UMNO's Final Solution.

UMNO’s solution is something like the Nazi final solution. It thinks it can achieve national unity by pitting one race against one another. Today the Chinese, tomorrow the Indians and later all other non-Malay Malaysians. Eventually, it will apply the same gas-chambering treatment to the Malays who dared challenge and reject UMNO.
Indeed UMNO has already shown its inclination to political cannibalization. The Malays who are opposed and reject UMNO are classed as either not having sufficient Malayness or apostates. The world of Malaysia is as how UMNO defines it.
The majority of us reject this fascism.
And so we have a former PM of this country defining as citizens of this country those who came over to Sabah only on the basis of being able to speak Bahasa Malaysia and had stayed in Malaysia for a number of years. They stayed because the enforcement authorities allowed them to. They stayed because the enforcement authorities were corrupt.
This is a devious argument, simplistic and yet flippant of the matter at hand. It would have traction if the hordes of immigrants had legally come over to Malaysia, registered properly and abided by the laws of the country relating to naturalized citizenship. Then we would have exercised our SOVEREIGNTY as an independent nation having complete legal powers to determine the quantity and quality of those who want to become Malaysian citizens.
The stand as suggested by Dr Mahathir is similar to the loose woman asking her client are you done, while she reads NST or Nanyang and smoking a cigarette.
They didn’t because they came illegally and adopting the Malay language had to be done to blend quickly. Their citizenship is questionable because people in Sabah know that they were brought into Sabah intentionally to dilute the population structure in Sabah.
We cannot give citizenship to people who came into this country illegally, smuggled themselves in or were brought in intentionally for the purpose of political balancing. If 1 million Indonesians had come over into Pahang with a similar population size, can the Indons be accepted as citizens by the Pahang people who will face the prospects of having Malay speaking bona fide Indons as MB and exco members?  We might as well give citizenship to Nigerians and other Africans who entered the country and have quickly adopted the Malay language and have been cunning enough to escape the dragnets of our Immigration Department.
The Malaysian people have already shown that they no longer accept the UMNO solution. The coming together of various races during Bersih 3.0 recently sent shivers along the spine of the UMNO leadership. Unless of course they misread or simply refused to read the signals sent by the voluntary coming together of the various races during that event. The setting has changed but UMNO refuses to adapt. Those who don’t adapt, perish.
As a DAP member I am also ready to concede that in the long run, DAP will also lose its wider relevance if it also refuses to adapt to the new social setting. The new social setting demands recognition that despite being of different races, heterogeneity does not prevent the sharing of universal and common values. Different races value the same freedom and economic justice. Being of different races does not preclude sharing similar ideas about equality or sharing the same idea about a common future.
You think the right thinking Malay is unmoved to see UMNO abuse the Malay definition? The ordinary Malay finds it reprehensible when UMNO exploits the Malay name to enrich the elite and selected few among the Malays. UMNO commits the fatal mistake of thinking it can justify about almost everything by using the Malay name.
In response to the general vilification on Malaysian Chinese who are now more readily associated with DAP, we ask who is the closest Malaysian Chinese to the PM these days? It’s a Malaysian Chinese who just secured a RM 1 billion contract to do the Ampang LRT extension works. In that sense, the UMNO president is selling out the Malays.
The video clip which I uploaded is only an ominous precursor of things that are coming. UMNO’s direct or indirect support and endorsement to the film Tanda Putera must be condemned NOW as an attempt by a desperate government to drive a wedge in between the races of Malaysia. UMNO’s Black Hand must be condemned as a highly irresponsible act of a government that claims it’s committed to democracy and a united Malaysia when really its interest is to maintain this country divided by playing of one anti UMNO/BN group against the other. Tanda Putera is another wag the dog variety of film and its director is literally a bitch.
Is that how one proves one’s Malayness? That is the way of an imbecile.
It is certain now that Najib had interceded on behalf of George Kent to award the Ampang LRT extension project valued at over RM 1 billion to a Malaysian Chinese who belongs to the same ethnic group, UMNO is vilifying. The company failed the technical and financial prequalification requirements but for Najib’s intercession, got the project anyway. This is the same Malaysian Chinese who was rumored to have brokered the contract for the double tracking project for China Harbors. Additionally, this Malaysian Chinese was rumored to have asked USD500 million from the Chinese government allegedly for the benefit of the Malaysian PM.
Now, isn’t it the Malay leadership that is responsible for havoc visited upon the ordinary Malay? Why should the Malay countenance what the UMNO leadership is doing? UMNO is but one of a few alternatives available to the Malay to pursue their objectives. When UMNO is already rotten the core, its leadership consisting of half past six characters, why should the Malay obstinately stick to UMNO?
He has choices and must indeed exercise his freedom of choice. If he does not choose UMNO, he doesn’t cease to be Malay nor has he turned apostate.

