The economic errors of the PM, part 4. Devil's advocate series 60.

1. The PM, to my mind has committed further economic errors 

2 . The much overhyped good governance, the perpetuation of monopolies, bail outs of inefficient companies and the populist whimsies of gratuitous income transfers. 

3. I actually see misgovernance in 2 notable examples 

4. Tax refund arrears and the spurious budget deficit 

5. If tax refund arrears is allowed to be 34 million, and we have no record of how much has been paid except for the unproven statement of the 2nd FM in parliament , the claim of good governance is hollow 

6. It implies slothness not good governance caused the tax refund arrears to balloon up to 34billion. 

7. If there had been good governance, tax refund arrears shouldn't have been in the region of 30 billion. 

8. It should have been managed to say 3 to 4 billion at close of accounting year. 

9. Ada butot ka, Mr Lim guanyin , Monash U accountant? 

10. If our tax refund arrears had been properly managed at 3 to 4 billion , that would have been our K-percent rule of tax refund arrears quantum 

11. I am not going to make you pusing kepala by discussing the K-percent rule of money growth, conceptualized by Milton Friedman. 

12. The badly governed tax refund arrears caused a spurious deficit on a false GDP. 

13. To my mind, the 4% deficit ( say it is 4%) is built on a false GDP 

14. It's a false GDP because the tax refund arrears is included as revenue earned , thereby inflating the GDP 

15. Let's say the false GDP is 30 trillion. The true or actual GDP is 20 trillion. 

16. It's going to be 4%of 30 trillion not 4%of 20 trillion. 

17. Now, that false deficit can hide a host of financial shenanigans. 

18. It can be used to provide soft loans to crony companies, bail out crony companies, fund stupid projects and opened the doors of corruption. 

19. So claims of good governance are hollow without meticulous policing and great care . 

20. The perpetuation of monopolies is the grossest form of government intervention in the free market economy. 

21. By not managing this, the PM has committed an error 

22. That will be discussed in the next article.

Ramai merindukan UMNO kembali.....ke rahmatullah. Devil's advocate series 59.

1. Sebab2 mengapa rakyat menolak UMNO dalam pru15, sekarang terserlah pada pembubaran DUN Johor 

2. Keangkuhan, kesombongan, cakap besar serta pekikan bergaduh, semuanya mendahului kemasukan UMNO dalam gelanggang. 

3. Internet serta sosmed dibanjiri dengan ampu2 dari algojo2 UMNO. 

4. Dibanjiri dengan alasan serta sebab2 kita meluat serta membenci UMNO sebermulanya 

5. Anjing2 ribaan UMNO mengibaratkan UMNO sebagai cakrawala dimana seluruh Dunia revolves around it. 

6. Seolah olah tanpa UMNO, orang melayu akan mati bergelimpangan. 

7. UMNO tidak berkuasa di Kelantan, Trengganu, nyawa2 ikan di Pahang, tidak berkuasa di Perlis ,Kedah, n9, tidak di Selangor, tidak di wp, tidak di Sabah serta tidak ada di Sarawak. 

8. Ada kita lihat orang melayu mati bergelimpangan? 

9. Ertinya, secara mutlaknya, orang melayu tidak memerlukan UMNO untuk hidup. 

10. Misalnya, saya melayu. Saya tidak memerlukan UMNO untuk mensertifikasikan saya orang melayu. Begitu juga dengan tuan2. 

11. UMNO hanyalah seekor harimau kertas. Yang mengkhayalkan hari2 kegemilangan nya yang telah hilang. 

12. Hari2 khayalan tersebut di gembar gemburkan oleh anjing2 ribaan UMNO di sosmed dan internet 

13. Naratif yang paling menjengkilkan kita ialah claim yang kata rakyat rindukan kembali nya UMNO ke pangkuan kuasa 

14. Cer beritahu teman, rakyat mana yang merindukan sang rembulan 

15. Katalah , UMNO ada 3 juta ahli. Tak semua gerenti sokong UMNO atas 1001sebab. Mungkin meluat tengok wajah wak J. 

16. Katalah , dalam keadaan sekarang, kebencian bukan kerinduan, UMNO dapat 1.5 juta nangoi2 yang sokong UMNO membabi buta kerana UMNO mainkan sentimen bangsa, agama serta tanah air(raja. 

