28. The AG speedily concluded that the Arab funds were a donation from the camel dung snifflers.

29. He quickly announced that it was a private donation. As such there was no need for further investigations as there were no criminal elements.

30. Since the Sequerah judgement,that AG attributed his rushed conclusions to lapses in concentration/memory?

31. That was a bullllshit rationalisation. We will say it was negligence ,careless conclusion and dishonesty.

32. The AGC then was eager beaver to rush a pronouncement on the Arab donation

33. Yet they ignored to sufficiently respond to a DOJ report linking Malaysian official 1 and Malaysian official 1s wife, linking them to siphoning of USD730m to 1MDB funds 34.its a case of you can see germs across the ocean but the elephant Infront of you, you cannot see.

35. Then, we have to question the exact role of sprm.

36. Just who the fuck did Azam Baki and other sprm officials actually see?

37. Azam said they met one Al koman representing the purported Arab royal family.

38. Curiously, at that meeting a henchman of fat assed Jho low was present. For what purpose?

39. How do we know that this man was actually not a plant by Najib acting through JL? To see things go as planned?

40. Azam and his team were probably eager too to see the belly dancer and also donate Malaysian hospitality through their glorious loins.

41. By their own admission, they were offered opportunity to perform Umrah flown by private jet.

42. If they accepted the offer, it means they themselves were bribed.

44. There was also the strange role played by pdrm under the leadership of the then IGP, another Najib sycophant.

45. His duty then, seemed to clean SPRM house of conscientious and relatively honest officials. So that only bad hats remained to make the Najib grand plan work.

47. That system consists of UMNO and a pliant and malleable collection of institutions.

1. I saw a pic above that encapsulates the hypocrisy of UMNO. 

2. Outwardly, the UMNO people savaged and brutalised the Chinese.mercilessly. 

3. At the sides they have comprador Chinese business partners, girlfriends and comfort women. 

4. The quarrelsome attitude, antagonism and hate are for the dull witted ordinary Malays. 

5. Malays have all the while been bamboozled by the crime organization, geng 1-9-8-8 known as UMNO baru. 

6. 1988 was the year where the 'oliginal' UMNO of 1946 was replaced by UMNO 'balu'maa. 

7. After the Sequerah judgement, UMNO has absolutely lost all credibility and believability. It has no ground at all to preach it's lies to Malays. Save for a few uncle Tom nons, nobody ody wants allegiance with UMNO. 

8. The kleptocrat in chief, the embezzler in chief, the man of steal was found guilty of all 25 charges filed against him. 

9. What saving grace can we salvage from this person who has become the liar in chief and the scammer in chief? Zilch! 

10. If he can con God, what chance have we got? We who eke out a living, eat rice with salt and eating pucuk ubi?

26. For instance asking God to make the dicks of his accusers disappear or some other retributions humanly impossible. 

27. Instead we heard a monologue of his claimed innocence. 

28. Perhaps the Ustaz he employed used a monetized ijtihad to say that sumpah was valid. 

29. Therefore,you can say the sumpahs ate him at the nazlan and now the Sequerah judgement. 

30. Call it karma, poetic justice or comeuppance. He got what he deserves

2. The UMNO hawks , the sanctimonious bastards in UMNO, UMNO itself -all of them have no right to determine how and what others celebrate of.

3. People are celebrating the triumph of justice, rule of law, the presence of bold and upright justices .

4. People are celebrating the presence of justices assertively endeavouring to balance the scales of justice.

5. God knows the scales of justice have tilted in favour of the rich, powerful and those with deep pockets.

6. I.e. those who used any avenues in law mocking the judicial process, belaboring us with incessant appeals.

7. It may take 20 years for the elephant running with the hunted antelopes, to be ascertained by the courts, that it is indeed an elephant.

8. Even if people celebrate the misfortune that has befallen Najib, UMNO cannot scold them.

9. The misfortune that has befallen Najib is no Actus dei, jus naturale or lex naturalis.

10. It is entirely of Najibs own making.w

11. So what if people want to celebrate the comeuppance going to the biggest kleptocrat in the world.

Issues on the house arrest judgement. Sontoloyo series no 65.

1. The sideshows following Najib s failure to secure house arrest, are more exciting.

2. The maniacal and over spirited UMNO rottweilers are out.

3. Gnawing, clawing and mauling savagely anyone whom they perceived as not emphatic over what has befallen their beloved 'bossku'.

