25. Then , take the provision on accepting USA standards on emissions and safety. Allowing USA made cars free from excessive bureaucratic controls.

31. It will mean Malaysia has to step up in many ways to accommodate American standards. Increase their competence, their skill sets be more competitive etc

32. Like it not, Malaysia will be forced to integrate itself in a global economy in which one's advance is determined by being competitive and progresses on grounds of merits

33. Don't be seduced by people saying it's doomsday for us. We sold out and lose our independence . It's BS.

34. This isnt a most favoured clause like in the colonial days. 35. The same rule can be applied to china, India, Japan, EU, Russia and so on.
