Anwar between needs and wants.

1. Anwar should not elevate them to importance more than they deserved.

2 . As political or special secretaries, they have done enough damage to Anwar. Through their machinations

3 . By now, we ought to have realised that people around Anwar consist of not only political activists but also careerists-secretarists/sakau-ists, special officers etc .

4. They are busier at being gatekeepers collecting tolls

5. Looking around us, the coterie of secretaries, special officers etc are the actual manipulative bastards

6. They are the ones acting lebih pasak dari tiang and acting the tea spoon is bigger than the dinner spoon.

7. Let's test this hypothesis -investigate all the secretaries, special officers at Zahid's ministry to see whether they have skimmed the top. That could explain the budget overruns there

8. If they fit the bill, then you can generalize that as a rule, all secretaries and special officers are potential gate keepers collecting tolls

9. If they aspire for higher positions like ADUNs or MPs, rule them out

10. You have not tested their political mettle yet

11. It's not a good idea to elevate them to importance like becoming ADUNs or MPs while they are serving as your staff

12. They are then hunting with the hounds and running with the hare or drinking while diving

13. While serving as your staff, everything is hunky dory. They yes suh to everything you say

14. They get patronage and resources from the office they hold

15 . With those they can oblige what people want. They are treated like living gods. It's impossible for you to judge their true character

16. It's better for you to ask them to resign well before pru16

17. Ask them to do political work. See whether they can galvanize support for the PM

18. The PM really needs to reshape PKR into a lean mean and hungry fighting machine

19. This will enable him to form a United front against the fascism of UMNO and PIS

20. If he fails to do this, then the DAP in particular, must come to terms that it will have to deal with an increasingly weakening PKR

21. One that will become the sick man of PH and will drag the DAP to more dismal results.

22. PKR has already shown the bleak outcome in Johor and N9. Let's hope it can redeem itself in Melaka

23. If push comes to shove, the DAP MUST consider going solo in pru16. Forming a pre-electoral pact with PKR and AMANAH before pru16

24. That brings me, to 2 other things Anwar needs to do

25. Anwar, as leader of PH must form solid camaraderie between PH partners. There must be frequent meeting of minds between them

26. PH must consider also forming a broad united front with other parties against the fascism of UMNO and PAS.

27. Remember, the enemy to my enemy is a friend.

28. Finally, Anwar needs to get rid of UMNO

29. UMNO is the black mamba of Malaysian politics. It's hiding to strike at Anwar when the time opportunity comes

30. I am reminded of the pragmatic advice of Signor Machiavelli, that it's a grave mistake to invite your political enemy to share political power with you.

31. The enemy is always UMNO!
