The albatross around the PMs neck.

1. I wrote the piece on RCI because I don't want it to be a liability to the PM .

2. For pragmatic reasons and for his longevity as PM, ditch notorious Azam Baki.

3. That fellow is not worth protecting if doing so, jeopardizes the PMship

4. The priority is for Anwar to be PM for a 2nd term to carry out as much reformasi as he can

5 . Further reformasi is for others to continue.

6. But at the moment, work in progress reformasi is in gridlock because of Azam Baki.

7. The PM has allowed many red herrings to be created to distract our attention on Azam Baki sharegate and corporate mafia issues.

8. The sharegate and the corporate mafia issues can only come light fully, with the formation of an RCI which DAP is pressing.

9. Now that DAPs request for an RCI has been crowded out by some political manufactures, DAP must be wondering whether Anwar is for real?

10. Suddenly some issues whose veracity is suspect have overwhelmed the need for an RCI

11. We are asked to be horrified and exceedingly alarmed with 2 issues

12.1st is the allegations that our country is under attack by books and social media narratives supported by Zionists .

13. Anwar has touched the most sensitive part. Mention the word Zionists and the Malays especially will suffer non compos mentis.

14. Malay men will spring up forgetting their pants, sarong and underwear .

15. Malay women will rush out minus their sarongs and undergarments.

16. The story about wealthy people here enlisting help from PR firms abroad is so far fetched. It is as said by the lady , laughable.

17. This is political gaslighting of the highest order.

18. Please PM sir, stop this madness. It's damaging you.

19. The other issue which I think is bizarre and linked to an equally bizarre pursuit, is the unproductive manhunt of James bond chai .

20. If sprm can go to Saudi Arabia in verifying najibs story , why can't they go to UK?

21. That would also give the more virile sprm people a chance to go to Londons seedy places in west end.

22. Combined, these 2 issues only distract us from looking closer into the sharegate and corporate mafia issues.

23. The 2 issues connected to Azam and sprm is like a dead albatross hanging around you neck.

24. Please Mr PM sir, unload Azam.

25. I don't want to write further on this issue and I can't speculate the actions DAP takes

26. Your PMship is more important than shielding notorious Azam.

Where is Carmen san Diego becomes where is the wretched RCI.

1. I want to know what happened to DAPs demand for RCI? On the corporate mafia thing.

2. I want it to be widened on the whole 9 yards of Bloomberg reports.

3. Since when the inquiry was asked on a specific subject, the government is playing footsie,ok let's widen the scope. Let's inquire into the whole blooming Bloomberg reports..

4. Footsie not as in sexual teasing but rather nudging the foot asking the other party to forget about the RCI.

5. That's what probably happened. Someone nudged DAPs leg saying don't bring out the RCI matter as we are facing a more dangerous issue - somebody planning to topple the government with dreaded Zionists help .

6. The grave danger is someone inside the country working with PR firm in UK or USA will swamp our country with books and social media narratives discrediting Malaysia.

7. Yucks, suddenly Malaysia has become ' egg shell' becomes so vulnerable, it can't defend itself against these literary onslaughts.

8. People thought there are tanks in chow Kit road, armed militia storming the Bastille in putrajaya.

9. Anyway, the imminent toppling of the government is painted as so ominous that it crowds out DAPs demand for RCI.

10. Azam Baki and sprm get a politically supported reprieve.

11. The thunder, as it were behind the RCI demands beginning with ramkarpal, other DAP heavyweights including Gobind Singh, was taken out.

12. The RCI issue, went limped like a dick which has completed it's glorious duty

13. On that day, DAP must has felt like a cat after being doused with a bucket of cold water.

14. The short of it is, DAP is not treated with respect it deserves .

15. Its request for a very serious issue was cavalierly crowded out by a politically manufactured story which nobody believes .

16. Which I think fortifies DAPs resolve to eventually being NOT part of PH.

17. DAP has suddenly gone eerily quiet and that is disturbing.

18. That's my take only, it may not be correct. Have no fear, have a kit kat!

Staying within the guard rails. Reminding a PM. No 2. Wag the dog tale and Malay extremism.

1. The anwaritas better be mindful of the 16-17 point drop in approval rating. It can drop further because of a number of things.

2. The main current issues are the ban in pig rearing in Selangor, the mindless demolition of Hindu temples and unpunished Muslim zealots destroying the temples, the Azam Baki sharegate and the incredible story about toppling the government.

