over 5000 acres of durian land. (5000 x 4000) that's another RM20million buta money to RPDR. Does the state government get RM20 mil.?

34. If the state government can get RM20 million why should it allow RPDR earn that amount?

35. Tell me if that is not rapacious behaviour on the part of RPDR?

36. RPDR says it has to collect the RM2/kg bacause its paying the government RM10 per/kg per acre. I find this preposterous. That means its paying (10x2000x 5000acres) RM 100 million.

37. What kind of businessman worth his salt, takes in RM20 million but pays out RM100 million? Isn't that preposterous?

38. So kind of RPDR. Probably they pay RM500 per acre for agricultural land use. That works out to be (500x5000aces) =2,500,000. That's more like it. Take in RM 20 million pay out 2.5mil.

39. Once the planters signed the contract they become, virtually slaves. They have to produce 2000 kg per acre. So they have to toil. They can't get out of the contract. They will be penalised for that.

40. The planters can only sell their durians to RPDR. I can embellish my story by saying they cant even take home some for their families and friends. I hope RPDR is not that mean. Being the sole buyer it becomes a monopsonist.

41. As a monopsonist they cap the price of grade A musang king at RM30 per kg whereas the market price can range from RM 53 onwards. That's in Malaysia. In China, they can sell at RM100 per kg. WTF!

42. As you know the MK is graded into grades A, B and C. Grade C is not in the market. The damn company can further victimise the planters. What's stopping RPDR from grading say 1000 kg per acre to grade B? And pay a lower price? The income loss to planters is sizeable. What does RPDR care?

43. RPDR argues that its protecting Raub growers and consumers from foreign growers. That's balderdash. When I was the MP of Raub I hardly saw any foreigners unless RP counts those coming from other states as foreigners! Then the government ought to protect Raub people from RP!

44. RP also argued that it will help in getting certification from MOA. That's the function of MOA. It's unreasonable to withhold the giving out of certs to bona fide planters. It's not the business of MOA to find out whether these planters grow durians on state or own lands.

45. In this part, I won't argue the economic impacts of RP's intrusion into the market.

46. Rather as a politician, I will argue about the political repercussions. That will be in part 2.

3. Bila dicabar supaya menyenaraikan penerima habuan rundingan terus itu, dia membisu seribu bahasa lidahnya kelu tak berkata kata. Cat got your tongue?

4. Faktanya ialah kerana 99 peratus rundingan terus terjadi dibawah pemerintahan BN. Batalkan projek tersebut. Apa nanti lagi?

5. Kalau Zafrul berani, ulanglah tuduhan tersebut diluar Parlimen. Baru anak jantan.

6. Tuduhan tersebut mencadangkan LGE dan kerajaan Ph telah melakukan salah laku.

7. Senarai yang kemudian nya dibuat olih Zafrul mendedahkan bahawa, 99 peratus rundingan terus itu dilakukan olih bn. Wah! pendedahan itu melantun kemuka sendiri. Pandai sangat lahabau ni.

8. Rupa2nya majoriti penerima rundingan2 terus itu adalah kroni bn. Elok batalkan semua projek2 tersebut seperti dicadangkan seorang matlaon umno.

9. Biarlah kerajaan masa kini mendepani tindakan mahkamah yang lama dan mahal.Bukankah itu yang dikehendaki pitbull2 umno? Having made the bed they must now lie on it.

13. Antara Pak Malau yang berakal pendek tersebut termasuklah Tengku Zafrul Aziz pembilang kekacang dari MOF.

14. Sah dan nyata, mekngong ibni tongong ini tidak membaca Financial Procedure Act sebelum masuk dewan dan malas meneliti penerima2 rundingan terus itu.

15. Tidak membaca dan malas membaca merupakan standard biasa anggota2 kabinet sekarang. Apa nak jadi kepada Malaysia kita.

16. Jika 99 peratus diberikan olih BN bermakna kerajaan PH mewarisi shit dari BN. Jauh dari memalukan ph, pendedahan tersebut membuat ph harum bagai mawar.

17. Apa tidaknya kerajaan ph berhempas pulas merundingi semula kos2 tidak munasabah yang disetujui bn.

18. Ini termasuklah projek double link lembah klang yang asalnya bernilai lebih dari 4 billion. Dapat dikurangkan 790 juta!

