Dr Mahathir aka The Man Who Can Walk On Water.

Saya lihat ahli parlimen UMNO lain pun-kata orang Pahang- mengerenying’ bila dengar dia kata begitu.

Sudahkah cukai pendapatan dibayar? Kepada Kerajaan mana?

Tun Mahathir's questions raised in his blog is a good summary of all the questions being asked by all parties including YB Tony Pua, YB Rafizi Ramli, Sarawak Report and to a lesser extent by YB Dr Ong Kian Ming and YB Dato Ariff Sabri aka Sakmongkol AK47.

I have never been fond of Tun Mahathir but what he is now divulging on 1MDB is really helpful. I am waiting to see how the PM answer these questions....

Anonymous,  14 March 2015 at 06:45

I doubt Dr M will get any response from PM, as always. Chedet's latest posting is written in simple words that every men on the street can easily understand, hence the need to stop its access to a wider audience.

walla 14 March 2015 at 09:05

The greased eminence's admission is telling.

'Yang diperlukan ialah siasatan forensik oleh polis..'

but haven't they so far shown themselves to be only beholden to Najib's administration, not the least because Najib's Zahid and Gani override them?

And our Man's last words on all matters is:

This is the clearest and most explicit admission that Umno is a lost cause and will be voted out in GE14.

When that happens, those 154 sycophants who had showed up to support Najib plus the others who had showed up to clap Ismail Sabri will run helter-skelter like rats to pledge loyalty to the next gravy train driver.

Thus the only opening for Umno left is to alliance with PAS' Hadi but that would kill PAS because it purports to propagate principles that no Umno honcho practices, as admitted as much by Zahid himself in deflective self-defence when saying he has letters on others within Umno's hierarchy.

So without the police and PAS in toe, what does M see ahead?

It cannot be the present DPM who went from Stamford Holdings to Shahrizat and then impaled himself from syiok-sendiri to shocked.

It cannot be Zahid and all know why.

It cannot be Ismail Sabri and all know why.

It cannot be Mukhriz and M himself will answer why when he can get to let his own guard down in the shadows of his nights when no one is around to listen to his own final self-abnegating confessions of what he had done onto this nation.

It cannot be Shafie Apdal or Bung Mokhtar or any of the others like Adnan or Idris or Shahrizat or Mashitah or Syed or the tourism minister. And all know why, some with grudging jealousy.

It cannot be Khairy because the orthopedic surgeon couldn't find a backbone.

And it cannot be Hishammuddin because the MRI scan will show a conspicuous absence of grey matter. The idiots who praised his PR handling of the MAS fiasco must get a wake-up call from TNB. Just put a finger into the socket and turn on the switch. Tariff is down so it won't cost much.

Analyze everything he said and write down exactly in point form what he had said as a matter of fact and reasoning. Answer? a dinosaur egg. Zero. Even fluff has weight. He said nothing, only described a vacuum. That's why the victims' families said we were hiding things.

So who next for a post-Najib Umno before GE14? TRH is not going to come onboard. If he is to come onboard, he would have done so much earlier.

And the reason is clear. He knows if he makes PM, he will have to depend on the same bunch of syndicated crooks that have caused all the ignoble problems in this stupid country.

So the only way he can make PM is to run on the federal Opposition ticket.

Finally, how in thunderation is the PMO comms team going to counter this?

http://is.gd/pKwZxL

Wake up-lah, Malaysia. It's not just 1MDB and our THE zilch ranking. It's not just your EPF blown in the Pembinaan PFI fiasco which is much bigger than PKFZ. There's at least one more.

And kiddos are still saying our economy is humming nicely along. On what foundation, which time segment and whose data sources?

Maligayang, sayang.

If and when Zeti and BNegara wake up from their beauty sleep instead of repeating everything's still all right with Malaysia, there's no systemic risk yet, then I believe Malaysians will start to believe in themselves instead of the rubbish being churned out by PMO's office. Then Malaysians will only be convinced that we are just an inch away from bankruptcy!

Walla has given the best clinical analysis of the heir apparent to the PM's seat. No one qualifies, so who will be the outsider who can be appointed?

"Dr Mahathir aka The Man Who Can Walk On Water."

Dato'

I am not pro anyone of them...

Adding to Walla's indepth analysis...

The Man Who Can Walk On Water's credibility during his 22 years in office admitted that he had failed to change UMNO's mindset...

Further he still holds the record of about RM200.0 Billion...

http://www.freemalaysiatoday.com/category/opinion/2015/03/14/dr-m-are-you-ready-to-answer-for-your-corrupt-ways-too/

“Absolute Power Corrupts Absolutely” – The Greed for Status, Power, Croonies, Supporters & Money !

The monster that the rayaat chose/elected/created becomes uncontrollable & refuses to listen to the peoples’ sentiment, pleas, etc, to accept criticism, to apologise & correct the situation – in self denial !

History has shown us over and over again...

But Man never wants to LISTEN & LEARN – as in the Phillipines with Marcos, Indonesia with Suharto, etc & now it is at our doorsteps.

