4. It's now clear that the king is king to all Malaysians,not king to UMNO only 

5. UMNO is poor at identifying and anticipating the burning issue of the moment 

6. Or it wants to deflect people from talking about it. Which is more likely. 

7. UMNO is deliberately oblivious to what's going on 

8. The kleptocrat in chief failed in his bloody addendum ploy. In the 1MDB trial, he was found guilty on all charges. 

9. Following that, a number of army top brass got arrested by sprm. 

10. The burning issue at the moment is graft, bribery and corruption. 

11. But UMNO is busy in demonising it's bete noire, DAP. 

12. Its lackeys are more interested to talk about pig farms 

13. Because there are political points to score . 

14. The lackeys delight in condemning the Selangor PKR led government . 

15. Corruption is not enthusiastically talked about as is pig rearing . 

16. It's also an opportunity for Chinese haters to 'brutalise the Chinese as they are the ones rearing pigs. 

17. By the way, when they opened the pig farms in TG sepat,did they pay grease money to the local land office? 

18. There you have it; UMNO saw it fitter to talk about DAP rather than corruption and its ballickers talk about pig rearing. 

19 . For UMNO, plunder , pillage, graft and kleptocracy are its hak2 istimewa. Attack them, you are attacking UMNO's special rights . 

20. It's like attacking the constitutional hak2 istimewa orang melayu. 

21. The one party attacking the special privileges of graft, plunder, pillage, kleptocracy abuse of power is the DAP. 

22. Now you know why it must be attacked and demonised .

The aftermath of the 1MDB ruling. Part 4. The 1mdb judgement and collateral issues revisited. Sontoloyo series no 70.

1. The conviction of Mr X of all 25 charges filed against him forces us to revisit many of the issues surrounding Mr X.

2. We refer to the felon as Mr X, after Macbeth the Scottish king full of political machinations.

3. To some superstitious stage actors, the name Macbeth must never be mentioned for fear of many misfortunes befalling people who speak of the name.

4. Hence from now on , the real name of the felon must never be spoken aloud lest 'swei' things fall on us.

5. In the 1MDB case, Mr X was found guilty. He got a jail sentence and a fine stipulated by law. The jail sentence is to run after the SRC jail sentence.

6. In the SRC case, Mr X was initially sentenced to 12 years jail and over 200m fine.

7. For stealing 42m, he got jail time of 12 years but stealing 2.6b , he got 15 years? A marginal increase, wouldn't you say?

8. We needn't go into the fun side of the wonderful world of mathematics.

9. For the SRC case , Mr X got a partial pardon.50% for the jail time and some 70% for the fine.

10. The 1MDB judgement established the stature of Mr X like that decided by the USA DOJ.

11. The biggest kleptocratic case, the biggest kahuna of the biggest kleptocratic case, the author of the grandaddy of all heists.

12. That being the case, we asked whether the pardon given Mr X was proper and befitting?

13. Know that we are not questioning the prerogative of the king to pardon - that is provided by the constitution.

13a. As long as the pardon is done as per the protocols of the constitution.

14. Proper or befitting, given that Mr X is the biggest kahuna of the biggest kleptocratic heist .

15. Like the African politician said, when we reward Mr X with some very lenient dispensations, we are teaching the young that corruption is not a crime but a career .

16. UMNO teaches the Malays that .

17. Pardoning Mr X, takes out the merciful aspects of the pardon.

18. It degrades the value of the clemency and injures the majesty that sponsors it .

19. In my mind, pardoning Mr X is not proper and befitting thing to do notwithstanding that it's the kings prerogative to do so .

20. Mr X does not deserve to be pardoned. He was found guilty of almost all the judges at the 3 court level. Not even once has he displayed a contrite and remorseful attitude over the theft at SRC.

21. Instead he has been quietly belligerent assaulting us with repeated appeals. Wasting our time and courts resources .

22. It must have been a strained argument and equally artificial advice the pardons board gave the agong.

23. I think the advice given was also not anticipative and failed to take into account that Mr x could be found guilty in the 1MDB case. Indeed he was found so by the Sequerah judgement.

24. So pardoning Mr X damages the majesty of the King. But UMNO doesn't give a rats ass about that. They are only obsessed in giving Mr X as much advantages he can get .

25. Umno found a useful instrument to achieve their aims in the form of the notorious addendum.

26. UMNO was intense and very loud about it. Demanding all and sundry acquiesce of it and insisting the government and the courts to religiously follow it. The command of the King, insists UMNO is absolute.