3. Mr PM sir, please stop kerja-kerja gila ni lest you lose all credibility.

4. Have we reached a state like a Kim Jong Un state?

5. Where a mere thought of opposing the government constitutes a crime?

6. The answer given by the PM on a question regarding this in parliament is halting and seems unsure.

7. He keeps looking for notes to make his answer seemed credible, but it's a buying time strategy to give a BS answer

8. He is fluid only when asserting the plot is driven because the people behind the plot is investigated by good ol' SPRM

9. Which means that his own answer is driven by the need to protect Azam Baki and sprm.

10. Why should we believe SPRM? SPRM lied saying the money stole by a certain kleptocrat was a donation from camel riders ,

11. Which means SPRM can always work In cahoots with certain parties to do political opponents in.

12 . I have written that for the sake of his longevity as PM, jettison off notorious Azam Baki.

13. Instead the speaker, the young man who has just passed the stage of being entertained by Mrs Palmer and her 5 beautiful daughters and now the PM appear to be overprotective of Azam Baki.

14. Which makes people ask what's so special about this Azam bloke or worse makes people suspect erroneously, that the PM is as corrupt as Red Lips.

15. Here's the clincher -the PM says, Zionists are behind the plot to topple the government.

16. That's the PMs tour de force . Nothing rattles the Muslim zealots more than saying something is linked to Zionism

17. I have written about why some losers employ the ad hominem fallacy and tu quoque fallacy argument.

18. It's because they couldn't come up with substantive arguments to out argue their opponents, that they resort to these fallacies.

19 . I can't believe the PM using this populist but cheapskate argument against doubters.

20. The man with the legendary oratory skills, the man who can call the birds in the sky perch on his hands to feed, the man who can turn saltwater into drinkable water, the man who can make Michelle Yeoh strip Infront of him , will resort to this cheapskate argument .

21. As an aside, I can't resist this:- The Perak PAS buffoon will say Michelle Yeoh is related to Hannah Yeoh. The MP who has a fetish over a wear nothing siputeh MP, will invite a bikini clad Michelle Yeoh to dine at his place , ignoring his level of English is at the level of I want to song a sing.

22. The PM is too great to use the Zionism thing as his coup de grace. He should allow knuckleheads like Saifuddin, Fahmi, sock eye Salmon Fadlina use this blasé' argument.

23. Please sir, stop this madness as many people this story about a group wanting to topple the government, an incredulous tale .

24. This government can't be that fragile that it fears narratives over the social media and a book project criticizing it .

25. You have oberleutenant Fahmi and majar domo Saifuddin to deal with the alleged plot .

26. Don't dance to the tune of the Malay and Muslim extremists. Your Madani unity society is at risk because of these vagabonds .

27. The Chinese will remember that it's under PKR watch, the ban in pig rearing in Selangor takes place.

28. In denying the Chinese in all things actually, Malay extremists have a ready one size fits all answer.

29. They will say the Chinese are communists and DAP most communist of all and the party should be banned.

30. Malay supremacists and extremists delight in saying this is melayu land

31. Others are guests and should behaved pliantly and submissively.

32. It's the Nazis master race or Herrenrasse argument.

Next. The destruction of Hindu temples and the rise of militant Islam?

Ad Hominem and tu quoque fallacy argument. Dealing with Bloomberg.

1. I have heard the loser argument many nauseating times.

2. When you can't out argue your opponent's convincing reasoning you go on the ad hominem fallacy.

3. Instead of attacking the opponent's substantive arguments , you attack his motive, personal attributes and so on.

4. For example, you try to discredit the Bloomberg reports by saying they are meant to be a slur campaign on SPRM to tarnish it's good name .

5. Or the horrors of it all, you say don't believe Bloomberg, because it's Jewish owned.

6. This, is of course, the weapon of choice of the so called soldiers of God and the Muslim brownshirts.

7. Don't listen to these fanatical zealots ala Bangla Muslim anarchists.

8. Because it's Jewish owned and Jews support Zionism, we are asked to disbelieve Bloomberg.

9. This is a simplistic and uncritical generalization.

10. Because there so many Jewish organizations that are anti Zionism.

11. Examples are American council for Judaism, anarchists against the wall, Jews for justice for Palestinians, European Jews for a just peace and many more.

