9. Following that, a number of army top brass got arrested by sprm. 

10. The burning issue at the moment is graft, bribery and corruption. 

11. But UMNO is busy in demonising it's bete noire, DAP. 

12. Its lackeys are more interested to talk about pig farms 

13. Because there are political points to score . 

14. The lackeys delight in condemning the Selangor PKR led government . 

15. Corruption is not enthusiastically talked about as is pig rearing . 

16. It's also an opportunity for Chinese haters to 'brutalise the Chinese as they are the ones rearing pigs. 

17. By the way, when they opened the pig farms in TG sepat,did they pay grease money to the local land office? 

18. There you have it; UMNO saw it fitter to talk about DAP rather than corruption and its ballickers talk about pig rearing. 

19 . For UMNO, plunder , pillage, graft and kleptocracy are its hak2 istimewa. Attack them, you are attacking UMNO's special rights .

1. After listening to what's said by UMNO people at their recent PAU, I feel like saying, beam me up Scotty .

3. Enough has made us feel nauseated about UMNO has no maruah,but I'll remain in UMNO anyway. 

4 . Now, we all know that UMNO is a party with no maruah. It's the star strek character, the Klingons, who will cling on to power by any means necessary 

5. By herr Akmals definition, UMNO has no maruah . 

6. Deciding to still stay with the party, he has shown he is a bloody fake and a phoney. 

7. Why should sensible malays listen to Adolph Akmal? 

8. After berating DAP mercilessly, he says he can win Jasin with DAP cooperation. 

9. Is the DAP a prostitute he paid for at a Melaka whorehouse? 

10. If he wants a dogsbody , he can ask ah wee or Babu viges. 

11. He's, at best, a comic relief for us to destress with or at worst, something unpleasant you flicked off with a stick from your boots after you walked through the gutter. 

12. Not to be outdone, the Javanese neantherthal has come up with his own variety of imbecilic ideas.

1. If an FMT journalist can be arrested for sedition, then arrest Zahid comedy .

2. The Javanese Neanderthal is clearly asking UMNO malays to defy the law . And asking the king to also disrespect the law, by pardoning a convicted kleptocrat.

3. There is a stronger reason to arrest the Javanese Neanderthal than to arrest a poor journalist from FMT.

4. The FMT journalist is questioning the effects of a policy put in place by UMNO anyway

5. Like a DAP MP said, the journalist is arrested while politicians and other princelings linked to corruption are galivanting here there and fucking here there and everywhere .

A common man's view on DNAA, NFA and DAA. Part 2. Apa da? Sontoloyo series 78.

1. When the AGC announces NFA for Zahid komedi, it didn't go down well with the public.

2. Public responses shouldn't be decried upon. People have the right to air their thoughts.

3. People are surprised and asking, why is the AG so spirited in justifying the NFA to Zahid.

4. Doing so, he's politicizing the issue. Entering the realm of politics, the AG displays his amateurism.

5. That shows that intelligence in law does not transfer automatically into politics .

6. He therefore opens himself to varied thoughts from those more well versed in the art of politics.

7. It's as though he needs and uses politics to reinforce his legal decision.

8. Is that extra judicial means?

9. If we didn't allow political pressure from helping out the kleptocrat in chief, why do we allow political pressure to favour the Javanese neantherthal?

10. Let's be consistent. Let law and facts determine the fate of the Javanese neantherthal.

11. Please enlighten us , which part of your exhaustive investigations, nullify the prima facie ruling?

12. Aren't you really saying the judge then, was a thicky?

A common man's view on DNAA, NFA and DAA. Apa da? Sontoloyo series 77.

1. To a common man such as I, the decision of the AG in giving Zaid an NFA is plainly wrong . 

2. The AG must have relied on a statute. Perhaps article 145(3) of the constitution. 

3. Hence, the AG thinks he has a safety net. He thinks he's safe 

4. The common man, the one one who rides the KL rapid bus, does not think so. He thinks the AG has violated and butchered article 145. 

5. That article gives the AG the discretion to do good, not to do something unconscionable. Giving Zaid an NFA,the common man believes, is unconscionable. 

6. The sadder thing is, judges seemed to countenance the frolic of the AG in the woods. In the end, the AG pisses on you all. And all you can say,mmm, the piss tastes neck licking good. Dammn good! 

7. If judges keep quiet, condoning the violation it would seem all of them partipate in a group sex. 

8. If the AG can fall back on this statute, judges must have a residual right conferred by statute also, to affirm or reject the recommendation 

9. Not because the judge suka2, but because the judge carries the weight of public opinion which says, Zahid is guilty . 

10. In the court of public opinion, the public is saying, up yours Mr AG. 

11. I would very much like to see people from the bar council argue this case before a fearless judge 

12. The AGC nor the SPRM have not explained away, which part of the exhaustive further in vestigations, have erased the earlier finding of the judge then, that there was a prima facie case?

