The albatross around the PMs neck.

1. I wrote the piece on RCI because I don't want it to be a liability to the PM .
1. I want to know what happened to DAPs demand for RCI? On the corporate mafia thing.
1. The anwaritas better be mindful of the 16-17 point drop in approval rating. It can drop further because of a number of things.
1. I have heard the loser argument many nauseating times.
1. Let me begin with an axiom. A self evident truth, position taken, a statement which are unprovable, don't require proof. It serves as an unshakeable foundation.
2. In economics, philosophy or maths, it's often termed as a given.
3. My given or axiom is I support Anwar Ibrahim. Our PM.
4. But support doesn't mean to agree in everything he does it's not like giving him carte blanche.
5. Right now the thing that people and I disagree is Zahid being given NFA .
6. Despite the assertions of somebody and anybody for that matter, that the NFA decision was entirely made by the AGC and AG, nobody believe them.
7. The only people who believe the lie are the UMNO people. That specie of Malaysians who believe they are shielded from the rule of law, from the supremacy of parliament and from justice.
8. That specie of Malaysians, who want to use politics to secure a full pardon to the biggest kleptocrat in the world.
9. So why should we lend our support to a party which is no respecter of the law?
10. Compared to the kleptocrat in chief, what the Javanese Neanderthals did was sap sap suey. Deserving of kautim in the form of NFA
11. Very swiftly the Javanese Neanderthals pompously said, the truth( read the lie) has prevailed. He quickly instructed his lawyers to file for full acquittal.
12. Hello tuan, the party that says you are not guilty is the AGC which announcement was made by the now despised AG.
13. I thought the only authority which can pronounce one guilty or innocent is the court .
14. The shyster lawyer in some, using law acts which intimidate common people retorted that the authority to declare NFA and not guilty is statutorily provided.
15. Then to us common people, using common sense and rational logic, that statutory provision is wrong.
16. While the AGC can declare NFA, the power to declare guilty or innocent must vest in the court, ruled by the judge
17. If the AGC has statutory power to recommend NFA, then the court must have the residual power to declare guilt or innocence..
18. The finality of this case can only be determined by the court, not the AGC.
19. Please la, AGC, don't lecture us on finality or closure and don't say to us, further investigations by AGC and SPRM , justified giving the Javanese Neanderthals an NFA and at the same time a proof that our judicial system has integrity .
20. The integrity of our judicial system isn't established by a unitary insistence that's it's so.
21. The integrity must be explained rationally and logically. The AGC has not explained away 1 important thing
22. The much touted further investigations by AGC and sprm have not explained away the initial ruling that there was a prima facie case .
23. Tell us , which part of further investigations erase the prima facie ruling?
24. If there are non, the trial must continue .
25. Whatever it is, the AGC must go back to court to tell the judge he has erred to have based his ruling on incomplete investigations then.
26. Now you see why I disagree with some crucial things under the PMs watch.
1. There were many media postings glorifying and celebrating one particular person who was the main figure in a series of bribery scandals, beginning in Sabah.
2. He was recently arrested by the SPRM people. Made a big issue of that and a ruckus
3. He alleged guns were pointed to him. Or put in fear of some bodily harm. Assaulted.
4. During the arrest process, he seemed to be resisting it. And he was heard shouting many things
5. His actions were surprisingly not reported by the partisan media.
6. I didn't know that arrest must be so polite and civil
7. Except for Najib who was gingerly treated, in fact escorted and protected by security people, the rest who is arrested can expect some roughing up.
8. There are many issues raised by this person which need to be treated with utmost circumspect.
9. By his own admission, he bribed some Sabah aduns. Some were brought to court . Some haven't.
10. He even video taped the transactions. Spielberg would be ashamed
11. He added drama to it by having a lady participate in a video saying the video on the aduns was done at the bestest of the PM.
12. The lady was said to be a proxy of shamsul Iskandar, then chief polsec to the PM.
13. How was the behest of the PM communicated? Through shamsul, then the lady?
14. Isn't that 3rd hand information? It can be considered hearsay evidence.
15. Or the person had an audience with the PM over a plate of pasembur
16. Also, by his own admission as reported by the media, he said he gave shamsul 600k plus
17. The social media gleefully splattered a few receipts all.over the place.
18. Which only proved the person is a fastidious collector of receipts or he has malice aforethought.
19. Now he's charged of giving 200k plus, a charge he has denied
20. If he couldn't admit for giving 200k plus, how can he admit to giving a bigger sum?
21. If he has denied giving any monies, what is shamsul guilty of?
22. There's nothing shamsul needs to admit to.
23. The story woven by this person is full of loopholes. A large part of his story is fabricated crap .
24. A rottweiler of a prosecution lawyer would tear his story to pieces
25. By default, his serpentine story, exonerates shamsul of any guilt.
26. It would be interesting to see how his story would be dismembered in court .
27. As to the adulation and celebration of him, he is in a situation of you say potaytoes, I say poetarto, others say patata .
28. Some ragard him as a whistleblower, many will say he is a snitch, a rat .
29 . He will rat on anyone he comes across. Better to avoid him with a 10foot pole.
30. Many of those who hailed and celebrated him, would probably not give him a rats ass look at him . But he is a useful idiot.
31. There's no mention of shamsul even, but this person is a pawn on the political chessboard to discredit the king
32. The king being Mr anvar ebraheem
33. Anything which can be used to discredit him, put him in general contempt ,will be used.
34. In the end,it is like a Trump would say, a crap by the self righteous.
1. What if the alleged leaks in the draft documents are false? Intended to cast doubts on the final judgments?
2. They are, but, creative manufactures of apparatchiks aligned to the biddings of their paymasters?
3. They are just propaganda fodder served to the unthinking chattering class.
4.the chattering class consists of the wailing pakciks and makciks, the panas barans, the commuters on the Clapham omnibus and the mrt, leisure housewives sipping latte and the smoked salmon socialists drinking at the Selangor club.
5. If the leaks are only of propagandistic value, ie deliberately created so as to form a certain public opinion, they should accordingly be treated flippantly.
6. But suspend our judgment for the time being and accept that the leaks are true. What of it?
7. At the onset, let us be aware that the leaked material are draft judgments, not the final and proofread.
8. Our quarrel with the leakage seems to rest on the untenable assumption, that the leakage will be prejudicial to the justice due to the litigant.
9. The leakage is an untenable assumption because such a leakage, does not go to the root of the verdict. It does not affect the guilt or innocence of the litigant.
10. We are angry with the leakage, believing that if some people know of the verdict beforehand, it will injure or compromised the verdict.
11. How could they influence the outcome of the verdict? As professor Godbole in a passage to India says, the outcome is already written in the stars.
12. Members of the public must be able to distinguish between the leakage, draft and final judgment. We are angry at the leakage, and rightly so. The verdict is unchangeable.
13. The leakage can only mean there are dishonest people in the judgment trail.
14. I believe, judges take notes, make notes, asked research officers to look up relevant case laws to affirm or rebut legal counsels submissions and so on.
15. These are passed on to court clerks who operate the word processors and research officers or other relevant workers. The leaks occur between them.
16. So ask pdrm or sprm to investigate these people instead of shouting our heads off at an imagined travesty of justice. If the culprits are caught, send them to jail and fine them in an exemplary amount.