17. Katalah pulà jumlah yang boleh mengundi ialah 70% dari population, yakni 21 juta orang 

18. Ertinya ada kira2 16 juta tolak UMNO. Atau lebih kurang, setiap 1 undi ke UMNO, ada 4 yang menolak. 

19. Maka teruskalah wok, claimlah bahawa rakyat mahu UMNO kembali.,...ke rahmatullah! 

20. Maka UMNO Johor masuk gelanggang bukan dengan keyakinan tapi dengan ancaman pupus. 

21. Bukannya Onn Hafiz tapi Onn habis! 

22. Ada orang lihat Onn mengistiharkan pembubaran DUN Johor? 23. Habis semua makhlul di rangkulnya 

24. Bangsa melayu, bangsa johor, Allah serta perkenan Tuanku Johor. 

25. Hello encik, Tuanku perkenankan pembubaran, bukannya perkenankan rakyat supaya sokong UMNO 

26. Tuanku itu, sultan kepada semua orang bukan sultan hanya pada orang UMNO. 

27. Allah pulà bukanya berada pihak UMNO je. God is not on the side of UMNO only 

28. Baik anta berjaga ya akhi Onn, kalu anta claim Allah berada pihak awak, anta akan di qunut nazilahkan oleh Ustaz pas! 

29. Maka biarlah keangkuhan serta kesombongan mendahului UMNO Johor dalam pertarungan 'Bila timbul cinta (untuk orang lain), pertarungan tidak berguna'. Ahmad + Daud normadiah. 

30. Orang akan lihat juga kerakusan UMNO mendapatkan kuasa. 

31. PRN ada tempoh 1 tahun lebih lagi. Tapi UMNO Johor nak juga. Kerana tamak serta haloba 

32. Kali ini saya kena setuju dengan lobakman, PRN Johor akan membawa malapetaka pada UMNO.

Johor elections: A chance to bury UMNO not to restore it. Part 1. Devil's advocate series 58.

1. The reasons for which you handed UMNO its most devastating defeat at the federal level are being played out in the dissolution of DUN Johor 

2. The arrogance, conceit, bellicose rants etc are there 

3. The very reasons we abhor and reject UMNO. 

4. The Johor state elections is preceded by the thuggish and bellicose rants, fighting talks, hate speech and so on. 

5. They underlie the preposterous claim by UMNO stooges(frisky women and men) that people longed for the return of UMNO 

6. Just who are the people who longed for the return of the prodigal party and the kleptocratic party? 

7. Maybe the 3 million UMNO members plus 2 million other servile people. Not 29 million other people. 

8. The social media is replete with adulatory praises from UMNO sycophants 

9. Did you hear and see what the Onn fellow does when pompously announcing the dissolution of the Johor assembly? 

10. He cites God, the sultan, race and bangsa Johor etc 

11. Giving the impression God is on UMNO's side and has the sultans consent 

12. God is on everybody's side and the ruler gave his consent on the dissolution of the Johor assembly. Not giving consent for the people to support UMNO. 

13. People despise UMNO and to the implied claim that God is on UMNO's side,it's fake and swashbuckling talk . 

14. If you asked Ramanan and fuzzy fuziah, they will say God is a PKR member! 

15. The people or rakyat the Onn feller is referring to must be the kong kali-kong people( group of monkeys) who in turn elect apes to the local Kong -ress(DUN) to talk themselves silly. 

16. Real people want intelligent people to represent them and the country. To articulate intelligently on matters of common interest to the rakyat and talk on important matters to the country. 

17. So if you don't want to be labelled as Kong kali Kong crowd, stay away from UMNO. Run! 

18. The UMNO stooges and lackeys are always dumbing down people, believing they can be herded into blindly supporting UMNO. Especially when race religion and king are mentioned. 