4. These people are given to brinkmanship, quarrelsome and sabre rattling.

5. Their venom especially directed at the MP for Puchong, Yeo bee yin. She's from DAP and a Chinese.

6. Wah, that's like a sleepy fellow given a fluffy pillow. What she said can be political capital , man.

7. She posted a caption over a photo of a forlorn looking Najib which said, this is one reason more to celebrate close of 2025..something like that .

8. That became incendiary material. She is said to be uncouth, insensitive and immature.

9. I don't think she's uncouth..I once attended a ceramah with her with some others, she seemed a pleasant girl enough. She wasn't married yet at that time. We all did a ceramah on a lorry, ignored by a girl said to be uncouth

10. Now, she can hardly be called an immature person. She's not a giggly teenager. She's a mother of 3 la.

11. I don't think she's insensitive either, joyous because Najib remains in custody .

12. Yet, a member of UMNO's mkt called her uncouth and hurtful. And warned that when malays unite, they will teach DAP a lesson. 13. The UMNO secgen suggested UMNO withdraw from PH.

14. Mad dog akmal said the same thing. UMNO becomes an opposition with honor and amour propre. The Pontian gnome said more or less the same thing.

15. Why doesn't the PM calls this bluff. UMNO will lose 1 DPM, 7 ministers, 5 deputies, GLC heads including mara chairmanship. Let's do it!

17. The thing to celebrate, is not the continued incarceration of bossku. Rather the things are the triumph of the rule of law, the move towards more justice and the presence of bold justices who want to correct the imbalance of the scales of justice.

18. But the hot headed UMNO rottweilers can't fathom these, can they?

19. It's not only Yeo bee yin having the reasons to celebrate , but it's all of us celebrating the triumph of the rule of law.

20. It's the application of the same law. On the rich or on the poor. It's not law on the Putera of the bumiPutera and different law for others. It's not preferential law on UMNO people and a different law on us.

21. The triumph of the rule of law is certainly 1 reason to celebrate. One law that applies to everyone. It's also the affirmation that no one is above the law.

22. Remember what lord Denning said, be ye ever so high, the law is above ye.

23. The triumph of justice is another reason to celebrate. Justice being blind, it as applied without fear or favour.

24. We must also celebrate the presence of bold and stout judges who endeavour to nudge the scales of justice to as near as equilibrium as possible.

25. I hope the scales of justice will be nudged further by the Appeals court and nudged even further by the federal court.

26. We must not allow our laws to be made into a circus by people with deep pockets. Belabouring us with appeals after appeals.

27. Yeo Bee Yin is not the only one celebrating. Wong Chen, a very personable PKR MP of Subang is celebrating justice. Charles Santiago, a combative ex DAP MP from Klang said the Najib judgement restored the people's faith in the judiciary.

28. It may also surprised us, that many ordinary Malays are also celebrating the judgement .

29. Not at the misfortune that has befallen bossku

30. But at the triumph of rule of law, triumph of justice and thanking God for the presence of bold justices.

31. They are celebrating in the same mode as Yeo bee yin does.

32. The lesson for us, is to take all the narratives of UMNO with a lot of scepticism.

33. UMNO as always, gaslighting us. Preying on our emotions goading us to quarrel with other Malaysians.

Dancing with the addendum. Part 2. Contrarian essays no 14

1. Now, let's look at the issue whether the kings privilege to pardon is personal to holder or job related.

2. Since the pardons board performs a function sanctioned by parliament, it does a job.

3. If follows therefore, when the king presided with the pardons board to hear the application of clemency in the case of one Najib Razak, he's doing a job .

4. It is therefore clear that his capacity to pardon in this case is job specific.

5. His capacity to pardon is personal to holder in celebratory, commemorative and like occasions such as his birthday, jubilee this or that .

6. The 'job' in the pardons board is deemed completed at the close of the business session when there was nothing under the heading ' lain2 hal' was settled.

7. When the minutes of the pardons board meeting came out subsequently and the minutes was shown by Saifuddin, it made no mention of an addendum.

8. That means the purported addendum came later than even the minutes.

9. It is therefore a distinct document in time and was not issued at the same time at the pardons board meeting.

10. Being of distinct nature and a separate document if it ever existed at all, it cannot be treated as having the same legal stature as a document prepared simultaneously as a pardons board document proper.

11. A subsidiary paper cannot have the same stature as a principal document .

12. Hence, when the applicant to review the 'addendum' goes to the CA salivating at the prospects of victory, he faces some insurmountable obstacles.