27. Not true. Its to be obeyed only if it's done according to the protocols of the constitution.

28. Hello tuan, we are no longer living in an age where the king can cut open a lady's tummy to retrieve jackfruit taken by the lady from the sultans orchard .

29. Since 1957, the basic and overriding doctrine of this country, is that our monarch is a constitutional monarchy. If there are subsequent provisions that seemed to conflict and contradict the basic overriding doctrine, the overriding doctrine prevails.

29b. I am sure there is such a provision in our constitution. Legal writers are fond of writing that to cover their asses.

30. That means the actions of the King and other sultans are circumscribed by the constitution. And in particular matters such as pardoning Mr X, require them to follow the protocols of the constitution, they must do so.

31. So don't give us the BS story that by not following the addendum, we are restricting the latitude of the king in making decisions . That's legal balderdash

32. His majesty still enjoy the wide latitude. Only that in specific matters, he must do so according to the procedures laid down by the constitution. So qualify your BS .

33. Similarly don't give us the cock and bull sorry, that the king cannot decide his own. Don't stop there, qualify your horrified statement

34. The king cannot do so in specific matters as laid down in the constitution. For instance in pardoning Mr X.

35. Who were the king's lawyers? They ought to know the addendum was unconstitutional.

36. And what of the rumours we hear that Mr Xs lead counsel knew the fate of the addendum ?

37. When the AGC received the addendum, they studied it , decided that it was unconstitutional and returned it the King.

38. By then a new king has ascended the throne and the new king was briefed about the addendum

39. The new king commanded Mr Xs lead counsel to make a fresh application for his clients house arrest.

40. The lead counsel didn't, for obvious reasons.

41. Because then it would not be an addendum by a king., it's just an application from an ex 4th college boy of UM.

42. It stands no chance in hell to get approved. Further,a lawyer of his calibre knows, the addendum is unconstitutional.

43 . But the show must go on mustn't upset the idiot crowd

44. But it pays to keep the lie alive. The UMNO people will ' scavenge ' on the lie. Gullible Malays will feed on the lie. And the chief counsel will start believing in his own lie.

45. From there on we will be tortured by the legal filibustering and argle bargle.

46. In a previous article , I have aargued that the addendum was doomed from the start. Of course I didn't know of the existence of article 42, being untrained in the law .

47. I won't burden readers with what wrote. Suffice of me to give a summary of it,ok?

48. I gave a few reasons why the addendum must fail. Firstly, because it wasn't done contemporaneously as the primary pardons board document .

49. Since it wasn't done so, it is an inferior document compared to the pardons board paper..it cannot be treated as a pardons board production.

50. And by the judgement of justice loke, the addendum didn't meet the requirements of article 42. It was there legally invalid .

51. Suppose the addendum was indeed discussed at the ftpb, I am not sure part of its brief was to determine the place of incarceration.

52. If the ftpb cannot, determining the place of incarceration, would be ultra vires.

53. That would take out the right of the courts wouldn't it?

54. We cannot allow the addendum be used to usurp the powers of parliament.

55. Parliament has not even promulgated a law making house arrest available nor making it possible.

56. We can't enforce something not legal or not law, can we?

57. That is my summary, dear readers .

58. Finally I want to say something about the myth about the king and sultans absolute power on pardon or on anything.

58b. In the cultural history of the Malays, there were always check on the unbridled powers of the kings and sultans. They are rarely used because the sultans listened to the people.

59. The expression, raja adil raja disembah, raja zalim raja disanggah, wasn't said for nothing.

60. In the primordial agreement between sang sapurba and demang lebar daun, if the former reneged on his part of the agreement, grave consequences would befall on him and his progeny.

29. He quickly announced that it was a private donation. As such there was no need for further investigations as there were no criminal elements.

30. Since the Sequerah judgement,that AG attributed his rushed conclusions to lapses in concentration/memory?

31. That was a bullllshit rationalisation. We will say it was negligence ,careless conclusion and dishonesty.

32. The AGC then was eager beaver to rush a pronouncement on the Arab donation

33. Yet they ignored to sufficiently respond to a DOJ report linking Malaysian official 1 and Malaysian official 1s wife, linking them to siphoning of USD730m to 1MDB funds 34.its a case of you can see germs across the ocean but the elephant Infront of you, you cannot see.

35. Then, we have to question the exact role of sprm.

36. Just who the fuck did Azam Baki and other sprm officials actually see?

37. Azam said they met one Al koman representing the purported Arab royal family.

38. Curiously, at that meeting a henchman of fat assed Jho low was present. For what purpose?

39. How do we know that this man was actually not a plant by Najib acting through JL? To see things go as planned?

40. Azam and his team were probably eager too to see the belly dancer and also donate Malaysian hospitality through their glorious loins.