19..people may be quiet, but they are constantly evaluating, assessing and analysing the candidates 

20. They are not going after ape-ish looking people, looking and behaving as Stupids . 

21. The Johor elections is a chance for people to annihilate UMNO not restore it, to its lost glory days of free looting.

The errors of the PM, part 3. Devil's advocate series 57.

1. Another error the PM makes is his refusal or reluctance to gradually scale down central command economics institutions 

2. This is a belief that central command centres made up of politicians and bureaucratic can drive economic development. 

3. The concept was coined famously by American economist, Milton Friedman 

4. Our own obsession with command centres of economics, stems perhaps from the influence of Fabian socialism 

5. Tun Razak, our bapa pembangunan was greatly influenced by Fabian socialism. 

6. The beliefs of Fabian socialism maybe good and served it's functions in the 50s and 60s, but it never imagined it will grow into grotesque command centres controlled by bureaucratic brahmins. 

7. The beliefs of Fabian socialism run counter to the teachings of Adam Smith, the idea of free market economics. 

8. The ideas of Smith were expanded by people like von mises, Hayek and most famously by Milton Friedman. And countless other free market economic adherents . 

9. It's from each according to his ability and areas that interest him, to society what they want secured through price signals 

10. I am not going to use the term capitalism in lieu of free market economics 

11. That term carries much evil connotations, wrong most of the time . 

12. A group of people, the evil capitalists owned and controlled means of production 

13. The ordinary people, the proletariat have nothing to sell but their labour 

14. The proletariat are paid just enough for their upkeep but the value they created is very much more 

15. The evil capitalists appreciate the surplus value and this is the source of much exploitation 

16. The central command economic centres often drive the economy the wrong way. 

17. This is because they are driven by such factors as political expediencies and other policy factors. 

18. Not by price signals and therefore not,( economically) rational 

19. We can in fact call these central command economic centres as centres of economic irrationalities. 

20. These centres will need troops in the form of middle and lower ranking government officers to 'police', monitor and nursemaid the chosen economic activities 

21. This may lead to a big problem. Civil service corruption. 

21a. Upon retiring these people can buy 15-20 million houses at county heights kajang, taman tun or damasara heights. Houses with big land, high ' shilling ' and with 'water featured'. 

22. Economic actors respond to market signals not to directives from central command economic centres. They don't need EPUs or ICUs 

23. They have their own. Internal EPUs and ICUs. 

24. I am constantly amazed at the ingenuity of our petty traders such as restaurant operators 

25. They come out with novelty dishes and premises with good ambiance. 

26. Certainly they do not respond to the dictates of the central command centres but to free market signals. 

27. Like Friedman said, greater economic achievements are gotten when economic actors respond to free market signals 

28. The refusal and reluctance of the PM to scale down gradually the size of the central command economics, I believe is more due to ignorance and not giving much thought to this edifice from the previous UMNO regime. 

29. I see this as an an error on the part of the PM.

The errors of the PM. Part 2. Devil's advocate series 56.

1. The biggest economic misstep is continuing the pick-and -choose-winners economic strategy. 

2. A cabal of crony carpetbeggars will be chosen to spearhead economic growth. Especially for the Malay economy. 

3. A number of people will be given contacts exclusive licences to carry out government business. 

4. A variant of voodoo economics, where it is hoped the economic prosperity so created will produce the desired trickle down effects. 

5. They have not produced that but more of drip down effects 

6. It's a situation like the Malay says, bagaikan enau dalam belukar melepaskan pucuk masing2. 

7. But as Robert Kuok says, the higher the tree top, the more violent the hail and wind you attract. 

8. People don't envy you are rich but they will start asking how did you get rich? 

9. And they will find out you get to be that because of government patronage, lots of it . 

10. We now have bestinet, NexG, monopolistic importer of beras impot, the man who rents out helicopters to the government when it's better for the government to buy and form a company of technicians, companies patronized by khazanah, the companies earmarked for IPOs, GLCs mollycoddled by the government and the list goes on. 

11. The pick and choose winners economic model is here to stay. 

12. This kind of economic strategy creates favorites and a coterie of crony carpetbeggars. 

13. Their prosperity will depend on continued government assists. 

14. The PM has got the basic building block bringing up the economy wrong 

15. Instead of democratizing the economy , he's elitizing the economy 

16. That's the UMNO way of bringing up the economy, especially Malay economy by creating an economic nobility, economic bangsawans. 