13. First to have to prove the existence of an addendum. This is not easy peasy.

14. The minutes showed by Saifuddin showed no ' addendum ' existed.

15. You can't force the government to produce an ' addendum ' which was shown by the minutes did not exist.

16. At the moment, the people who insisted and asserted that an addendum does exist are the najibers and UMNO people. It's an assertion without proof.

17. An assertion without proof can also be dismissed without proof and reason .

18. As a sign of desperation and clutching at any straw, the najibers and the UMNO people as well as those on the lunatic fringe, say the addendum disappear because unknown people hid it .

19. That's speculation and any court for that matter will not countenance and embellish a speculation .

20. The next hurdle the appellant faces is to establish the legal stature of the addendum. Since it must be written after the minutes, if one does exist, it's a distinct and separate document . It must be written on the agungs office stationery, not on the pardons board's.

21. It is thefore an ' inferior ' document than one that is written contemporaneously as a pardons board document .

22. What about the letter from the sultan of pahangs office? Which the najibers, UMNO and other people alleged to confirm the existence of an addendum?

23. Not so fast friends. The letter was written on the sultans of pahangs office and written on the office stationery.

24. It's probably signed by the chamberlain. It therefore legally inferior than the document on the pardons board stationery and also legally inferior that the purported addendum signed on the agungs office letterhead. We must first establish the stature of the letter

25. The appellant would now realize that the addendum issue is not a binary case or an open and shut case .

26. We have tolerated the appellants legal filibustering ways by our indulgence of the over hyped concept of due process, we must now accept the courts also follow due process.

27. It may take years for the addendum issue to be settled. You know la, due process of the law in this country, is the way of the antelope and the elephant

28. You remember the story? An elephant is running with the hunted antelopes. An entelope asks the elephant. Why are u running with us? You are an elephant. Yes, says the elephant. But at the rate they are dispensing justice, it may take them 20 years to confirm I am an elephant .

29. Based on the reasons and other reasons not able to be mustered by me, the addendum issue will be dismissed by the CA.

30 . When this happens, the appellant will appeal to the federal court. Another round of his legal filibuster. Sheesh!

31. This article was written before the FC rejected Najibs application to direct lower court to hear again the addendum issue. I thought the addendum issue is given the tortoise treatment. That it will heard in mid or late July. Najibs lawyer may have submitted this application with a certificate of urgency ( Najibs time).

32. It begs the political question,why is Najibs side so anxious to prevent the AGC from disputing their precious addendum?

33. Could it be their own version of the addendum is so weak , that even grade C egg standard AGC people can dispute and defeat it?

34. To the layman, it means Najib does not deserve house arrest. Full stop

Dancing with the addendum. Part 1. Contrarian essays no 12.

1. As a loyal citizen like all of you, the agungs decree is my command. I am talking about the pardon of our cause celebre, involving red lips Najib.

2. The pardoning is the cause celebre. It has caused much polarisation.

3. As a loyal citizen, I obey the decree. But it doesn't mean I agree to it. You can say I am obey under protest.

4. Here are my arguments. You are at liberty to disagree. It's no skin off my nose.

5. I think, the composition of the pardons board is unconstitutional.

6. The king sat with the FT minister and a few other luminaries. That was hardly representative of the 3 branches of government -the executive, the legislature and the judiciary. Let's call this, pardons board 'A'.

7. Ideally, the king should have sat with the executive, certain number of the legislature and certain number of the federal court judges. Then the King would have been sitting with all the 3 branches of government. Let's call this pardons board 'B'.

8. Pardons board B if far more superior than pardons board A. Pardons board B is more constitutional than pardons board A.

9. Since pardons board A is less constitutional than pardons board B, its findings especially on convicted Najib is inferior.

10. Which to means the discounts given to Najib ( the jail sentence and fine) is justiciable.

11. It can be overturned by the federal court. 12. Pardons board A the is in fact usurping the role of parliament as the legislature. We cannot allow pardons board A to rival the legislature and the executive.

13. The findings of pardons board A are erroneous.

14. The King should have recused himself as it were from presiding the pardons board, A or B.

15. The King, who is also the sultan of pahang, knows Najib very well. 16. Najib is in fact the 11th orang besar berempat of the pahang royal court.