19. Pembilang kekacang MOF.yang pandir tu, tidak pulak memasukkan kos ECRL yang dinilai asalnya, lebih dari 65 billion. Ia dirunding semula olih kerajaan PH dengan CCCC menjimatkan 20 billion duit rakyat.

20. Entah2 lebihan projek ECRL disapu olih penyamun Pekan. SPRM selidiklah segera. Kalau nak senang lagi buat macam ahli MKT cakap-batal semua 101 projek tu.

21. Itulah tanda mulut lagi pantas dari otak. Suruh Razlan bayar kos mahkamah-moga2 dia terkincit dalam seluar!

22. Apa, sebenarnya yang budak hingusan ni nak? Yang jelas dia tak ada clue apa dia buat. Orang macam ni bahaya kepada Muhyiddin. Baik buang dia.

23. Mensabotaj umno memang kena sangat pada tempatnya. Tapi memudaratkan Wak Muhyi sendiri dan geng sendiri macam menteri Doraemon,Zuraida dan Azmin apa hal? Budak ni loose canon.

PEJUANG nak kemana bila Mahathir tiada?

1. Bukankah BERSATU parti Muhyiddin bercadang menandingi 50 kerusi? Bila UMNO bercadang bertanding kerusi2 mereka yang keluar UMNO , PPBM kenalah ubah strateji.

2. Kemenangan UMNO di slimriver2 jangan hendak diherankan. Indoktrinasi 60 tahun olih UMNO pasti ada kesannya.

3. Aspek ini diketepikan olih Mahathir dan diulangi olih wak Muhyiddin nampaknya.

4. Sayang sekali aspek pengisian minda tidak dianggap penting olih Mahathir dan dianggap remeh olih Wak Muhyiddin .

5. Kedua2nya akan menyesali sikap ini. Jangan anggap pembangunan fisikal sudah mencukupi.

7. Nasihat saya yang pertama ialah jangan ketepikan aspek pengisian minda. Mesti ada kementerian dedikasi untuk aspek ini. Jasa, kemas, jabatan hal ehwal agama tempatan, pembangunan fisikal luar bandar, kerajaan tempatan diletakkan dibawah kementerian ini. Namakan ia kementerian pembangunan insan. Pejabat penyiaran tempatan dll.

8. Tugas ia yang asas ialah mengisi minda rakyat terutama minda Melayu, dengan ide2 kerajaan menggantikan idea2 racun perosak UMNO.

9. Ejen2 pengubah minda seperti ketua kampung, rela, penghulu juga dibawah kementerian ini.

10. Aktiviti penghiburan desa2, pendakwahan dan aspek2 penerangan dan siaran ramai juga dibawah kementerian ini.

11. Seperti kata orang putih, the writing's on the wall. Jika UMNO berkuasa kembali, PPBM akan bungkem! Jadi sebelum nasi menjadi bubur, PPBM elok mengambil tindakan. Kill or be killed!

12. Pecat UMNO dari PN. UMNO pun dah kata mereka akan keluar Pn. Dan pas sudah kata mereka tetap dengan Pn, UMNO ikut atau tidak.

13. Itu bermakna, hubungan UMNO dan pas tidaklah semantap yang digambarkan. Tidak aman kata orang Indonesia.
Wak Muhyiddin bolihlah menangguk diair keruh dan menahan lukah di pergengtingan.

14. Setelah memecat UMNO bincang dengan pkr masuk pn. Sisa2 Pejuang nak pergi mana setelah Mahathir KO? Itu kemudian kira.

15. Pecat orang UMNO dari kabinet dan glc2. Pada masa yang sama pujuk sosok2 UMNO yang malleable, untuk masuk Bersatu. Gunakan the carrot and the stick.

16. Tubuhkan bahagian dan cawangan disetiap kawasan UMNO. Dan bersedia untuk bertanding disemua bahagian UMNO.

17. Bekukan segala sumber kewangan UMNO dan haramkan UMNO menggunakan balairaya dan dewan2 serbaguna.

18. Haramkan parti UMNO. Lihat samaada mereka bolih berfungsi sebagai parti haram.

19. Kalau Wak Muhyiddin bolih meggunakan apa cara sekalipun untuk dapat kuasa, (by any means necessary) dan tujuan menghalalkan segala cara(the ends justfy the means),memperlakukan UMNO sedemikian rupa, satu perkara enteng dong!