17. A variant of voodoo economics. 

18. If our dear PM perpetuates this economic way forward, where is the reformasi? 

19. Where? Where?

20. We must employ the Zaaba way. Build endogenous competencies compete freely on a level playing field.

The errors of the PM part 1. Devil's advocate 55

1. I'll try to show where I think the PM has erred. Like I said many times I don't want him a one hit wonder. 

2. Even though I see him as a pasembur raconteur, pretending to be irascible at times, I see him also as the man who could pull Malaysia together. 

3. That's more than I can say of the nincompoops surrounding him 

4. And God have mercy on us, when he gets into constipation or child giving birth mode when speaking to us 

5. His 1st political mistake which could lead to a nasty fall, as I see it, is to bring UMNO into the fold of the unity government n. 

6. I detect a bit of impatience perhaps a bit of over enthusiasm , typical of a man who walks with gait of a trotting dog. 

7. In a flurry fast and furious. Also chiefly because I can't keep up with such energetic pace . 

8. With a little bit of patience and circumspect, Anwar could have discussed more on the subject of coalition partners with Sarawak and Sabah based parties and pliable individuals in Malaya. 

9. That would ostracize UMNO completely and keep it out of the corridors of power 

10. Which is what UMNO wants- power by any means necessary. Even if it has to prostitute itself. 

11. UMNO where got moral scruples one, it has only its interests to look after . 

12. Bringing UMNO into the fold of the unity government has allowed UMNO to spread it's wings-giving it a respiratory machine as it were . 

13. UMNO obtained ministerial and deputy ministerial posts and opportunities to place UMNO appointees in various GLCS. 

14. Especially in GLCs dealing with the Malay heartland. 

15. MARA, Felda, Fecra, Risda and others have UMNO appointees.

16. That's tantamount to giving UMNO chances to cultivate Malay support which is its power base . 

17. Isn't that like PH shooting itself in the foot? 

18. With time remaining for the next GE, revoke the appointment of UMNO appointees and downsize the number of UMNO ministerial positions. 

19. With that, announce that PH will contest all seats solo in N9,fat Albert state and Johor. 

20. In a few weeks, UMNO will have it's PAU . We will hear the normal bragodocious , big and fighting talks. 

21. Let's see after the revoke and downsize, UMNO can still talk big. 

22. Or it's just a paper tiger a shell of it's previous self. 

23. It can only cover its deficiencies with big talks. 

24. I have said this many times, it bores you, but it is a fatal mistake to invite the enemy to share political power with you.

Bersama. The transitory and proletarian crowd. Devil's advocate series 54.

1. I want to talk about what I see and believe to be the chink in Bersama's armour.

2. The leadership is already solid and it will be augmented by other reputables soon.

3. Within a few weeks, it's membership has grown to thousands. It grows further

4. Already it says it will contest all 56 seats in Johor. Very likely will do so also in N9 and melaka.

5. It will contest in other states as it will have 'convincing' numbers.

6. I have mixed feelings about its membership drive though

7. At the moment, as reported its membership drive relies primarily on voluntary applications

8. People send in their applications to HQ, they get processed and approved

9. That passive membership drive will attract the transitory crowd, mostly middle class impatient to transition into the elite class

10. Bersama risks becoming an elite grouping of the. BMW, Volvo and Vellfire driving crowd .

11. The values shaped will be middle class and. Bourgeois.

12. To counter the edifying effects which the middle class brings, Bersama has to go on an active membership drive.

13. Go to malls, pasar malam, shops, gathering places,solicit members

14. Bersama for all except the chair throwing crowd

15. Unless of course, Bersama wants to remain as an elitist grouping

16. If it chooses to be a broad based political organization, Bersama will become a formidable force

17. It's unwise to belittle Bersama for it's present small. In history more often, the smaller force defeats the bigger one

18. At the battle of Badr, 313 Muslim troops defeated thousand of unbelievers.

19. Whether we like Rafizi and Nik or not, Bersama is a threat to ALL old school political parties.

Missing the trees for the woods. Devil's advocate series 53.