17. The king should have assigned his deputy to sit with pardons board A. This is to dispell any suspicion of biasness .

18. Hoi, if the criteria to recuse oneself, is because the chair knows the appellant, then no one is qualifed to substitute the king.

19. All the kings know Najib. He is the ex pm. And looting 42m is not exactly stealing kacang putih, whom no one does know of.

20. Yes, all the other kings know him but not as close as the agung who is the sultan of pahang. His relationship with Najib is special.

21. These are my reasons why I don't agree with the pardon. I think pardons board A is unconstitutional. It's findings can be overturned by the federal court.

23. There is a real possibility of biasness. 24. Well, those are the reasons why I disagree with the pardon. But as a loyal subject, the kings decree is my command.

25. Finally, let me say something on the damn pardon issue. Why are we tripping over one another to exonerate Najib in any way we can?

26. We must not allow crooks who looted this country to get away scott free. Or to see the punishment given to them be watered down by some unconscionable constructs.

27. It's grossly unfair that some people, highborn, should be given privileged treatment while ordinary people received unjust justice.

28. It wouldn't surprise me, if the applicant's name for a pardon were a Mr pOH Kee mak, the pardons board wouldn't bat an eyelid and has his application dustbinned. And he wouldn't even smell the over hyped term 'due process '.

29. Yes , I am a Malay but I won't shy away from talking about latent Malay racism. And of course I will speak the same about Chinese or indian latent racism. 30. If some people, highborn and bourgeois get to abuse and even mock the law by some shyster argument, then we are sending the wrong message.

31. Which is that some people embellished with some some prerogatives can abuse the law with impunity and if found guilty can expect to be pardoned

32. In contrast, we should be telling all , especially the younger generation to always hold high the principles of the rule of law and supremacy of the law.

33. We must never forget the reminder, ' be ye ever so high, the law is above you '.

1. One of the famous parkinson's laws has it as saying, work expands to fill up the time allocated.

2. A variant of this law must say that idle work, stupidity, incompetence or just monkeying around-these expand so as to fill the time allocated,by the AG.

3. These factors must be the reasons why since 2019, the AGC has not been able to gather all the documents and evidence to mount up their case. What can we say, other than:-

5(b). We are lucky that the judge found DNAA. The AGC still has a second chance to redeem it's credibility.

6. What if he had found the defendant as not guilty and gave him full acquittal?

7. Many of us would be horrified. The Malay supremacists, the entitled degenerates, the must have preferential treatment groups will be laughing at us .

8. The justice that many of us reasonable man had hoped for, that the defendant who spirited away 27m be found guilty. That would have erased his happiness.

9. Isn't it logical, if he is found guilty in the 1st sec case, he would be found similarly so in the 2nd SRC case?

10. But for the incompetence of the AGC team, the defendant got a reprieve or holiday as it were.

11. In ancient Japan, people who were entrusted with responsibility would be utterly ashamed and driven to commit seppuku.

12. In this country, no need for that. Just jump out of the window to see whether you can fly.

13. Just who are these people? Are they duds or people who had received their law degrees from kopi O institutions?

14. A friend once told me. Lawyers are like eggs. We have grades A, B, C or D. Most of the lawyers in AGC must be of the D grade.

15. Next, the duration of the legal process measured in terms of time- number of months , years is obsolete.

16. Perhaps a better measure , is in terms of the number of deaths. Since 2019, how many Malaysians have died? Due to natural causes or otherwise.

17. Maybe that macabre measure will jolt the senses of the legal fraternity.

18. Sure, we have heard of the expression that justice rushed is justice crushed. But it's equally true that justice delayed is justice denied.

19. But since 2019? It's ridiculous isn't it?

20. The lengthy legal process reminds me of a story. An elephant is running with hunted antelopes. Why are you running? You are not antelopes like us. Yes, but at the rate they are going, it may take them 20 years to ascertain that I am an elephant.

21. To redeem themselves, the AGC team must refile their submission ASAP. Don't go back to your wives or husbands. Complete your job. Stay back at the office. Watch pornography if you feel frisky. But finish your job .

22. With all the firepower behind them, the money, government support , the resources, it's baffling why they can't do their job. Unless they are of grade D eggs.

23. To ensure that only grade A eggs get into the AGC, the chamber must be restructured.

24. Only 2nd upper, 1st class law graduates and those with advance degrees in law are to be recruited into the AGC. Good God, you people are the governments lawyers. You can't afford to be 2nd rate .