12. As humans, Jews are also capable of advancing truth, rationalism and universal humanism.

13. So, I wouldn't be too quick to include Bloomberg as a purveyor of untruths.

14 . You have all the space to debunk it's arguments, so please do it .

15. We are not stupid, we can judge who is more credible.

16. So don't be telling us, don't listen to Bloomberg because they are Jews and because they oppress and kill the Palestinians.

17. That's a tu quoque fallacy argument - why should we listen to you because you are a hypocrite, kill the Palestinians?

18. As a Muslim, I stand by 2 principles mentioned in the Quran.

19. The 1st says that do not let the hatred for a particular race, prevent you from carrying out justice.

20. Muslims generally hate the Israelis, but that is not an excuse for us not to do justice.

21. Dismissing outright what Bloomberg says, to me is injustice.

22. The 2nd principle says, that the truth about any matter can come from anywhere, including from non Muslims.

23. Hence for example, Tony Pua who is Chinese and a non Muslim, advances an irrefutable argument, I will be stupid to reject it .

24. Ditto for Bloomberg.

A common man's view on the DNAA to NFA. Preliminary views. Sontoloyo series no 74.

1. Let me begin with an axiom. A self evident truth, position taken, a statement which are unprovable, don't require proof. It serves as an unshakeable foundation.

2. In economics, philosophy or maths, it's often termed as a given.

3. My given or axiom is I support Anwar Ibrahim. Our PM.

4. But support doesn't mean to agree in everything he does it's not like giving him carte blanche.

5. Right now the thing that people and I disagree is Zahid being given NFA .

6. Despite the assertions of somebody and anybody for that matter, that the NFA decision was entirely made by the AGC and AG, nobody believe them.

7. The only people who believe the lie are the UMNO people. That specie of Malaysians who believe they are shielded from the rule of law, from the supremacy of parliament and from justice.

8. That specie of Malaysians, who want to use politics to secure a full pardon to the biggest kleptocrat in the world.

9. So why should we lend our support to a party which is no respecter of the law?

10. Compared to the kleptocrat in chief, what the Javanese Neanderthals did was sap sap suey. Deserving of kautim in the form of NFA

11. Very swiftly the Javanese Neanderthals pompously said, the truth( read the lie) has prevailed. He quickly instructed his lawyers to file for full acquittal.

12. Hello tuan, the party that says you are not guilty is the AGC which announcement was made by the now despised AG.

13. I thought the only authority which can pronounce one guilty or innocent is the court .

14. The shyster lawyer in some, using law acts which intimidate common people retorted that the authority to declare NFA and not guilty is statutorily provided.

15. Then to us common people, using common sense and rational logic, that statutory provision is wrong.

16. While the AGC can declare NFA, the power to declare guilty or innocent must vest in the court, ruled by the judge

17. If the AGC has statutory power to recommend NFA, then the court must have the residual power to declare guilt or innocence..

18. The finality of this case can only be determined by the court, not the AGC.

19. Please la, AGC, don't lecture us on finality or closure and don't say to us, further investigations by AGC and SPRM , justified giving the Javanese Neanderthals an NFA and at the same time a proof that our judicial system has integrity .

20. The integrity of our judicial system isn't established by a unitary insistence that's it's so.

21. The integrity must be explained rationally and logically. The AGC has not explained away 1 important thing

22. The much touted further investigations by AGC and sprm have not explained away the initial ruling that there was a prima facie case .

23. Tell us , which part of further investigations erase the prima facie ruling?

24. If there are non, the trial must continue .

25. Whatever it is, the AGC must go back to court to tell the judge he has erred to have based his ruling on incomplete investigations then.

26. Now you see why I disagree with some crucial things under the PMs watch.

Inconvenient and irritating questions. Sontoloyo series no 59

1. There were many media postings glorifying and celebrating one particular person who was the main figure in a series of bribery scandals, beginning in Sabah.

2. He was recently arrested by the SPRM people. Made a big issue of that and a ruckus

3. He alleged guns were pointed to him. Or put in fear of some bodily harm. Assaulted.

4. During the arrest process, he seemed to be resisting it. And he was heard shouting many things

5. His actions were surprisingly not reported by the partisan media.

6. I didn't know that arrest must be so polite and civil

7. Except for Najib who was gingerly treated, in fact escorted and protected by security people, the rest who is arrested can expect some roughing up.