20. Wrong! The DNAA has become and the application for acquittal will become state owned . The AG tak boleh cakap apa. The judge will decide. 

21. It's not up to AG to declare finality or say zaids NFA is over once and for all. Don't rob that prerogative from the judge. 

22. It's not over until the fat lady sings.

1. There are 3 latin terms that I would use in response to his reprimand on Yb yby.

1. When Lord Denning made his controversial remark about blacks being unsuitable for jury work, he also made a few remarks about British society, which to me are applicable when describing UMNO.

2. He observed that some people come from countries,where bribery and graft is a way of life and stealing is a virtue.

3. He may as well have been describing UMNO. To UMNO, corruption is a way of life and stealing is a virtue.

5. When everything else failed , like the law isn't working for them,use political pressure, petition the king for full pardon.

6. That's the message many of us get when the UMNO sec gen says, the number 1 priority UMNO establishes in it's coming PAU, is to petition the king for full pardon for Mr X, the kleptocrat in chief.

7. Sure, the king is king to UMNO people only, not king to ALL Malaysians .

A common man's view on the DNAA to NFA. Preliminary views. Sontoloyo series no 74.

1. Let me begin with an axiom. A self evident truth, position taken, a statement which are unprovable, don't require proof. It serves as an unshakeable foundation.

2. In economics, philosophy or maths, it's often termed as a given.

3. My given or axiom is I support Anwar Ibrahim. Our PM.

4. But support doesn't mean to agree in everything he does it's not like giving him carte blanche.

5. Right now the thing that people and I disagree is Zahid being given NFA .

6. Despite the assertions of somebody and anybody for that matter, that the NFA decision was entirely made by the AGC and AG, nobody believe them.

7. The only people who believe the lie are the UMNO people. That specie of Malaysians who believe they are shielded from the rule of law, from the supremacy of parliament and from justice.

8. That specie of Malaysians, who want to use politics to secure a full pardon to the biggest kleptocrat in the world.

9. So why should we lend our support to a party which is no respecter of the law?

10. Compared to the kleptocrat in chief, what the Javanese Neanderthals did was sap sap suey. Deserving of kautim in the form of NFA

11. Very swiftly the Javanese Neanderthals pompously said, the truth( read the lie) has prevailed. He quickly instructed his lawyers to file for full acquittal.

12. Hello tuan, the party that says you are not guilty is the AGC which announcement was made by the now despised AG.

13. I thought the only authority which can pronounce one guilty or innocent is the court .

14. The shyster lawyer in some, using law acts which intimidate common people retorted that the authority to declare NFA and not guilty is statutorily provided.

15. Then to us common people, using common sense and rational logic, that statutory provision is wrong.

16. While the AGC can declare NFA, the power to declare guilty or innocent must vest in the court, ruled by the judge

17. If the AGC has statutory power to recommend NFA, then the court must have the residual power to declare guilt or innocence..

18. The finality of this case can only be determined by the court, not the AGC.

19. Please la, AGC, don't lecture us on finality or closure and don't say to us, further investigations by AGC and SPRM , justified giving the Javanese Neanderthals an NFA and at the same time a proof that our judicial system has integrity .

20. The integrity of our judicial system isn't established by a unitary insistence that's it's so.

21. The integrity must be explained rationally and logically. The AGC has not explained away 1 important thing

22. The much touted further investigations by AGC and sprm have not explained away the initial ruling that there was a prima facie case .

23. Tell us , which part of further investigations erase the prima facie ruling?

24. If there are non, the trial must continue .

25. Whatever it is, the AGC must go back to court to tell the judge he has erred to have based his ruling on incomplete investigations then.

26. Now you see why I disagree with some crucial things under the PMs watch.

1. The statements by mad dog akmal must not go unchallenged. 

2. They are imbecilic, propagandaish and serve to dumb down and rile up malays and done up irresponsibly 

3. We don't buy the fake narrative that Islam is being threatened. By who? 

4. It's just an alarmist and exaggerated story by akmal. 

5. To save Islam from these threats, malays need the protection of UMNO. 

6. Don't you see the self serving logic of akmal? 

7. Akmal must think of us as gullible bloody fools. 

8. Everywhere we go around the country, Islam at least on the surface is thriving. 

9. In many of the more Islamic states, not controlled by UMNO by the way, mosques, suraus and musallas dotted the states. 