25. Look at what mediocrity has done to you. The defence lawyer can ridicule, snicker, belittle and disparage you in public . As the Malay says, mana mahu taruh muka. Jatuh kemaluan .

26. Once again, I must say the fault lies squarely on the AGC shoulders. The judge can only rule based on the submissions before him. As it is, he is saving the AGC. Imagine if he had found a not guilty verdict for the defendant. The AG has to commit hara Kiri then .

27. Finally I have to comment on one sore sideshow. For the umpteenth time. Why is the defendant in court wearing bespoke suits? Not in prison pyjamas?

28. If that is any indication, we can be sure he's receiving special treatment at the Kajang spa resort.

29. With special living quarters, grab food deliveries and monthly masseuse services from ah beng massat centre maa.

30. Tell us, which part of the 'ex' you don't understand?

1. It does not matter to me if the right wing and decadent world accepts or welcomes Najibs staged apology. I will continue to speak of its putrid stink and of its sweltering pus/nanah. I don't believe the sham.

2. As I said earlier, the apology is a sham, staged and concocted in a half past six manner.

3. It wasn't an apology in the real sense at all. Najib was sorry 1mdb caused untold misery to Malaysia .he was sorry for the looting and the pillage committed through 1mdb . But as it's mastermind and looter-in-chief, he maintains he is innocent.

1. The majority of us will not be deceived but are actually disgusted(meluat) at Najibs Hollywood acts of fooling the public.

4. Doesn't it mean that if he apologize, the looting, embezzlement and pillage has actually taken place? If I were to kill somebody and then apologize, will that bring the dead person back to life?

6. You all remember or not, the time Najib reappeared in court after a knee ailment? He was wheel chaired into court right?

1. The new word that has entered our lexicon and dictionary or our treasury of words is:-

• A. To najibfy
• B. Najibfication.
• C. Najibfied.

2. To najibfy means to give someone a discount, concession, special treatment, entitlement, privileges etc. najibfication is the process of getting all the above. It can also mean a noun as in being given the above. Najibfied is past perfect and refers to being already given the above.

3. It's now possible for us to talk that the pardons board has najibfied a convicted criminal.

4. It so happens that the person being najibfied and being given a najibfication, a noun is Mohd Najib bin tun Razak.

5. Row row your boat Gently down the stream Belts off, trousers down, dicks out Isn't life a scream

6. Life is certainly a scream - for a neo feudal lords like Najib.

7. For the common reasonable man, the commuter on the KL MRT, on the toon foong omnibus life is a hellish scream.

14. The UMNO people, especially its Laurel and Hardy characters, will likely say that this is a challenge against the person of the king. Or they will turn this into a racial issue saying the action of the Bar Council is a challenge mounted by non Malays against Malay legitimacy.

15. The resolution of the Bar Council to legally challenge the decision of the pardons board, might confuse or be pictured as confusing, especially to the UMNO A-holes, but it is not to the majority of people.

16. To the majority of people, the right thinking people, the Bar Council represents the majority of the public to uphold the sanctity of the law and the principle of supremacy of the law

17. To circumvent that and to pursue their nefarious, wicked and flagitious aims, UMNO will certainly use the institution of the king/agong to shield itself and the gross injustice created against objections and uncomplimentary opposition.

18. That reminds us of what Lord Denning said-the purpose of the law is to protect the weak against the strong and the law must not be used as a sword on the weak.

19. Read into our situation the statements translate into the king or the institution must protect the weak against the strong and not used as a sword to cut down the weak

20. Sly UMNO will use the king and the institution to show that it is more royalist than other royalists. In reality its using the king to intimidate and snuff out valid criticisms and objections .

22. The merit to what the Bar Council is doing, is to keep the najibfication issue alive and allow it to be the subject of continued conversation. Three Cheers to them!

23. The trump card played by UMNO or UMNO DNA-ed people is the assertion and claim, that pardoning, clemency are the absolute privilege of the king. There that status cannot be challenged in court .

24. I find that hard to reconcile. The king sits in session with members of the pardons board and is accordingly advised. He does not sit alone and decide. Where the is the 'Absolute' quality?

25. If the king sits in session with members of the pardons board, I would argue that the King loses his 'absolute' stature. Thus any decisions emanating from the pardons board are, in theory challenge-able in court

26. The claim and assertion that the king has absolute privilege or has absolute conduct in general to be untenable. Here are my arguments.