Each & everyone of the Politicians, Govt servants including us, have a choice to decide.

Recycled politicians have past histories which might not be acceptable to Head of States, parties , constituencies , our investigative bloggers & the rayaat.

The Honest & Dedicated will need to break away & Resign from BN (UMNO,MCA, MIC, Gerakan, etc) to allow an Honest & Dedicated representative to be re-elected to convince the rayaat & sincerely “Walk their Talk”.

Just sit back & watch more action with the great BN Domino Tsunami.

Well, maybe the time has not come yet but could come soon...

Who knows, a Phoenix could arise from the ashes of BN & PR as a True Leader for Malaysia & Malaysians!

Someone who is Nameless (with no titles!), Partyless, Baggageless, etc could arise, in answering the citizen's plea to God Almighty for a savior, to..

Right all the wrongs...

Bring Justice & the Rule of Law to this great Nation & its citizens...

And he will leave and move on when all that has been done...!

You be the judge.

Cheers.

"Dr Mahathir aka The Man Who Can Walk On Water."

Anon 08:54,

Your comment noted...

The whole nation is concerned about this nation's & rayaat's wellbeing with 1MDB's scandal, including Madey...

As I had said, I am no fan of Jibby nor Madey...

Bumiputera equity share at that time stood at around 2%.

Also to share this...

"...the government’s “Malay first” policy has also produced weak, mediocre and corrupt leaders at all levels."

Malay first’ policy has created a greedy, intolerant race - http://www.freemalaysiatoday.com/category/nation/2015/03/13/malay-first-policy-has-created-a-greedy-intolerant-race/

"...The answer is nobody knows.

The answer given by Tan Sri Ramon Navaratnam, who was a senior civil officer at time just after the 1969 riots, was that the economic consultative body which set up to study Bumiputera economic share just tossed around numbers which they thought was reasonable given that Bumiputera equity share at time stood at around 2%.

The body headed by the late Tan Sri Ghazalie Shafie first proposed a 50% share for the Bumiputera but then this was later brought down to 30% as a consensus figure by Tun Dr Ismail Abdul Rahman.

But several people scoffed at an answer given during the recent tabling of Tengku Razaleigh Hamzah’s ‘Amanah Plan’, which involved a group of eminent economist and technocrats headed by Tan Sri Dr Kamal Salih.

Yet, the 30% equity target is the basis of another Bumiputera economic plan that was recently announced by Datuk Seri Najib Razak. But the figure bandied about of RM31 billion for the new plan does not add up.

What he announced was the RM700 million for business loans under the Tekun (Tabung Ekonomi Kumpulan Usaha Niaga) and 10 billion additional units under the Amanah Saham Bumiputera (ASB).

The point here is that Putrajaya has put out that figures because it continues to maintain the current Bumiputera equity is at 23%, a contentious figure among economists.

After all, Bumiputeras make up 67% of the population of the country and if GLC companies' equity was monetized, the entire equity held by Bumiputera’s should exceed the 30% threshold.

However, the truth of the matter is 80% of Bumiputera households in the country earn less than RM3,000 per month and the reason for this is the policies that have favored the Bumiputeras have not trickled down to a wider portion of the population.

Under the policy, wealth had been accumulated in the hands of a small population of the Bumiputeras’ and herein lays the problem.

The New Economic Plan (NEP) had somewhat met its objectives but affirmative action effectiveness continues to mired in weak implementation.

Now it is evident that setting equity targets is erroneous as the real equity level has surpassed the 30% threshold but many Bumiputera households are in the poorest category in the country.

The way forward is to study ways and means of enhancing Bumiputera skill sets and to be fair to Najib, he had announced measures in his Bumiputera Economic Empowerment Plan.

The issue of funds being channeled to a select few who were in the inner circle or to put it bluntly ‘cronies’ under the NEP must be addressed or the new measures would not resolve the issue of lifting the majority of the Bumiputeras who form the bulk of the lower income group in the country to better economic status.

In the same vein, the fixation on the 30% equity is definitely myopic and really does not make sense and makes one wonder how economic planning is carried out in this country without knowing the basis of a target."

najib should be ashamed of himself, making such a mess of the country that an almost 90-year old man has to get involved in politics again to salvage his 1MESS

Sumpitan Emas,  17 March 2015 at 00:06

I shall repeat, partially, what I have posted here before:

1) An American lawyer writing about why it is unethical for corporations to go private has said, “The great genius of the system of public corporations is the ability to raise vast sums for economic development. Its great curse from bubbles to watered stock to Ponzi schemes has been the temptation it offers managers and other insiders to abuse the trust of stockholders and steal from them in a seemingly endless variety of ways.” It would not be entirely inaccurate to extend the argument to include grand theft by civil servants working alone or in cahoots with buddies outside.

2) The late James M. Buchanan from George Mason University of Virginia won the 1986 Nobel Prize for Economics for his work in proving that “government bureaucracy, or even employees in big private companies anywhere, tend to care more about their own comforts, benefits and salaries than they care about the taxpayers or customers they are supposed to serve.