8. There are many issues raised by this person which need to be treated with utmost circumspect.

9. By his own admission, he bribed some Sabah aduns. Some were brought to court . Some haven't.

10. He even video taped the transactions. Spielberg would be ashamed

11. He added drama to it by having a lady participate in a video saying the video on the aduns was done at the bestest of the PM.

12. The lady was said to be a proxy of shamsul Iskandar, then chief polsec to the PM.

13. How was the behest of the PM communicated? Through shamsul, then the lady?

14. Isn't that 3rd hand information? It can be considered hearsay evidence.

15. Or the person had an audience with the PM over a plate of pasembur

16. Also, by his own admission as reported by the media, he said he gave shamsul 600k plus

17. The social media gleefully splattered a few receipts all.over the place.

18. Which only proved the person is a fastidious collector of receipts or he has malice aforethought.

19. Now he's charged of giving 200k plus, a charge he has denied

20. If he couldn't admit for giving 200k plus, how can he admit to giving a bigger sum?

21. If he has denied giving any monies, what is shamsul guilty of?

22. There's nothing shamsul needs to admit to.

23. The story woven by this person is full of loopholes. A large part of his story is fabricated crap .

24. A rottweiler of a prosecution lawyer would tear his story to pieces

25. By default, his serpentine story, exonerates shamsul of any guilt.

26. It would be interesting to see how his story would be dismembered in court .

27. As to the adulation and celebration of him, he is in a situation of you say potaytoes, I say poetarto, others say patata .

28. Some ragard him as a whistleblower, many will say he is a snitch, a rat .

29 . He will rat on anyone he comes across. Better to avoid him with a 10foot pole.

30. Many of those who hailed and celebrated him, would probably not give him a rats ass look at him . But he is a useful idiot.

31. There's no mention of shamsul even, but this person is a pawn on the political chessboard to discredit the king

32. The king being Mr anvar ebraheem

33. Anything which can be used to discredit him, put him in general contempt ,will be used.

34. In the end,it is like a Trump would say, a crap by the self righteous.

Leak of draft judgment issue.

1. What if the alleged leaks in the draft documents are false? Intended to cast doubts on the final judgments?

2. They are, but, creative manufactures of apparatchiks aligned to the biddings of their paymasters?

3. They are just propaganda fodder served to the unthinking chattering class.

4.the chattering class consists of the wailing pakciks and makciks, the panas barans, the commuters on the Clapham omnibus and the mrt, leisure housewives sipping latte and the smoked salmon socialists drinking at the Selangor club.

5. If the leaks are only of propagandistic value, ie deliberately created so as to form a certain public opinion, they should accordingly be treated flippantly.

6. But suspend our judgment for the time being and accept that the leaks are true. What of it?

7. At the onset, let us be aware that the leaked material are draft judgments, not the final and proofread.

8. Our quarrel with the leakage seems to rest on the untenable assumption, that the leakage will be prejudicial to the justice due to the litigant.

9. The leakage is an untenable assumption because such a leakage, does not go to the root of the verdict. It does not affect the guilt or innocence of the litigant.

10. We are angry with the leakage, believing that if some people know of the verdict beforehand, it will injure or compromised the verdict.

11. How could they influence the outcome of the verdict? As professor Godbole in a passage to India says, the outcome is already written in the stars.

12. Members of the public must be able to distinguish between the leakage, draft and final judgment. We are angry at the leakage, and rightly so. The verdict is unchangeable.

13. The leakage can only mean there are dishonest people in the judgment trail.

14. I believe, judges take notes, make notes, asked research officers to look up relevant case laws to affirm or rebut legal counsels submissions and so on.

15. These are passed on to court clerks who operate the word processors and research officers or other relevant workers. The leaks occur between them.

16. So ask pdrm or sprm to investigate these people instead of shouting our heads off at an imagined travesty of justice. If the culprits are caught, send them to jail and fine them in an exemplary amount.

The Brothers Karamazov and the SPRM Trojan Horse. Part 2

1. It seems the favourite words of thieves and robbers are as follows:-

2. I find it very distressing for the good Tan Sri to say, no need to form an rci. It is very costly.

3. That is not the attitude expected from the chairman of a board, who ought to be vigilant in the pursuit of truth and justice. If cost were the consideration, then might as well do away with the inquiry and trials of the umno court cluster.