27. If I remember correctly, the late karpal Singh filed a suit against the then agong and another suit against another ruler. The suits failed I think, but the fact that the suits were heard at all, mean that precedents have been created which allow such suits to heard. Don't that mean the absolute privilege stature has been broken?

28. The absolute privilege stature of conduct in any form whatsoever, has also been broken, when special courts to try rulers were created. If I am not mistaken, the Negeri Sembilan ruler was tried by such court and found guilty.

29. Which means that the absolute privilege stature is just a legal fiction. Finally, I think there is the constitutional monarchy argument. Our king's are subject to the constitution right? So where got absolute privilege stature one?

30. Those are my non legal arguments. Lawyers may have more cogent legal argle bargle. If my arguments are found deficient, please argue them out .

31. To me then, those people who insist on absolute privilege stature, especially UMNO apparatchiks and UMNO DNA-ied people all have fascist tendencies or self entitlement mindset.

32. I.e .only Malays are naturally entitled to break the law and not be accountable for them. Or in this case Najib is natural entitled to discounts, special privileges and treatment .

33. What is most shocking to us, is that the PM asked us to accept the decision of the pardons board. And his major domo, the gol and gincu actor asked us not to discuss the issue in social media .

34. Sirs, those are invitations we must politely refuse. The requests are the height of hypocrisy.

35. You realised or not Maa, they are actually defending, supporting and enabling kleptocracy. Steal baby steal!

40. I can't help but think of the presence of the pardons board as an anomaly in the law. It becomes a me mechanism to frustrate the finality in the court's decision. It's just a upscaled version of a prisoner review board.

41. At a review board, the board will find ways to reduce a prisoner's jail time. The prisoner will display remorse over the crime, admits the crime, apologizes for it and promises not to repeat the crime. All of which Najib does not do .

42. Yet our pardons board, in absentia seems to acknowledge that Najib does all that and therefore deserves some dispensation, courtesy of Nana Non.

43. I now want to look at this najibfication issue from an Islamic point of view. I regard the decision by the pardons board to be un Islamic.

44. The pardons board has usurped the power of Allah to pardon and forgive. That is the sole unchallengeable prerogative of Allah. By confering upon themselves the power of Allah, they have committed Shirik. Muslim members must bertaubat. Non Muslim members must go to the church, temple or kovil to make confessions and ask for forgiveness.

45. When Muslims read the sayyidul istighfar or numerous other istighfars, what do they find?

46. Among others, they acknowledged they have sinned, they have been unkind to themselves, they have shortcomings etc. They acknowledged that Allah is ever forgiving, they asked Allah to forgive them and they affirmed that Allah is the only One who can forgive and pardon. So readers, how do you reconcile the conduct of the pardons board with the prerogative of Allah?

To ban Netflix's man on the run or not to ban. That is the question for BossNon.

1. Businessmen who have monopolies, licences, concessions are in the main enemies of the free market. Yes, they are all for the free market, except they don't want the ethos of the free market applied to them
2. They rush to Putrajaya to get special tax rebated, they want cheaper loans and government assistance, they want to preserve their monopolies.
3. When sapura is in trouble, it wants the government to help them. Nobody touches the monopoly on rice while saying publicly, we want to sort out the rice problem.
4. Bossnon doesn't really want to dismantle the monopolies, even when saying loudly he wants to break up the monopolies.
5. Bossku is all for freedom to compete for all party positions, except don't challenge the ketua bahagian2 post. If possible he wants the position till eternity.
6. Bossku, his lawyers, his psycophants and his major domos are all for freedom of information, freedom of the press etc. Except when they affect his interests.
7. So they pester and petition BossNon and the authorities to have Netflix's 'man on the run' be taken off from being communicated in any form.
8. The lawyers say pompously, the documentary is prejudicial to the interests of bossKu Ali babavum Najib. If the documentary were complimentary of Najib, his psycophants and majordomos, would embellish it with unbridled gusto and lustful appetite.
9. In fact, the nextflix rendition is boring and make it out that UMNO is composed of heroic and righteous people.
10. So, BossNon and the bungling and inept communications minister should not pay heed to the pleadings of bossKu's lawyers and other psycophants to unfree the nextflix documentary. Nahi, Machas.
11. Indeed, if the communications minister were politically savvy, he would air the stories about SRC international and 1MDB so as to inform the people.
12. Instead, he is more interested to ensure his hair is combed properly and his hair is in place, tries to look more handsome and perhaps make sure his 'dick' is ever ready.
13. In the meantime, he announces his big data project to hide the fact that he is doing a lousy job as Malaysia's Joseph Goebbels.