10. We don't see the non Muslims taking up arms to battle Islam, do we? 

11. If akmal must know, the threat to Islam comes from within not from without. 

12. Not because the Malays are not religious when the religiosity is demanded 

13. By and large, Malays are keener on the ceremonial and ritualistic aspects of their religion. 

14. That attitude, is more displayed by UMNO people 

15. When I was in UMNO a long time ago, the take it lightly attitude was most pronounced with UMNO people. 

16. UMNO people don't like to go to congregational places of worship. But they do like to hold posts in masjids and suraus. But they shy away from carrying out ihya ul masajid activities. 

17. If akmal were to take a survey, he will be dismayed to find out how small a proportion the masjids going crowd among the UMNO youth is.

26. By 2030, malays would constitute 80% of the population of Malaysia. Pray tell, how is it possible for 20% nons to screw the 80%? 

27. That is only possible if the Malays are sufficiently weakened and ravaged by the scourge of corruption or lose discipline by moral depravities. 

28. Don't take the things mentioned in para 27 lightly. See what's happening to our military because of corruption and army chaps having yeh yeh parties and possibly sex orgies. 

29. Malay leaders can be weakened by these 2 things and be defeated by the 20%. 

30. Despite the obvious facts that negate akmals narrative, his warped logic holds it that malays are threatened . 

31. Malays must respond by bunkering in to protect themselves against the mental siege. 

32. Malays must be protected and defended by UMNO and unite as proposed by akmal, under the banner of musibah nasional err muafakat nasional. 

33. That's an unholy union between the temporal fascists (UMNO,) and the ecclesiastical fascists (pas). A union between chalk and cheese. 

34. Akmal sets himself out as a hero and is indeed seen as one by some UMNO right wingers. 

35. A Malaysian don quixote slaying the Chinese dragons and the Indian nagas. 

36. Akmal proposes 2 things. The revival of muafakat nasional which is essentially a union of Malay supremacists. 

37. The other thing is that UMNO exits the unity government. 

38. That, posits akmal is essential for UMNO to have maruah, dignity or amour propre.

39. The narrative about the threat to the Malays and the proposals nay the resolutions of UMNO youth, were designed to elevate the eminence of UMNO and more importantly to elevate the prominence of akmal himself. 

40. In the end, all the narratives and the proposals made by herr akmal were nonchalantly dismissed by the UMN elders without much ceremony. 

41. Akmal sat in the UMNO MKT meeting largely ignored or was treated as a petulant child .

1. My dear brothers and sisters, we have been scammed

2. The neo feudalists and the palace scammers insist the king enjoys absolute powers.

11. They are used by palace intriguers, opportunists and palace bootlickers.

12. The expressions raja adil raja disembah , raja zalim raja disanggah and raja adil raja di julang ,raja zalim raja di solang are self explanatory.

13. These are inherent checks on the kings absolutism.

14. The primordial agreement between sang sapurba and demang lebar daun is very illustrative.

15. If sang sapurba reneged on the agreement, he and his descendants will be cursed.

The aftermath of the 1MDB ruling. Part 4. The 1mdb judgement and collateral issues revisited. Sontoloyo series no 70.

1. The conviction of Mr X of all 25 charges filed against him forces us to revisit many of the issues surrounding Mr X.

2. We refer to the felon as Mr X, after Macbeth the Scottish king full of political machinations.

3. To some superstitious stage actors, the name Macbeth must never be mentioned for fear of many misfortunes befalling people who speak of the name.

4. Hence from now on , the real name of the felon must never be spoken aloud lest 'swei' things fall on us.

5. In the 1MDB case, Mr X was found guilty. He got a jail sentence and a fine stipulated by law. The jail sentence is to run after the SRC jail sentence.

6. In the SRC case, Mr X was initially sentenced to 12 years jail and over 200m fine.

7. For stealing 42m, he got jail time of 12 years but stealing 2.6b , he got 15 years? A marginal increase, wouldn't you say?

8. We needn't go into the fun side of the wonderful world of mathematics.

9. For the SRC case , Mr X got a partial pardon.50% for the jail time and some 70% for the fine.

10. The 1MDB judgement established the stature of Mr X like that decided by the USA DOJ.

11. The biggest kleptocratic case, the biggest kahuna of the biggest kleptocratic case, the author of the grandaddy of all heists.

12. That being the case, we asked whether the pardon given Mr X was proper and befitting?

13. Know that we are not questioning the prerogative of the king to pardon - that is provided by the constitution.

13a. As long as the pardon is done as per the protocols of the constitution.

14. Proper or befitting, given that Mr X is the biggest kahuna of the biggest kleptocratic heist .

15. Like the African politician said, when we reward Mr X with some very lenient dispensations, we are teaching the young that corruption is not a crime but a career .

16. UMNO teaches the Malays that .

17. Pardoning Mr X, takes out the merciful aspects of the pardon.

18. It degrades the value of the clemency and injures the majesty that sponsors it .

19. In my mind, pardoning Mr X is not proper and befitting thing to do notwithstanding that it's the kings prerogative to do so .