20. Soalnya ialah, memukul besi ketika ia masih panas. Jangan lembab!

21. Maka sekali lagi saya tanya:sisa2 PEJUANG nak kemana bila Mahathir tiada?

Suatu Hari Pak Pandir di Parlimen.

1. Jika ada sebarang salah laku dipihak LGE semasa dia menjadi menteri kewangan, saya akan bersama mereka yang mengkritik dan mengutuk LGE.

2. Tapi saya tidak akan ribut2 macam baghal nak mengawan tanpa sebesar zarah pun isian intelektual.

3. Apa yang saya lihat pada hari itu ialah usaha menggila soldadu2 UMNO untuk score political points murahan. Mereka dalam liga yang sama seperti Trump - personaliti grab them by the pussy. Kasar dan tidak sopan.

4. Bermula dengan soalan wak banjar dari Pontian yang memberi bola tangkis lambung, si pembilang kekacang memukul kencang nya dalam court yang salah!

5. Wah, bukan main lagi kenyataan nya disambut dengan gegak gempita oleh kaki2 pukul umno yang tidak mahu melepaskan peluang untuk menyumbat points politik murahan.

6. Sebetulnya soalan tersebut ialah satu politically loaded question dan bertujuan atau mempunyai kesan mendedahkan ketololan si pembilang kekacang.

7. Maka terdengarlah tuduhan Bagan tidak telus, jujur dan cadangan bahawa Bagan pemakan rasuah. Agaknya ini kebiasaan menteri kewangan umno selama ini.

8. Terutama matlaon dari Pekan yang berkulit tebal seperti badak itu. Ya, si amirulmusyrik tu.

9. Zafrul pun mendedahkan 101 syarikat telah mendapat peruntukan sebanyak 6.1 billion Ringgit. Dia dengan bangga nya duduk menyangka dia telah membuat suatu pendedahan yang menggoncangkan dunia.

10. Zafrul macam pak sonto loyo. Dia membuat kesilapan seorang politikus hingusan yang tidak dipilih rakyat. Tidak dipilih, bermakna dia tidak tahu sepak terajang politik.

11. Kali ini dia bercakap dengan orang yang bolih bercakap kembali dan pendedahan nya akan dipersoal. Dia tidak lagi dikelilingi oleh pakturut2 membawa fail.

12. Orang Pahang bilang cakap tak semenggah- separuh2 dan tidak lengkap. Siapa yang ajar dia cakap separuh dah memadai?

13. Izinkan saya cakap dalam bahasa kebumian yang mudah difahami mamat ni.
Bila dia mengawan dengan isteri dia, dia masuk separuh atau suku? Asal dia bahagia tak kisahlah. Bukan hal kita.

14. Tapi bercakap mengenai wang negara, adalah hal kita. Cakap separuh amat pandir.

15. Tertiblah sedikit. Cakap biar semenggah. Tolong beri senarai lengkap penerima anugerah rundingan terus tersebut. Dan atas nama keadilan tolong beritahu kita berapa jumlah dan nilai projek2 rundingan terus semasa pemerintahan bn dan semasa time dia.

16. Ada faham dan ada teloq? Kepandaian dalam perakaunan tidak mesti diterjemah sebagai kepandaian berurusan dalam parlimen. Pandir adalah.

17. Kalau saya takde pengalaman sebagai adun dan ahli parlimen, saya pun sama menyertai mamat2 yang melopong mulut, menuduh LGE pun kongkalikong jugak.

18. Jangan jadi macam tukang2 jerit umno yang lebih dipacu oleh naluri kawanan(herd instinct). Sisa2 keintelektualan yilek dan kebenaran dibuang tingkap atau pintu parlimen. Yang penting ialah advantage politik.

19. Kita mesti siuman dan tenang meneliti maklumat yang lebih lengkap. Jangan jadi macam kaldai2 umno yang meluru masuk seperti pandir dimana malaikat pun takut masuk.

20. Malah si Cina bukit alias jinjang Joe tu telah memberi penghuraian yang lebih terperinci. Mungkin Zafrul boleh belajar dari situ?