41. By their own admission, they were offered opportunity to perform Umrah flown by private jet.

42. If they accepted the offer, it means they themselves were bribed.

1. I saw a pic above that encapsulates the hypocrisy of UMNO. 

2. Outwardly, the UMNO people savaged and brutalised the Chinese.mercilessly. 

3. At the sides they have comprador Chinese business partners, girlfriends and comfort women. 

4. The quarrelsome attitude, antagonism and hate are for the dull witted ordinary Malays. 

5. Malays have all the while been bamboozled by the crime organization, geng 1-9-8-8 known as UMNO baru. 

6. 1988 was the year where the 'oliginal' UMNO of 1946 was replaced by UMNO 'balu'maa. 

7. After the Sequerah judgement, UMNO has absolutely lost all credibility and believability. It has no ground at all to preach it's lies to Malays. Save for a few uncle Tom nons, nobody ody wants allegiance with UMNO. 

8. The kleptocrat in chief, the embezzler in chief, the man of steal was found guilty of all 25 charges filed against him. 

9. What saving grace can we salvage from this person who has become the liar in chief and the scammer in chief? Zilch!

5. God knows the scales of justice have tilted in favour of the rich, powerful and those with deep pockets.

6. I.e. those who used any avenues in law mocking the judicial process, belaboring us with incessant appeals.

7. It may take 20 years for the elephant running with the hunted antelopes, to be ascertained by the courts, that it is indeed an elephant.

8. Even if people celebrate the misfortune that has befallen Najib, UMNO cannot scold them.

9. The misfortune that has befallen Najib is no Actus dei, jus naturale or lex naturalis.

10. It is entirely of Najibs own making.w

11. So what if people want to celebrate the comeuppance going to the biggest kleptocrat in the world.

1. If all the UMNO divisions were to press the government to implement the substance of the addendum, it must say no.

2. How can the government be complicit in the furtherance of a crime? How can the court does so?

10. But I must quickly hasten to say that's it's a matter of subjective perception that the new judicial team is a type B team .

11. The new team headed by the new CJ, PCA and chief judge of Sabah and Sarawak maybe equally competent as the previous one .

12. The acid test will be how will they handle the high profile cases I mentioned in previous articles.

13. I have a few issues in mind. Will we see a quick refiling on the cases of those given DNAA, which the public see as unjust .

14. Can we see a robust and revolutionary over ruling of the ruling of the pardons board? I will give my reasons later

15. Can we see an inglorious end to the damn addendum issue?

16. Or horror of horrors, do we see the CJ having to recuse himself whenever cases involving UMNO people come up before him?

17. After all, he was an UMNO deputy minister once . Definitely there will be suspicions of biasness.

18. Let's start from the beginning. Start with the pardon by the pardons board. It's not quite constitutional. Here are my reasons.

19. It's legally incorporated yes but not enough constitutional.

20. It doesn't comprised of a number of federal court judges, the executive and a number of the legislature, excluding the idiotic FT minister.

21. It's not a microcosm of the 3 branches of government - the executive, legislature and the judiciary.

22. It's an inferior body and being such is subject to the oversight of the federal court. The FC can overrule or confirm its proceedings. Better to overrule them.

23. That means the pardon of the object causing the cause celebre is not quite valid!

24. But hold on feller, didn't the pardons board created by the constitution itself?

25. Yes, but surely the constitution does not intend to create a body that shoots it in the foot. Right?

26. If the legal stature of the pardons board is arguable, then it follows its proceedings and findings are also arguable.

27. It's careless to give this particular chap a pardon.

27(b). Further, we can't allow a body like the pardons board to usurp the powers of the executive legislature and judiciary. The federal court must stop this trespass.

27(c)..I would also like to ask this question. Pardon my ignorance. Does the authority of the pardons board extend to determining the place of incarceration?.

28. If there's none, the pardons board may be acting ultra vires.

29. The stature of the addendum is even more precarious. The stature of the pardons board it itself disputable, the stature of the addendum more fragile.

30. The addendum is a product of a contestable board. It's a separate, distinct and altogether another adjunct document.

31. It ought not be given the same legal stature as the main pardons board document. It wasn't done contemporaneously furthermore.

32. The stature of the addendum is not settled yet.

33. The najibers and UMNO are asking the government to implement a subject matter in a document not yet settled in law. Tablay itu maciam tamby!

