The bloomin Bloomberg reports and the proposed RCI. Sontoloyo series no 100

2. Others more knowledgeable and perceptive can do a better job. 

3. Because I want to write on something more urgent. The unspeaker-able conduct of the speaker. 

4. Where he rejected a motion by a DAP MP to debate a formation of an RCI on the sharegate involving Azam Baki. 

5 . In a past life, the speakers party and he would be one of the earliest groups asking for RCI on the Bloomberg reports .

8. The RCI will interview everyone who has issued statements about the Bloomberg reports. 

9. Including probably the PKR youth head to record how he comes to the conclusion that forming the RCI is based on hearsay. 

10. Including calling the most important party, Bloomberg. 

11. Calling Bloomberg will erase the predicate ,'hearsay.' 

12. You don't put the cart before the horse. The RCI will establish whether its formation is because of hearsay or not 

13. It will ask not A,B or C who hear what Bloomberg says, but will also inquire from the horses mouth itself, Messrs Bloomberg. 

14. And inquiring from Bloomberg at once ceases to make the Inquiry hearsay. 

15. Sure, the hottest issue at the moment is the sharegate and the allegations that some people acted mafia like forcing business owners to dispose of their shares in a particular companies, so that businessmen buddy buddy to these mafia enforcers can take over. 

16. These people acting mafia like are making businessmen an offer they cannot refuse. 

17. So taken as a whole, the conduct of the speaker and the half thought out response of the PKR youth head are surprising and shocking. 

18. It's as though they are not interested to find out the truth and in fact seems to be protecting some people. 

19. Their responses appear hurried and reckless. 

20. The proposal for an RCI is not meant to vilify SPRM but to ensure the body retains complete integrity or as someone said, be whiter than white, be trusted and the body remains above board. 

21. The self admission by SPRM that these reports are slur campaigns , aspersions to discredit SPRM are irrelevant. 

22. Asserting innocence is not done through self admission and judgement. 

23. Others will do that. Self assertion of innocence is not applicable and believable. If you ask a thief whether he stole, surely he will be did not. 

24. Therefore SPRM is acting like a thief denying he stole . 

25. The reactions of SPRM and the seemingly complicitory behavior of PKR people and the speaker strongly suggest that SPRM is already guilty . 

26. I mentioned the hottest issues at the moment,but they are not the only issues. 

27. Might as well widen the scope of inquiry of the proposed RCI to include the whole gamut of Bloomberg reports. 

28. These include the Bloomberg reports on the casino at forest city, the alleged transfer of oil from an unknown ship to a flagged tanker of oil from Russia and eventually sold to India. 

29. Also reports on human trafficking of Bangla workers and of course the sharegate of Azam Baki and allegations of mafia business enforcers. 

30. The behavior of Anwar Ibrahim is perplexing. 

31. In 2022,when he was opposition leader I think, he led a demo agitating for the removal of Azam Baki . 

32. Now, as PM he's going all out and bending over to retain notorious Azam. 

33. I would tell him- be pragmatic and not sentimental. 

34. For the sake of his longevity as PM, jettison off notorious Azam. 

35. Don't be carrying a live monitor lizard.