1. When PKR cyber troopers want to elevate Anwar to extraordinary status, please do so with some intellectual heft and coherence

2. Some of us , many even feel like throwing up when you people come up with single sentence monologues.

3. Since Anwar took over, our tax revenue is such, our investment is X and so on

4. If I were to make an analogy to a car, this is what we get

5. You have explained the camshaft, cylinder head , spark plug , timing belt etc

6. You have not explained to us the engine block and piston.

7. You have discussed the Opex not the Capex .

8. By doing so, you haven't Showed us Anwar as a reformer but only as a jobber .

9. Doing so you are building on the inconsequentials and building a cultish figure.

10. Why don't you discuss the engine block and piston?

11. What is reformasi? What does it entail?

12. In my opinion, it must be the clinical overthrow of the status quo.

13. Next, which specific areas do you want reformasi carried out?

14. In the area of economics, politics, the law, culture etc?

15. Instead you discuss the inconsequentials . You are missing the trees for the woods .

16. You have discussed things like crankshaft, camshaft,cylinder head, timing belt ,spark plug. Not the engine block and piston.

17. Those to things are indeed important but have limited appeal .

18. These appeal to the unthinking crowd, the type cultivated by UMNO , seen as digits and driven by sentiments.

19. But we can got to appeal to millineals, gen z and k pop generations

20. Let's take the bull by its horns and discuss really important issues and readiness of the PM to confront those. That would elevate the stature of the PM .

21. Discuss for example, how the PM wants to tackle the constitutional monarchy status.

22. We are not living in an age where the ruler can cut open the tummy of a heavily pregnant lady to retrieve jackfruit taken from his orchard. If the story is indeed true. I don't think a ruler can be that heartless .

23. Let's discuss the creation of an economic model that can withstand shocks and other 'stochastic' variables

24. Let's discuss the elephant in the room issue. The separation of the post of PM from FM .

25. Let's talk about your proclivity to talk about a current kichi mayung issue. How you handle the Rafizi Bersama issue.

26. I think it's a bloody waste of time to demonise him , call him all sorts of names. Kuat nerajuk, sotong, khianat etc

27. You look at him, he's not someone easily intimidated or cowed

28. The die is already cast and he has crossed the Rubicon.

29. PKR has to live with the fact that it has Bersama to contend with.

30. The better approach is not to attack him ad hominem but to focus in carrying out your reformasi agenda ignoring side issues .

Plutarchian malicious envy(PME). Devil's advocate series 50.

1. I think it was Plutarch who said when you joined envy with malice you produce feculent matter

2. He was originally a Greek philosopher. When he became a Roman citizen, he became a Roman philosopher

3. Malays seem to suffer from this Plutarchian malicious envy

4. The general rule is, if Malays cannot progress, others can't

5. You make your own limitations as the constraining boundaries for others

6. The affliction is more pronounced in bigoted Malays and those driven by hate politics.

7. I am sure, this Plutarchian malicious envy is also present in non Malay races.

8. But I am not interested in it's presence in other races. It's better for a malay to own up to his race's deficiencies rather than have them pointed out by other races.

9. Religious moral precepts and their nature's gentlemen nature can't seem to contain this Plutarchian malicious envy(PME).

10. So if a Malay wearing a skull cap start preaching pious things like protecting race religion and country, I will readily dismiss it as all fake and hypocritical

11. The PME surfaces in various external forms

12. Opposition to URA, local council elections, UEC and lastly vehement opposition to pig rearing etc

13. In opposing the URA for example, some have the self destructive wish. Self righteous activists are willing to see Malays live in squalid, unhealthy , dilapidated and amenities-less dwellings.