4. How can we have a chairman with a chinchai and lackadaisical attitude?

5. To save costs and satisfy charman Wile E Coyote, may I suggest we bring back trial by ordeal? Let azam baki place his hands in boiling water. If he is not scalded, he's innocent. End of story.

6. One of the brothers Karamazov is lying, or both are. If azam baki says that he does not know his brother buys shares using azams cds account, he is lying through his teeth.

7. As far as I know, the central depository account system, the cds account, only registers share ownership. It does not accept payment for the purchase of shares.

8. The silly chairman should now check the cds account to establish who actually own the shares.

9. Is the actual owner ab or nb? Is nb only a nominee? Then it would mean that ab is the actual owner. Where does he get the finances? Or if he provides collateral, how does he get them?

10. Like Indira Ghandi says :-the woods are lovely, dark and deep. But I have promises to keep. And miles to go before I sleep. And miles to go before I sleep. Please do not sleep, Ts chairman.

11. Therefore, Azam Baki must mean a stockbrokerage or trading account. Things are getting more interesting here.

12. When ab opened the bloody trading account and filled the required forms, did he state he was/is a direct owner or nominee? Did he name nb as the beneficial owner? For god’s sake - check the damn forms, tuan chairman.

13. Who's the remissier? Did he abet in a crime started by ab?

14. The chaimam must know that he has done a half past six job. He says, let's leave it to the pm.

15. Leaving it to an equally hazy pm is an admission that he has done a lousy job. 2nd, he seeks protection from the mafioso.

16. So like Lenin asked, 'what is to done? ' After taking considered opinion from everybody who matters, the pm should:-

17. A. Remove Tan Sri Abu as macc board. He is a dullard.
B. Remove ab as macc boss. He abuses his power and did many illegalities.
C. Restructure macc. There are many woodwoms there.

18. These actions are necessary to bring back the credibility of sprm. It's the custodian of honesty. Not a nest of hoodlums.

19. Let us now deal with the issue of Terrence Gomez. I first got his letter of resignation from an mp friend.

20. I don't know tg. I know he has written books on corporate serpentine shenanigans. But i have met him once with my friend Zaid Ibrahim.

21. Next time if I do meet him I'll treat him for idli, apomor tosai or banana leaf meal at Nirvana Bangsar.

22. T gomez is not a hobo loitering the streets at Chow Kit. He has a Doctorate in Economics. The opinions of a hobo and that of tg's dhould be given their respective weighted considerations.

23. He has written a letter of resignation and reasons for it. The letter went viral over the internet social media. Which means what?

24. Which means that anybody who reads the letter is deemed to have implied knowledge, which is almost as good as actual knowledge. Abu Zahar perhaps read it as an accompaniment to his ene script.

25. Which means to need to go see Tan Sri or make a police report.

26. Terrence Gomez has elevated the potent of implied knowledge. Many leads emanate therefrom.

27. When chairman Abu read it, he is deemed to have implied knowledge and can act on it. But to take action robustly. When the police read it, they can mount an investigation. 0Depending on what the chaiman and ab said at the inquiry, several other parties can already take action.

28. Sprm can already investigate. When they do, ab must take leave. Otherwise, it will be a whitewash. Bank negara can investigate the particular bank and its officers for giving the brothers Karamazov preferential treatment. Bursa saham or the sc can already investigate the stocbroking firm and the remisier/s. Investigate allowing the remisiers client for allowing his account being used by a 3rd party. Fined him and compound the 3rd party.

29. So Tuan chaiman, it is not a simple matter. What a tangled web you weave. You are hoist with your own petard.

The Brothers Karamazov And The SPRM Trojan Horse. Part 1.

1. Roadrunner Azam Baki only needs to say, 'beep beep' and Wile E Coyote Abu Zahar Ujang will jump the cliff.

2. The day the MACC board met the press must be a looney day. It ought to be renamed how not to catch the would-be-crook.

3. The explanation given by chairman Wile E Coyote abu zahar ujang is both comical and laughable. Hee Haw!

4. It's a simple matter which suffices an explanation from the roadrunner. No need for an RCI. It's too expensive and cost a lot of money.

5. It's the fault of Terrence Gomez. He didn't come to me. He didn't make a police report. Blame the flood victims for staying near water sources.