20. Mr X does not deserve to be pardoned. He was found guilty of almost all the judges at the 3 court level. Not even once has he displayed a contrite and remorseful attitude over the theft at SRC.

21. Instead he has been quietly belligerent assaulting us with repeated appeals. Wasting our time and courts resources .

22. It must have been a strained argument and equally artificial advice the pardons board gave the agong.

23. I think the advice given was also not anticipative and failed to take into account that Mr x could be found guilty in the 1MDB case. Indeed he was found so by the Sequerah judgement.

24. So pardoning Mr X damages the majesty of the King. But UMNO doesn't give a rats ass about that. They are only obsessed in giving Mr X as much advantages he can get .

25. Umno found a useful instrument to achieve their aims in the form of the notorious addendum.

26. UMNO was intense and very loud about it. Demanding all and sundry acquiesce of it and insisting the government and the courts to religiously follow it. The command of the King, insists UMNO is absolute.

27. Not true. Its to be obeyed only if it's done according to the protocols of the constitution.

28. Hello tuan, we are no longer living in an age where the king can cut open a lady's tummy to retrieve jackfruit taken by the lady from the sultans orchard .

29. Since 1957, the basic and overriding doctrine of this country, is that our monarch is a constitutional monarchy. If there are subsequent provisions that seemed to conflict and contradict the basic overriding doctrine, the overriding doctrine prevails.

29b. I am sure there is such a provision in our constitution. Legal writers are fond of writing that to cover their asses.

30. That means the actions of the King and other sultans are circumscribed by the constitution. And in particular matters such as pardoning Mr X, require them to follow the protocols of the constitution, they must do so.

31. So don't give us the BS story that by not following the addendum, we are restricting the latitude of the king in making decisions . That's legal balderdash

32. His majesty still enjoy the wide latitude. Only that in specific matters, he must do so according to the procedures laid down by the constitution. So qualify your BS .

33. Similarly don't give us the cock and bull sorry, that the king cannot decide his own. Don't stop there, qualify your horrified statement

34. The king cannot do so in specific matters as laid down in the constitution. For instance in pardoning Mr X.

35. Who were the king's lawyers? They ought to know the addendum was unconstitutional.

36. And what of the rumours we hear that Mr Xs lead counsel knew the fate of the addendum ?

37. When the AGC received the addendum, they studied it , decided that it was unconstitutional and returned it the King.

38. By then a new king has ascended the throne and the new king was briefed about the addendum

39. The new king commanded Mr Xs lead counsel to make a fresh application for his clients house arrest.

40. The lead counsel didn't, for obvious reasons.

41. Because then it would not be an addendum by a king., it's just an application from an ex 4th college boy of UM.

42. It stands no chance in hell to get approved. Further,a lawyer of his calibre knows, the addendum is unconstitutional.

43 . But the show must go on mustn't upset the idiot crowd

44. But it pays to keep the lie alive. The UMNO people will ' scavenge ' on the lie. Gullible Malays will feed on the lie. And the chief counsel will start believing in his own lie.

45. From there on we will be tortured by the legal filibustering and argle bargle.

46. In a previous article , I have aargued that the addendum was doomed from the start. Of course I didn't know of the existence of article 42, being untrained in the law .

47. I won't burden readers with what wrote. Suffice of me to give a summary of it,ok?

48. I gave a few reasons why the addendum must fail. Firstly, because it wasn't done contemporaneously as the primary pardons board document .

49. Since it wasn't done so, it is an inferior document compared to the pardons board paper..it cannot be treated as a pardons board production.

50. And by the judgement of justice loke, the addendum didn't meet the requirements of article 42. It was there legally invalid .

51. Suppose the addendum was indeed discussed at the ftpb, I am not sure part of its brief was to determine the place of incarceration.

52. If the ftpb cannot, determining the place of incarceration, would be ultra vires.

53. That would take out the right of the courts wouldn't it?

54. We cannot allow the addendum be used to usurp the powers of parliament.

55. Parliament has not even promulgated a law making house arrest available nor making it possible.

56. We can't enforce something not legal or not law, can we?

57. That is my summary, dear readers .

58. Finally I want to say something about the myth about the king and sultans absolute power on pardon or on anything.

58b. In the cultural history of the Malays, there were always check on the unbridled powers of the kings and sultans. They are rarely used because the sultans listened to the people.

59. The expression, raja adil raja disembah, raja zalim raja disanggah, wasn't said for nothing.

60. In the primordial agreement between sang sapurba and demang lebar daun, if the former reneged on his part of the agreement, grave consequences would befall on him and his progeny.

35. Then, we have to question the exact role of sprm.

36. Just who the fuck did Azam Baki and other sprm officials actually see?