14. Some dress up to look seductive, others cry while some roll on the ground lifting their sarongs.

15. I heard when some lifted their sarongs, some kids fainted and some got nightmares when sleeping

16. They cite the horror stories that owners of lands will get theirs confiscated. No compensation .

17. Are we to believe that these people are better projected by self righteous activists than by the law?

18. At the core, what really drives the self righteous activists is PME.

19. If they can't get them, others must also be deprived of the benefits

20. Moreover, the URA is mooted by a Chinaman which must have evil intents toward the Malays

21. If the URA were to be mooted by a malay, preferably by an UMNO man, the URA would be accepted

22. PME is also at work in the opposition to local council elections. Since relatively few Malays can enjoy the amenities demanded by elected councilors, better not have local elections.

23. Doesn't it occur to the righteous objectors, if they want amenities to Malays,have elections of the JKKKs. Not formation of kkk.

24. There is nothing behind the opposition of UEC other than PME.

25. Chinese shouldn't be given opportunities at the expense of Malays

26. It's also the zero sum mentality at work .

27. Opposition to pig rearing is more complicated. Malays who are also Muslims have valid reasons to oppose it. Their religion forbids them

28. They oppose pig rearing not because they don't eat pork, but can't bear to see those who eat pork enjoy.

29. They masked their opposition behind reasons of pollution etc. These are just circumstantial.

30. We can now see the destructive effects of PME. We should be ridding of them.

31. With these actions, let's call UMNO's bluff. Declare that PH will go alone in N9, melaka, Johor.

Wak J and UMNO's imagined comeback . Devil's advocate series 49.

1. Many have heard of the following idioms. Don't count your chickens before they are hatched. Pride comes before the fall .

2. The Malays also have a saying. Mendengar guruh di langit, ayer di tenpayan di buangkan.

3. Many saw wak J raised his hand , fist clenched as though savoring victory already

4. Or just showboating in defiance.

5. The not so bright are always doing that. They have fools as audience.

6. For God sake, the Javanese neanderthal is applying leave from the federal court challenging the bar council's suit at the HC.

7. Its asking big brother court to correct the mistake of little brother court. Assuming little brother court has indeed erred.

8. But more damagingly, it gave the impression that wak J has got the FC justices in his pocket.

9. The judiciary ought not countenance such arrogance

10. His lawyers may advanced all the shyster arguments for him to win. I am inadequate to delve into the matter.

11. But people are watching. And they are saying something is unusual and maybe an abuse of procedure.

12. The trial at the HC has not even started, wak J is asking the FC to snuff it out

14. Wasn't it lord denning who said that if you leave everything to the technical legal experts, things can get topsy turvy . Common sense must temper it.

15. The worse thing, it may even suggest that the whole of the judiciary is in the pockets of UMNO. Upright justices will take exception to that.

8. Kalau kita bersikap adil, Cuba kita cadangkan lulusan tahfiz tidak di timbang ke kursus matrikulasi. 

9. Adakah penolakan tahfiz sama dengan penolakan UEC? 

10. Jika lulusan tahfiz serta UEC dimestikan mengambil full SPM, tidakkah ia menghukum para pelajar? 11. Lebih revolusioner jika lulusan tahfiz serta UEC dinerkan ambil tahfiz serta UEC + 3 atau ,+ 4. 

12. Yakni tahfiz serta UEC + bahasa melayu + sejarah atau + English atau + mandarin 

13. Perkara yang enggan kita terima adalah standard lulusan UEC lebih tinggi dari lulusan tahfiz serta lulusan perperiksaan2 arus perdana 

14. Orang Cina atau SUA DAP tidak boleh bercakap seperti dalam para 13. Ia nya pasti menimbulkan reaksi goga serta haru biru 

15. Sasaran lulusan UEC ialah masuk matrikulasi dan teruskan buat engineering, medicine sains atau business. 

16. Mereka bukan berminat jadi penjawat awam, DO, pegawai tadbir serta pengarah. Dan bila berkuasa merompak wang rakyat. 

17. Matlamat sistem pelajaran kita ialah bukan nya memelayukan dasar pendidikan Negara.

7. That person forgets where he came from and acts conceitedly and arrogantly.

9. From a whinnying UMNO apparatchik to becoming MARA chairman he acts as though the world owes him a living 

10. The Malay idiom fits him more appropriately than Pua 

11. Unlike Pua, until his ascendancy as Mara chairman , he has never been an MP. 

12. His diatribes against Pua are what you expect from someone accustomed to doing things with precipitancy. 

13. It happens when the mouth is faster than the brain or when something that should be coming out from the lower extremity of the body comes out from the mouth 

14. His outburst against Pua can be regarded as an outbreak of intimidation, instigation and coercion. 

15. Giving bullets to the hordes of Malay supremacists displaying pompous and most probably fake loyalty to the Selangor ruler. 

