Tale of the Malay Admiral

What the MKT is doing at the moment, reminds Sakmongkol of the story about the three admirals/nakhoda.

Once upon a time, 3 admirals commanded 3 large merchant ships. They were of Arab, Chinese and Malay origins. They were travelling to a commercial destination whereupon they were caught in a big typhoon storm. It was clear the ships could not make it, and therefore the admirals made preparations to abandon ship.

Arab Admiral: The Arab admiral shouted out his orders. SAVE OUR WOMEN first. Get them to the lifeboats. Make sure each one of them is safe.

Chinese Admiral: The Chinese admiral gave out his orders. Save all our MERCHANDISE. These are valuable items. Salvaged, we can still sell and make handsome profits.

Malay Admiral: The Malay admiral, not be outdone, bellowed his orders. LET US FORM A COMMITTEE!.

The barbarians led by Anwar ‘Hannibal’ Ibrahim, are already at the gates. UMNO still sitting in committee after committee.

And then the pirates came aboard from their ship HMS Globalization.

They said:

'Throw all three of them off, including the pendatang. That will lighten the ship, which we can auction on ebay. The three of them are fish bait after all, and we can catch bigger fish to sell at our somali market after that."

end of story.