6. I can now confirm this. This government is a bourgeoisie government. It exists to perpetuate its own supremacy.

7. I use the present term 'confirm' to denote past, present and future. Not something only of historical significance as captured by the term 'confirmed'. Ok boss?

8. The propertied class and those who control the apparatuses of state and their allies will use everything necessary to perpetuate their supremacy. Thats the essence of a bourgeoisie government.

9. They will shuffle and hustle and use verbal gymnastics to exonerate a fellow bourgeoisie. Thats the purpose of an inhouse inquiry anyway.

10. An in-house inquiry will give a semblance of impartiality. Accordingly his door is always opened to be slammed in Terrence Gomez's face.

11. Now, let us examine the statements by chairman Wile E Coyote.

12. We, the people expect the macc board to be composed of honest, robust and upright men and women. Not composed of meek and timorous souls. And under the sycophantic stewardship of wile e coyote. Its a recipe of doom.

13. Why do we demand that? Because the macc is the guardian against corruption, abuse of power and conflicts of interest and all forms of fiduciary duplicity. Threfore the board must consists of resolute persons. People not easily persuaded by verbal trickery and simple explanation.

14. Contrary to what you say Tan Sri Sir, thing are not so simple. Allow me to put on my Sherlock Holmes hat first.

15. Please tell us the name of the extremely generous bank. This bank gave out millios of money easily and has very liberal and loose requirements allowing someone else to use another persons account.

16. What kind of bank has these very liberal requirements? Theres a new accounting principle. They maybe brothers, but in accounting must be treated as seperate entities. The identities of Azam and Nasir were mysteriously merged.

17. There must be documents regarding the loan to Nasir Baki. Have Tan Sri cited these? There must also be written permission from Azam permitting Nasir to use his account. Has Wile E Coyote cited this?

18. Rudyard Kipling in his hugely popular novel, 'Jungle Book' told us that stranger things have happed in the jungles of India. He got it right except for the jungles part. He meant in the banks of Malaysia.

19. If it were possible to use another person of reputes account, I too would rush to use it. Hey you brothers of pm, mb state secretary, ketua pengarah use your brothers account, man.

20. I have problems here. If the million ringgit loan was given, it must have been given on account of azams position. Wouldnt this suggests an abuse of position for pecuniary advantage?

21. This must be in breach of some securities law.

22. Compound Azam, impale the bank manager, revoke the banks license. It must be a kopi 'o' variety.

23. Pardon my ignorance. If the loan was given in the name of Azam, then wouldn't legal title on the shares be vested in Azam the irresolute's name?

24. There must be some documents pertaining to this. Has Zahar Ujang cited these? Dont treat this matter as cincai. Unless of course zahar ujang himself is of cincai constution. In that case, we have a fool as chairman of the macc board.

25. That also speaks volume about the quality of the other macc board members. Most of them perhaps, are just LCE holders. If you dressed a monkey in a suit, that person still remains a monkey.

26. A few months later, we are told legal title on the shares was transferred to nasir bakis name. Here too, I have some problems. Tan sri, please enlighten me.

27. In order to effect the transfer, nasir baki must have paid off the loan. Were there documents substantiating this? Did abu cited these? Where's the beef?

28. To pay off the loan nasir b must have cash money or secured a loan. The bank must have records.

29. Get nasir b to explain where he came by the money or if he secured a loan, what was the collateral and wat was its value?

30. Where did the brothers Karamazov get millions of money? Do they own half of the land in putrajaya?

31. The brothers Karamazov must have a lot of money or a lot of valuable collateral. These are necessary conditions but not sufficient. The sufficient condition, the icing on the cake at it were, is an important position in sprm.

32. We can only conclude that the brothers Karamazov used sprm as a Trojan horse.

33. By the way does Tan Sri Abu reads this? Or like the typical Malay he reads only 2 pages a year. And one of the pages is about empat nombor ekor, toto and loteri.

Pembukaan akaun sekuriti

Seksyen 25 Akta Pasaran Modal dan Perkhidmatan mengkehendaki:

1. Setiap orang yang mahu berurusan dengan mana-mana sekuriti (dealing in securities) mestilah mempunyai akaun sekuriti

2. Semasa membuka akaun, orang yang membukanya perlu membuat pengisytiharan samada dia adalah pemilik berkepentingan (beneficial owner) atau pun nomini yang dibenarkan (authorised nominee).