21. Pertama dia mengaku memberi rundingan terus kepa 101 syarikat. Tapi itu diperuntukkan oleh Financial Procedure Act. Zafrul pernah dengar pasal binatang tu?

22.kedua, nilai rundingan terus itu 4 peratus dari belanjawan perbekalan dan 1.4 peratus dari belanjawan keseluruhanya. Itu tak diberitahu oleh Zafrul.

23. Dan LGE membuat penghuraian diluar parlimen. Tak benar, Zafrul boleh saman. Silakan.

24. Zafrul tidak mendedahkan semua. Dia mempunyai sebab2 sendiri. Diapun melakukan kerja setengah masak. Yang setengah masak yang saya suka hanya telur setengah masak.

25. Dia mungkin tidak melakukan apa2 kesalahan tapi apa jadi pada prinsip jika kamu memulakan suatu usaha, usaha itu mesti disempurnakan?

26. Orang yang berpeluk tubuh melihat seseorang sedang lemas tidak melakukan apa2 kesalahan, tetapi apabila dia mula berusaha menyelamatkan orang yang sedang lemas itu, dia mesti menyempurnakan usaha nya itu.

27. Bab ini tidak dilakukan oleh Zafrul. Dia telah menyertai kabilah apa nak aku malu. Tetiba menjadi crook adalah nilai yang leluhur(virtue).

28. Tapi disebalik episode ini secara keseluruhan, saya sekarang tahu bahawa melalui Financial Procedure Act, menteri kewangan boleh beri rundingan terus. Wow!

29. Bayangkan kalau jinjang joe tersebut slow talked 10 peratus. RM 600 juta beb.

30. Cer Zafrul cerita berapa nilai rundingan2 terus telah dilakukan oleh penyamun Pekan baby faced Najib Razak?

An idiot's outing in P. T. Barnum's circus.

1. If there was any financial impropriety on the part of Guan Eng when he was Finance Minister, I would gladly join others in criticising him.

2. But at the same time I would not be chorusing noises like braying donkeys in parliament without more information.

3. What I heard that day were cheap political points shouted mostly by UMNO ignoramuses. There were a lot of below the belt political points but meagre intellectual substance.

4. But that is expected from UMNO 's unrefined idiots. They are in the same coarse league of Trump 'grab them by the pussy' personality.

5. Acting as if on cue from the Pontian Banjar, the bean counter, from MOF acted stupidly.

6. So he merrily repeated the political kick in the groin, saying that 101 recipients got 6.6b financial largesse through direct negotiation, courtesy of LGE.

7. If I had never been an Adun and MP before, I will also join other mouth gapping Malaysians to accuse LGE and DAP of acting improperly.

8. Certainly I would say LGE and DAP are kong kalikong too. Dua kali lima too.

9. It's an epiphany for me, the bean counter acted stupidly or acted with intentional malice using figures that would be scrutinized and whose narration would be challenged.

10. Such behaviour is that of a political novice accustomed to being unchallenged and surrounded by subservient Uncle Toms. Now he's talking to people who can talk back and challenge his narrative. Something new to him.

11. Meanwhile, the UMNO rednecks acted with characteristic bellicosity and pugnacity shouting themselves hoarse without an iota of intellectual substance, scoring cheap political points. They rushed in like fools where angels fear to tread.

12. They were more driven by herd instinct like a herd of wildebeests. It's true when P. Ramlee described parliament as a 'sarkas'.

13. As to the unelected finance minister, let me be more blunt to him in a language a nitwit like him can understand.

14. Perhaps when he enters his wife, he likes to do it halfway or a quarter way. As Negri people say 'masuk suku'. Its not our business if he likes it that way.

15. But the narrative he gave in parliament is our business. He gave a half measure only but sat down smirkly thinking he had given a pièce de résistance.

16. Which is the infamous incomplete list of the 101 projects worth RM.6.6b.

17. Please give us the list of the recipients who got the money through direct negotiation. Its our father's money.

18. Ada faham? A complete list of the recipients. Its like the opposition asked-a list of the recipients.

19. Otherwise, he's like a cook giving us a half cooked meal. That gives us stomach indigestion. I am afraid I didn't bring my Gaviscon with me. Have to go to the toilet then.