16. Intimidating Pua into perhaps abstaining from discussing constitutional monarchy, instigating the Malay supremacists to be more bellicose and violent and coercion of Pua into accepting UMNO's definition of loyalty. 

17. None of which will fluster Pua. He will probably point his middle finger to these people. 

18. The goal posts are being moved. From discussing constitutional monarchy to the fabricated issue of adab 

19. What adab do they want to impose on Pua? Adab of people with a servile mentality on a politically aware Pua? 

20. Such an adab permits the Malay supremacists to hyperventilate profusely, hold demos and dressed up in the costume of Malay warriors 

21. Which makes for the assembly of comedians. 

22. I read with disbelief when someone said , if not for the decree of the Malay rulers, the non malays would still be non citizens. 

23. This kind of logical argument is dangerous. It can also imply that if the non malays were not present, Malay rulers will not be able to display their magnanimity and kindness. 

24. Who will then attest to the majesty of Malay rulers? 

25. The non malays can retaliate with a cruder logic. 

26. If not for the industry of these nons, the Malays would still be fishing and trapping birds.

UMNO's duplicitous nature. Devil's advocate series 42.

1. What happened in N9 is an object lesson for our rulers. 

2. It reveal the duplicitous and scheming nature of UMNO. 

3. Being double faced is second nature to UMNO. It only remains honest as long as it reaps 'profit' from being so 

4. Rulers take heed. As long as you are pliable and can be manipulated by UMNO, it stays loyal to you. 

5. The N9 ruler must have disagreed with UMNO in several fundamental issues. Refused to be manipulated

6. What does UMNO do? It resurrects some obscure adat laws, not legally validated yet, to oust the ruler 

7. It found some useful idiots in 14 Benedict Arnolds, fake heroes all of them. 

8. As long as rulers remain pliable and agreeable to UMNO's interests, it pompously shows it's devotion and loyalty. 

9. The ruler of Selangor for example, don't be mesmerized by the noisy and pompous show of loyalty and devotion 

10. It's fake and opportunistic. 

11. UMNO did 2 things in N9. First create a ruckus and raised issues on the validity of the ruler 

12. 2ndly, uses that as an opportunity to quit the PH government. 

13. How did the Javanese monkey respond? 

14. It's a response of a man void of leadership intellect and temperament 

15. It's a miserabalist caricature of wisdom that doesn't have a veneer of intellectual heft and coherence 

16. No weight and substance. 

17. He says the issues raised by the 14 were sincere and honest and therefore must be respected. 

18. It's just the peddling of piffle by a man accustomed to talking in jargon monoxide style 

19. The fact is, UMNO is disloyal to the N9 ruler and to PH.

21. The MB of Johor has stated that UMNO/BN will contest in all 56 ADUN seats.

22. I think it's pointless for PH to get into verbal jousting with the Johor MB. Just quietly decide PH will also contest all the DUN seats 

23. Do one better, in the coming GE, PH has decided it will contest all parliamentary seats 

24. Do the same in all states where UMNO partners PH. End the fake lovefest with UMNO. 

25. It's impossible for such monumental decisions be made without the knowledge of UMNO's monkey number 1. Zahid is a. Bloody snake. 

26. That it's a fatal mistake to invite the enemy to share power with you will come to painful fruition. 

27. UMNO's duplicity becomes evident in Selangor. 

28. There, because the ruler seems amenable to UMNO's interests, it weaponizes it's duplicitous devotion and loyalty to the ruler. 