15. Sorry for the digression, back to the nextflix issue. There is absolutely no justification to ban the documentary, unless it harms 3rd party .
16. In this case, only the interests of Ali babavum Najib are affected. No harm is cause to the public at large. And some UMNO apparatchiks may be offended but they are few in number. Ignore them .
17. This follow the principle laid down by J.S. Mill( the economist), not a lawyer I am afraid lawyers may not know who Mill is .
18. The principle is this. There is no justification to use power against a person's own will, unless the use of that power is to prevent harm the issue causes to 3rd parties. The negative externalities argument.
19. Najib's private interests, moral or emotional are none of our concern. But the interests of the public at large, save for a few UMNO psycophants, are. The public wants to know what is going on . That need shall not be denied by an intolerable executive ban on the nextflix documentary.
20. That freedom of information must include access to any media publications, however obnoxious they may be regarded.
21. Lawyers for Najib say the publication of the Netflix documentary is prejudicial to Najib's defence. Let's take them on this issue.
22. Isn't that kind of argument an insult to the intelligence of the judges? It means, they are not capable of forming objective decisions. That they are easily swayed and easily influenced by some bitchy stories.
23. This issue really is a litmus test to show whether the people articulating the issue believe in freedom or not . Clearly the lawyers for Najib and UMNO psycophants, like the monopolist businessmen, want freedom for every one. But when their interests are not favourably accounted, they want special treatment.
24. The government must show whether they are on the side of private bourgeois interests OR on the side of the interests of the mustadafin/lumpenproletariat.
25. In a sense, how the Netflix issue is being played out, it is the manifestation of where the entitlement mentality is being challenged.
26. The Malay elite and bourgeoisie believe they are entitled naturally for special treatment and privileges, entitled to their demands etc. These are being challenged by the unhindered airing of Netflix's man on the run.
27. If the government accedds to the requests of these reactionary buggers, it's affirming the self entitlement mentality.

Clemency and pardon for a convict- in- chief.

1. An umno leader from batu pahat, prayed in front of the holy kaabah. He prayed for the release of ds Najib.

2. He can pray for whatever he wants. But don't be angry if there are people who pray and entreat God to punish the thieving felon . Comprende?

3. That's typical umnoist behavior. When they are in trouble, they think God will only help them.

4. That's the trouble with umno people. They think God is an umno member just as the republicans think God is a republican.

5. Hence, they presume that their doas and supplications will be granted by God.

6. Most fair God does not distinguish between the dia of a plebian and an a patrician . The doa of a fuad zarkashi is not given more weight over the doa of a wak sontoloyo or wak jarwo.

7. Fuad may doa for the release of the convict while wak sontoloyo is praying the convict pays for his sins.

8. Umno doesn't have complete faith in doa , that's why it asks it's members to sign a petition asking clemency from the king.

9. But there's a glitch. The letter or warkah asking for clemency has not been sent yet by Najibs lawyer, prison lawyer or a lawyer representing Najibs family.

10. That's a bloody faux pas, gaucherie or peccadillo on the part of umno. Because of the indiscretion, umno enters the prn in the 6 states, as the weak link.

11. The faux pas is a poor reflection of umno.
It does not respect the law

17. Whether my opinion is listened to by HM is immaterial. I am one of the many conscientious objectors who wants Najib to pay for his crime .

18. Clemency and pardon ought not to be given cavalierly. The issue must be studies meticulously,all round. It's not like playing polo at padang polo or plucking pauh in permatang pauh or eating temosa raja.

19. Let me give you the irrational reasons first. Why Najib alone? Why not pardon too the rapists, murderers and the incestuous convicts?

20. Najib raped and murdered this country by his corruption. He is the same class as the other degenerates .

21. Will the pardon if given, also cover possible future convictions? There is a strong possibility that Najib may also be convicted for 1MDB offences. Let's not kid ourselves. The tributaries are polluted, it's impossible for the main river to be pristine.

22. The other supporting actors in the 1MDB scandal have all been convicted, it's impossible to believe Najib will be exonerated. Hence to give the felon-in-chief a pardon, is like giving him a carte blanche to murder .

23. We must not allow umno, Zahid and Najib to make a mockery over the law. If we believe that no one is above the law, it must also mean to refrain from doing anything that prejudices the law .