TDM's latest Tg Rambutan Maharacist Masterpiece about illegals being more Malaysian because they can speak Malay and accept UMNO's Ketuanan Melayu is confirmation that UMNO is way, way beyond redemption.
UMNO's najis is 1000 times worse than LYNAS waste. Malaysia will not be able to survive such mental distortions and it is up to all eligible voters to save their country.

Dato,
I don't think Ibrahim Ali, the great defender of the Malay race, reads your blog nor understands English.
But surely, he will have something to say about Najib awarding the RM1B contact to a Chinese!!!!
In fact all the 'bangsa, ugama, negara, Malays are very quiet.

Org Perak,  9 August 2012 at 10:19

When Umno can not get the Malay vote. They will give citizenship to illegal to vote.

This is a good move and end of the day the Malay will suffer but not the UNMNOputra.

We need to kick out the BN and justice will prevail to know who is the murderer (Kugan, Teoh, Sabrini, Altantuya) and cronies that curi wang Rakyat.(billions)

Send all the Pengkianat Negara to jail and make a better MALAYSIA.

Brilliant piece.

"Tanda Putera is another wag the dog variety of film and its director is literally a bitch"

i dont think 'literally a bitch' is a great point to make, Dato. I think it should be edited out before the feminists make a big deal about it.

bruno,  9 August 2012 at 12:00

Dato,it is Umno who gave citizenship to illegals to strengthen their support base, just to win elections. If it is not enough they have phamtoms too.But Umno's biggest crime of having these illegals here in the first place is their failure to monitor them. That is the reason for the rampant violent crimes taking place throughout the country. And violent crimes committed by the illegals brought in by Umno is getting out of control. Now no one is safe from these out of control cowboys. That is the reason the Umno/BN politicians, cronies and the the rich people have well armed security guards guarding their mansions.

Anonymous,  9 August 2012 at 12:32

Datuk Sak,

If we are to use Mahathir's Arguements of giving citizenship for being able to speak Malay and satying long in Malaysia...Then all of the Illegal Indonesians who have been hiding here for so long are entitled to citizenships!!!After all they are all competent Malay Speakers!

My God! When will this Claim to be Smart Idiot Stop Splurging Garbage!!!

And to think they want to make a Film about him?!

For What?

The politics of stupidity in Malaysia is getting out of hand. How does the middle ground and silent majority bear all these latest round of hate propaganda ejaculated by UMNO? To label another party 'belligerent infidels' is really mind boggling and downright repulsive. But this is what you will see when UMNO controls all the state media and security apparatus. UMNO is moving towards racial AND religious chaos in the name of defending its economic-politico power base. They have deployed all their big religious guns in the name of religion, as nothing else or other issues seems to work in their favor anymore.

This will be a true test of Malaysian's will to maintain sanity in light of open provocations, not seen in its history. The fine line of physical religious attacks are being blurred and the extremists are being drawn out with these latest series of megaphone religious taunts. Lets not even discuss why Najib/UMNO keeps giving out large multi billion contracts to the chinese businessmen or china, instead of to malays or Turkey or S.Arabia or Oman.

I look out of my office window and see ordinary Malaysians scurrying around trying to make ends meet. Working together, eating together, solving daily problems together. This is the reality on the ground. And a few politicians, during this ramadan month are stirring up hate propaganda to the maximum by declaring that society cannot and should not live together because of fear of political lose. Its indeed ironic that during this ramadan month, we have UMNO deploying gullible religious zealots to declare open religious hate towards mankind, that is striving to make Malaysia a better place for all.

The opposition is going to have to thread this new landscape very carefully and avoid direct confrontation, which UMNO is desperately seeking to justify its objectives. The next step is that proxy religious militias will be drawn out in the name of religion to create havoc and chaos openly. Penang will be likely target. selangor will be next, if the water issue is lost to MB by UMNO. With the PDRM, FRU under HM control, the only last line of defense to chaos is our military. Are we moving towards orchestrated chaos? Do we want to let this happen? If all these doesnt make ordinary silent majority VOTE OUT UMNO, then we are all doomed. Might as well migrate to Australia or US as they are now aggressively offering immigration potential for mere small investments in their own country.