29. It uses it's fake loyalty as a club to bludgeon the heads of it's political adversaries notably DAP.

1. This is a bloody wrong move. You think you have contained Rafizi by attacking him ad hominem

2. By attacking him ad hominem, hurling insults, cursing him, dismissive of him and clutching frantically at trying to get the 10m bond, the PKR people are acting as losers already.

3. Rather than doing all these, better be more resolved to carry out the reformasi agenda

4. Not shouting reformasi as slogans but knowing what it entails. The overthrow of the legacy laid down by decadent UMNO

5. Remind yourselves of the Malay saying, yang dikejar tak dapat, yang dikendung berciciran

7. You have been inundating the social media with calls to give Anwar another term

8. It's not Anwar for another term but PH indefinitely. Anwar rises with the PH ride la bodoh

9. For now, let's put meat on the bones of reformasi and more meat later.

10. Not just arresting the corrupts, thieves and robbers but also send them as special guests of the government.

11. Don't be itchified into saying, as long as you get the money you are not interested in jailing them

29. So people not necessarily because of their competence but more because of their cunningness and willingness to do anything will be picked and chosen.

32. It is hoped the picked and chosen will get to be super rich and consequently, their kindness will trickle down onto others .

37. Reformasi in this area requires a tectonic shift in our mindset.

9. The famous 2 on the other hand said they intend to quit the party and intend to vacate their parliament seats

11. It's Sunday, Monday and Tuesday to remember

12. So she expelled first, following which the notorious 2 vacated their seats and quit the party on Tuesday

13. By expelling the 2, she forfeited the 10m bond.

15. This is the aspect I am worried about rather that the 2 taking over Bersama

The racial supremacists and the Ecclesiastical foot soldiers oppose UEC. Devil's advocate 39.

1. Earlier on I supported recognition of UEC for a specific reason . I was guided by the belief that we don't deny good talents to be eligible for matriculation.

2. If we deny, we would be depriving our country of good economic resource.

3. Also we should not predicate entry into matriculation by racial considerations.

4. We àre almost independent for 70 years yet we are still pigeonholing Malaysians into Malays and non malays.

5. We should be striving for social cohesion more vigorously.

6. Malay supremacists and uncle Tom non malays are coming out to protest use of UEC as entry certs eligible for entry into matriculation courses

7. Why don't we see the same spirited protests against the use of tahfiz certs as entry into matriculation courses?

8. The answer can only be because of racial bigotry, irrational xenophobic sentiments and religious bigotry.

9. We cannot be herded into thinking that anything advanced by the Chinese must have sinister motives toward Malays.

10. Because of UEC, tahfiz students will have it easier. They don't have to take tahfiz+ whole SPM. They take tahfiz +2. Bahasa and history

11. So it will be UEC +2 and tahfiz +2.

12. I personally would like the 2 certs +3. Bahasa, history and English

13. Because God knows many of these students can't string a decent sentence in English

16. Why do we say UMNO 5th columnists? Because we can already see UMNO leaders saying the approval on the use of UEC mainly, isn't UMNO's decision alone.

19. I have long wanted to say this . An extension of thinking of the nay sayers and the people with large amounts of negativity in their thinking.

20. What if a few entrepreneurs and I propose to the government, the establishment of a twinning U?

21. Twinning with top Chinese universities like Peking u, tsinghua u or fudan u?

22. Doing courses in advanced computing, chip engineering, AI , business management and maybe mandarin.

23. On top of these, at every level, students must have credits in bahasa, history and English?

24. That would make our students productive and economically competitive.

25. What objections will the Malay supremacists and the Ecclesiastical foot soldiers put forward?

26. More importantly what reasons can the government used to object to a twinning u like this?

26b. If in the past,tahfiz and UEC students have to take full tahfiz and full UEC plus full SPM as eligibility to be considered as entry into matriculation courses, then requiring UEC and tahfiz +2 is indeed revolutionary

27. Requiring students to take 2 full exams as entry eligibility into matriculation courses is punitive .

28. Now requiring students to take tahfiz or UEC+2 is less punitive.

29. Don't allow racial and religious bigotry masked behind our national education policy be the real reason behind vehement opposition to UEC.

30. The doors that will be opened will be doors of intolerance and retention of racial hegemony.