24. Asking for a royal pardon is therefore inimical to the concept that no one is above the law. On the other hand, it sends the message of ' break the law, ask for pardon later '.

25. Asking for a royal pardon is not just asking for a relief of one person. Imagine the damage and hurt it does to the country, it's reputation, her good name, the trust to it, national amour propre and the country's value system.

26. The country will be seen as having no honor, it has no dignity, no respect for universally accepted values system. It is the refuge and den for crooks .

27. Is Najib the felon in chief bigger than Malaysia, or is Malaysia worth fighting for. Shall we abandon this country for a crook?

28. Consider also the damage done to the King, PM and the judiciary. All these people and institution will not be unscarred.

The Great Dictator in the House.

1. The court cannot enforce its own rulings. It has to depend on others to enforce them.

2. If other parties voluntarily refuse to enforce the sentencing of the supreme court, might as well not have the sentencing itself.

3. We can't expect the CJ or any of the federal court judges to go to the ground and teach the imbeciles how to do their job.

4. We can't expect these esteemed judges to tell the jailors at kajang, the prison director and his Tonto (yes kemosabe), the health minister and home ministers how to their jobs.

5. Recent developments have convinced me that issues of the law such as rule of law, constitution or otherwise general issues of the law, quite apart from specific and technical legal issues, are too important to be left to professional lawyers.

6. Especially if left to the shyster and shylockian ones. We are made into fools. We may be fools, but we are not bloody fools.

7. If other parties do not carry out what is ruled by the court, then they sabotaged and subvert the court.

8. This insubordination amounts to contempt of court of the highest order. It's triable and, if convicted, merits all the legal retributions.

9. I repeat, the people who defy what the courts ruled, are in contempt of the courts just as much as those who disparage the courts in any manner.

Review, a substantive forward move in the law,or an abuse of court process?

2. That's what I think of the attempt to have the judgment of the federal court reviewed. It's an exercise in futility. Nice try.

3. I am afraid I am no lawyer and can offer little legal reasoning. I am trained as an analytical economist. I analyse by way of some research. So here is my two cents' worth

4. I have always thought that the federal or supreme court as representing the penultimate finality in the legal process. Apparently not. The supreme court can review its own decisions. To make sure it has not made a mistake.

5. That's saying that it (the supreme court)recognizes its own fallibility. Judges are human, after all. It's possible they make mistakes if that is so, it is imperative for them to correct the mistakes
This gave rise to the judicial saying-to perpetuate an error is no virtue, but to correct is a compulsion of judicial conscience.

6. One judge can make mistakes. But 9 of them, arriving at the same conclusion, as in Ali babavum Najib's case? Impossible!

7. Asking the supreme court to review its own judgments, is like asking the judges to shoot themselves, to put it dramatically.

24. The supreme court is extremely careful when it reaches a decision. It's careful not to exclude all the evidences available. Don't tell me within the 4 years, you cannot discover all the evidences to support your case. The supreme court is extremely careful not to make error in fact and law.
So, in my opinion, a review of the judgment of the supreme court is doomed ab initio.

25. There are more complex legal reasoning as to why a review will fail. These are beyond me at the moment. Hey, I am no lawyer, maa.

15. Perhaps because of this fake illness, HKL gave him a clean bill of health. Yet some minister insisted that Najib must now receive further specialised treatment at HRC.

16. We have found and met the enemy, and the enemy are us. We become our own worse enemy when we allow ourselves to be made stupid into believing najibs drama

17. Many of us find the State by the health DG to be facetious and waggish. He said it's not possible to reveal najibs ailment but can commit Najib to HRC.

19. The statement by the dishevelled health minister is equally confusing. He says Najib is not given any preferential treatment. But he also said Najib is to receive physio therapy treatment. Will that be massage treatment from velly good health center of bukit bintang?

21. I am referring to the group of medical staff at HKL who dared to defy the covering DG and gave Najib a clean bill of health.

22. Let us hope there are conscientious clusters of medical professionals at HRC who would do the appropriate thing.

23. When I was struck by stroke, I was admitted to HRC. I stayed there for 3 months. I underwent physio therapy. To bring life to my disabled leg and arm. Did Najib suffer any of these abilities? Or HRC had to prepare vvip facilities to accommodate me saggy bottom?

24. Further checks on HRC, reveal they treat the following ailments.

25. It is incumbent on all the powers that be to reveal what is really wrong with Najib. In particular, not to hide behind a protocol medical construct.