Patrick 9 August 2012 at 13:34

With all the massive religious declarations by UMNO's brainless religious zealots, what is PAS doing about all these?

Apa beza UMNO buat di Sabah dan Israel buat di Palestin?

Anonymous,  9 August 2012 at 16:31

Umno has ever been about short-term goals and staying in power, whatever the cost.

Diluting the Malay majority by bringing in foreigners and giving them citizenship because the Malay vote is split and cannot be trusted to fully choose BN? Check

Inciting racial and ethnic tensions to gain Malay votes by fear? check

Never mind the naked blatant hypocrisy of cronies and friends from among the so-called race enemies. Never mind the incidences of crime due to the unchecked influx of illegal foreigners. Never mind the slow erosion of social order that could permanently affect the nation's cultural landscape.

The irony is that these measures in the long term spell the end of Umno as it is. The foreign influx will only vote Umno under coercion, but once Umno loses power they will likely vote according to their interests, whihc would not be in line with Malay ones. Even if they did vote for Umno, the party itself will slowly reflect the interests of its supporters. Umno could very well morph into a party of immigrants championing their values and interests. Umno could become even more inclusive and a complete u-turn from what it is today. (laughs)

These Ummno-putras think when the shit hits the fan they'll be far away in Kazakhstan living like kings off the nation's wealth they siphoned through the years. All believing in their own arrogance and infallibility.

They really should consult with Hosni Mubarak, Pinochet of Argentina, Mussolini, Hitler, Muammar Ghadaffi, as to what happens when leaders believe they are invincible

And unlike the old days, its easier now to freeze funds and investigate overseas accounts, even the Swiss are more amenable to opening up to outside investigators.

Politicians that offer citizenship to foreigners for the purpose of gaining votes and political gains are the REAL PENGKIANAT OF THE COUNTRY.

They are no better than TERRORISTS AND COMMUNISTS

They should be sentenced to LIFE IN PRISON

With the lost of few states, their " leaders " are fully aware of the serious and far reaching consequences of losing federal power.

Sabah Sifu 9 August 2012 at 20:15

Dear Dato’ , what you are saying today, we in Sabah have been harping for the last 30 years. Unfortunately the people in Malaya just stood by because they believe the issues in Sabah did not concern them they believe “Let the people in Sabah face all the injustices (zalimi) it is after all for our own good”. The good times are in the past and the past is fast catching up to you people. Today they are not just the problem in Sabah, it is affecting Malaysia which makes the May 13 and Financial Crisis 1997 pale in comparison. Your rights as the citizen of this country are about to be taken away!!!
When Suharto, Mahathir and Harris met in Tawau in 1980, a grand plan was mooted to dilute the population in Sabah and subsequently provide the back-up systems to the political masters in Malaya. In order to colonize, the indigenous people must first be eliminated which find parallel in other colonies in the World. Mahathir’s statement today is a precursor to implementing the final solution. Instead of gas chambers and bullet in the head, Mahathir will direct the government to invoke the Interpretation (Definition of Native) Ordinance 1952 Cap 64 in Sabah. In the Sabah state law the Kadazan, Dusun, Muruts and Rungus (KDMR) does not legally exist. This was the oversight of their great Huguan Siou (Paramount Chief) Tan Sri Pairin Kitingan who did not amend the law when he was the Chief Minister for 9 years and have control of 38 State Legislative seats out of a total of 48 seats. Today the KDMR are the real Pendatang Tanpa Izin (PTI) in “their own” state.
In the last 2 years, Najib gleefully exports the excess to be BN/UMNO’s voters in Malaya especially the Bugis are flooding Johore, Pahang, N. Sembilan, Melaka, Selangor, Perak, Terangganu, Penang and Kedah. Just take a good look at Chow Kit and jalan Tunku Abdul Rahman – just who are the Malays there??

Anak Watan,  9 August 2012 at 22:46

I appeal to all the Raja-Raja Melayu to do something to save Malaysia from UMNO's treasonous plundering, abuse of power and now, selling of citizenship to illegal immigrants.

Daulat Tuanku!