20. Could it be the list(incomplete)he proudly repeated is the following one?

21. Then from far he looks clever, but up close he is far from clever.

22. If that is the list then he has misled parliament with malicious intent. He's in deep waters.

23. But I am sure that is not the list. Even a 1 eyed buccaneer will know it's not the list. But the bespectacled finance minister maybe seeing 4 visions.

24. He should be referred to "the what" committee, I forgot. Privileges committee, rights or ways and means. Pardon me. For having misled parliament.

25. Now that is a serious matter on his part. If I were a teacher, I would give him passing mark whereas he thinks he has scored a distinction.

26. He has joined the 'Apa aku malu' bandwagon. Being a crook is a virtue.

34. But out of all these I know now. There is a provision for direct negotiation. Now, that is a cause for concern.

Najib's faux pas

1. Rather than making oaths that he did not steal money which is already proven in court, Najib should be making oaths about his promiscuity.

2. For God's sake - He's convicted for his thievery not his generosity. Now he's criss-crossing the country evoking sympathy.

3. In a sense that's a cruel indictment on his defence lawyers. Implicitly he has no confidence in the due process of The law.

4. The Malays have a saying-the fish flips in the water, we know its male or female. Similarly, we know what Najib is up to.

5. Asking for sympathy he's trying to politicize the issue. He's trying to make public a private gain. The benefits he sapu the liability he wants to share. It's an offer we will politely decline.

6. Making use of people is second nature to him. He once told me what the Malays like most is getting free money. The minions around him are regrettably corruptible.

7. To him they are just digits to be manipulated by superior born like him.

8. That's why he wants to supplant his faulty legal defence with mass support from the people.

9. Give him enough rope and he' ll hang himself. So let him open his 7-eleven mouth. The more he opens it the more offence the courts get.

10. He's arm twisting the courts to arrive at a conclusion amenable to him. The courts which are independent will find this strategy offensive and unpalatable.

11. That's like bullying the courts into capitulation. A judiciary made of sterner stuff will not tolerate that. Hence, a more likely outcome, is the courts affirming the findings of the high court. Amirulmusyrik will be a special guest of the government.

12. It confirms that Najib is a selfish fellow. Asking people to overturn a legal decision, he's asking people to not respect the law.

13. Najib thinks he's a law unto himself. He can violate it with impunity. If he does regard himself as such then he doesn't need the people. Does he?

14. By asking the people to something in the PRU if they sympathise with him, he's asking people to do extra judicial means to overturn a judicial decision. That in itself, is unconscionable.

15. Also, he assumes the people will vote UMNO. Then UMNO overturns legal decisions against UMNO leaders? Don't let him make an ass of u and me.

16. By asking the people to do something he's asking people to throw religion out the window.

17. The principle of helping others as enunciated in the Holy Quran, is to help others further goodness and increase piety and not otherwise. To do so would be to invite the wrath of God.

18. Helping Najib is to fortify transgressions and surely that would invite the wrath of God.

19. But what does selfish Najib care? As long as he saves his neck? The people can go to hell.

20. After the baptism of Allah will the people smear themselves with Najib's filth?

21. The people may not be as sophisticated as sly Najib, but they know their religion.

22. The blasphemous and transgressors among the children of Israel were cursed by Allah through David and Jesus because they were transgressors and violators.

23. When they see among them those who commit crimes and corruption they keep quiet.

"Cursed were those who disbelieved among the Children of Israel by the tongue of David and of Jesus, the son of Mary. That was because they disobeyed and [habitually] transgressed.
 

They used not to prevent one another from wrongdoing that they did. How wretched was that which they were doing.

You see many of them becoming allies of those who disbelieved. How wretched is that which they have put forth for themselves in that Allah has become angry with them, and in the punishment they will abide eternally."

24. The people have a choice as how to deal with Najib. Let's deal him and UMNO a death blow.

25. Heed the sayings of our holy Prophet(pbuh). Societies before you self-destruct. The same fate can befall you. Why? Because they have 2 sets of laws. One for the rich and one for the poor.

26. When the rich violate the law they keep will quiet. When the poor break the law the authorities become vicious and oppressive.

27. Najib can also act stupid by asking the rhetorical question did I steal your father's money?

28. Of course not. That's when the state steps in. It assumes the identity of the aggrieved. Ada faham?

29. It's the state vs Najib. Najib is no saint but a lousy politician.
