Our Own Men In Black- Murder Most Foul!

This piece of news is what makes people boil inside. Abdul Razak Baginda the man accused of involvement in the grisly murder of Altantuya, has been acquitted.

To a non lawyer like sakmongkol, after 151 days of taxpayers’ money subsidising the trials, the prosecution failed to establish a prima facie case?

Well this tells sakmongkol a lot about those coming out SM Air Puteh in Kuantan. During sakmongkol’s time SM AIR PUTEH was for the below average. Since sakmongkol cannot contain his frustration, allow him to say- it’s a school for TONGONGS.

The prosecution team leader is from this school. So go figure.

The failure of the prosecution in establishing a prima facie case on Razak Baginda, has diluted sakmongkol’s confidence in the quality of government lawyers.

Sakmongkol will have to invoke the dialogue once again, between Chief Zed of MIB with the interviewees who failed to make it into MIB.

Chief Zed said- GENTLEMEN, THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME. AFTER YEARS OF GOVERNMENT TRAINING, YOU ARE OF THE QUALITY WHAT WE EXPECTED OF SUCH TRAINING. All failed and Agent K/Slick played by Will Smith made it into MIB.

It is worth remembering that MIB agents wear sunglasses and dark suits. Instead of intimidating or threatening witnesses, the MIB use devices known as "Neuralizers" to wipe witnesses' memories of what they have seen, and replace the memories with more mundane explanations, such as swamp gas or weather balloons. Neuralizers are also used on agents who leave the organization for any reason. The MIB's sunglasses protect them from the effects of the Neuralizer.

Sakmongkol is wondering, in this case, in the course of their work, members of the prosecution team, forgot to wear their blinds. As a result, the neutralizers turned on their minds and erased whatever credible arguments contained therein. Instead, in their place, all the mundane explanations such as swamp gas….etc etc took root.

Man, sakmongkol thinks he will take up law himself and make these airhead lawyers a run for their money!.

Razak is the happiest man on earth today. Guess what. With tons of cash he will disappear from this country until he thinks people have forgotten him.
Sak, no need to read law lah. We have so many blogger lawyers. Just give your thought as a layman. Easy to understand and less complicated. Just prosecute the criminals online. We the public be the judge. More interesting and fun.

Salam Dato',

Belated congratulations on your Datukship. Same goes to Datin Mamasita.

School for tongongs? Just because the prosecution team leader is from that school? What if the judgement is the other way round?
Different remark for that school, maybe?

What about the university where prosecution team leader read law? University for tongongs also? Maybelah kot, since Razak Baginda is acquitted.

My humble opinion is that we can't fault one's alma mater for the product that he's become.

Thank you.

I am just amazed just what just happen to this high profile case.

The two members of an elite police force just wake up one morning and decided to blow off the mongol girl.

Is this possible??????????

Maybe only in BolehLand.......

moo,
my sentiments the same. where is the motive in these two? unless they were instructed or given the most flexible of arahan, they carried out their duties.
apa nak jadi

What happened to 'innocent until proven guilty' sakmongkol?

or 'it's better to free 10 guilty person than to convict 1 innocent man'?

prosecutors are just one in a long chain of a criminal trial. they present evidence investigated and compiled by police, the court decides admissibility. How is it always the prosecutor's fault???

They should have called in Hercules Poirot.

"Monsieurs, Madames, to commit a murder, three ingredients are needed. The recipe is called MOM.

In this most foul case, means was plastic explosive C4 which is mainly cyclotrimethylene trinitramine.

Opportunity was the assassination team knowing exactly where and when the victim would be on that fateful night.

It is motive which presents the key question.

(hush in court; pindrop silence; judge scratches head)

Who, ladies and gentlemen, has the authority in this country (of yours) to command two specially trained persons armed with licensed-to-kill permits to shoot and blow to smithereens the poor damsel?

Now why was this question not asked?

What quantum of solace is left for the poor lady?

It is a tight equation of three things. The C4 plastic explosives are not readily available at your local pharmacist or best-buy hypermarket (not that i know of anyway). It's not on the purchase-with-purchase shelf (as you would say balangan bernilai lima purut linggit dalam satu resit). The opportunity was a phone call made by someone to them otherwise it would be a chance greater than winning the next toto draw that they would be where they were to nap her.

Was this matter of how they knew where she was determined?

Lastly, the motive. Why? Because that will lead to who.