I've not been voting UMNO for the past 6 GEs. I wonder now if I can claim that I am a malay. Luckily you mentioned that UMNO is rotten to the core. At least I know that I am not a malay that's rotten to the core! :))

Actually, all of us here are preaching to the converted - the readers of this blog and similar ones know the cause and effect and the perpetrators (more like perpe-traitors).

I suggest that each and every one begin talking to the persons that you come across each and everyday. If everyone of us talked and informed another 5 person a day, and they are encouraged to likewise, we have a force at hand that would withstand the lies and deceit of the mainstream media. Count with me - "how many can u talk to in a day, how many?"

The reading, thinking masses of this country owe it to their bretren to educate them of the largese and deceits of the ruling parties. Even simple issues, about coming out to vote for the right party should be brought out. I stated by talking to the taxi driver - who mentioned that "we should bershyukur for the life we have". After sitting next to him for the daily smokes session at KL Sentral - even to the extent of translating write-ups and keluhan rakyat marhaen, he has opened his eyes as to how much better this country would be if not for the rapacious greed of the umnoputras.

Salam.

If my memory serves me well, he Nazi officers were hunted down after the fall of the regime right up to Argentina.

I am just waiting which UMNO overlord is going to make the first strike on the weakend Najib? The wolves will then pound on their dear leader and he will be gone like the wind.

Who knows, the myterious Dr. Mahathir might triumph once again. He has to date the scalps of many a PM and DPM.

Anonymous,  9 August 2012 at 23:47

Dato'

Throughout the millennium, we have had people from various places came to settle in this land. From the prehistoric Africans to the Hindus in the second century, the Buddhist in the 5th century, the Chinese in the 15th century, the Europeans who came to colonize us and the Malays over time from various parts of the archipelago has enrichen this land. We are a nation of migrants.

For this reason I am all for migrants coming into this country and I think we should encourage it. It may well be for economic opportunities or security reasons, but in this day and age we need to have a proper immigration policy in place.

We need to decide who qualifies and who doesn't. Many developed countries who accept migrants, have set proper metrics as to what skills they need or what financial resources the migrant can bring. Countries like Australia and the US of A has benefit greatly from it. This policy, amongst others is sorely lacking with the current administration due to their myopic view.

Today, we have thousands that are born here that have been denied citizenship and yet we give illegal aliens citizenship because it helps the people in power to win elections. This dishonesty will in future, come back to bite us with all sorts of social and security problems.

If the only criteria for citizenship is "the mastery of the the national language..." as Tun Mahathir puts it, all the 250million Indonesian qualifies to be citizens. We might as well acknowledge to be another province of Indonesia.

OneMalaysian,  9 August 2012 at 23:47

Dear Sakmongkol

After reading your article I am filled with both hope and hopelessness at the same time. Hope because some Malays are able to see UMNO as what it really is: divisive, racist and corrupt, hardly the party that can uplift the ordinary Malay. And hopelessness because the ordinary Malay, much more numerous than the more enlightened Malay, have not quite seen the light, or are still blinded by little gifts of money at election time. Yet our collective future rests with these ordinary Malays who live in kampongs and Felda estates.

The enlightened Malays who read this blog represent a tiny fraction of the Malay population. It is to the less informed Malays that you must reach with your message of change. Our fate lies in their hands, literally the hand that marks the ballot paper.

PR has clearly won the intellectual debate. They have better political ideas. They are more transparent and efficient in government as demonstrated in the PR states. That is why this UMNO/BN government are in sixes and sevens, and they are making mistake after mistake, and are completely incoherent in their respond to the PR onslaught to their clumsy and opaque governance.

So in desperation Najib is literally throwing buckets of money at the Malays. Will this work. Yes, I think to some extent.

Even Mahathir is worried. One cannot understand a former PM making such a weak and unacceptable defence of the Sabah illegal immigrant problem. Would it be OK if 1 million Mainland Chinese and 1 million Indians also illegally come to Malaysia from rural villages and speak Malay? Would these 2 million be granted citizenship as well? Illegal immigration will have the greatest impact on the real Malays because they compete at the level of most Malays. In other words they crowd out these Malays in the job market and small informal businesses. The Malays, though not Mahathir and his rich family, will come to regret such policies.

I hope your messages will get a far wider audience. Most visitors to your blog are already with you. It is in the kampongs where the greatest work is yet to be done.