34. The government too faces a serious believability problem

35. I was sure Saifuddin showed the minutes of the pardons board to all and sundry. There was no mention of an addendum.

36. When did he realize, aik ada addendum. If so, why didn't he make another PC? Very careless of him .

37. But what are we to do? Anwar likes to surround himself with idiots and morons. Perhaps to make him appear most intelligent.

1. It does not matter to me if the right wing and decadent world accepts or welcomes Najibs staged apology. I will continue to speak of its putrid stink and of its sweltering pus/nanah. I don't believe the sham.

2. As I said earlier, the apology is a sham, staged and concocted in a half past six manner.

3. It wasn't an apology in the real sense at all. Najib was sorry 1mdb caused untold misery to Malaysia .he was sorry for the looting and the pillage committed through 1mdb . But as it's mastermind and looter-in-chief, he maintains he is innocent.

4. The money waltzes into his account, elephants can fly and the camel passes through the eye of the needle .

5. The staged apology was only believed by the smarmy people in the social media, by journalists who just reached puberty, the entitled degenerates and inbreds, the right wingers and the racists. Most of them have secret laiasons with Mrs palmer and her 5 daughters.

6. The apology,done in a very cavalier and snide-asidish manner , and in the manner of the index finger points straight, while the pinky pulls back ( telunjuk lurus kelengking berkait) is an insult to the intelligence of all law abiding Malaysian citizens.

7. The other group who for orgasmic shivers upon hearing of the half hearted apology is the group who pined for the rule of bossku. Meaning they pined for the rule that allows unchecked corruption, abuse of power, selective patronage and blatant unaccountability. That's what they pined for.

8. The usual suspects are easily identified. These are the entitled degenerates and inbreds, UMNO apparatchiks and minions. Their principal role is to flood the social media with romanticized stories about bossku.

9. Can't we see a tinge of racism in this apology business? The apology given immediately by non malays for flying the China flag in teluk intan was rejected and regarded sinister. The apology given by Najib after so many years, was accepted and celebrated as something monumental.

10. That's why I said if Najib's name were a Mr Poh kee mak, it would be 'off with his head'. As it is Najib is the putera in the bumiputera and further enjoys protection under hak2 istimewa bumiputera.

11. It was reported that UMNO youth says apology is superfluous and misused as in the case of China flag flying in teluk intan. Then be consistent; it it's irrelevant in the teluk intan case,it's even more irrelevant in Najibs fake apology .

12. Najibs apology is a sham and hypocritical. It's giving us the bone only no meat. Tell us what you are sorry about.

13. That's typical of the Najib personality. Incapable of offering us a genuine apology. He did not provide us the details over which he's sorry. And the irony of the fake apology, he insisted he's innocent. So why apologize in the first place?

14. He takes us as fools. After giving us a blanket apology, he cancels the fake apology by insisting he's innocent . Terming that shallow apology as an indication of bigness of heart is a load of BS given only by neo feudalists and bourgeois mofo, in support for a lying neo feudalist and Malay bourgeois'

26. So no, Najib's farcical and sham apology is rejected by all law abiding Malaysian citizens. It's presumptuous to assume the theatrics apology is well received.

1. The majority of us will not be deceived but are actually disgusted(meluat) at Najibs Hollywood acts of fooling the public.

2. After so many years, he has now apologized to the public as to how IMDB has pained and caused misery to the nation .

3. That it has taken so long for this putera in the bumiputera to apologise, can only mean that the apology is a crocodile teared Oscar performance, even Marlon Brando, Gregory peck are put to shame.

4. Doesn't it mean that if he apologize, the looting, embezzlement and pillage has actually taken place? If I were to kill somebody and then apologize, will that bring the dead person back to life?

5. So, don't be fooled and bamboozled by this Hollywood worthy performance. Indeed the public should all pool money and give Najib an Oscar statute made in balakong.

6. You all remember or not, the time Najib reappeared in court after a knee ailment? He was wheel chaired into court right?

7. As it is, he wasn't in prison pyjamas although he is a convict. He wore his saville row suit and was actually smiling and looked cheerful .

8 . Horrors! His minders would have told him, you are sending the wrong messages. You should wear a pained expression and looked miserable. That way, the gullible a-holes can be easily deceived. And sympathy given .

The LCS Scandal. Part 1.

1. I am sceptical, when Hishamuddin piously and solemnly declared those who had committed any wrongdoings as regards the construction of 6 LCS, will be brought to justice.

2. Who would trust the pompous declaration of the man with the perpetual monkey grin? Never trust a feller who spends time more on computer games. The business of governing is serious business, my friend.

3. And the business of honest governance demands even greater resolve and determination.

4. Certainly, it is not to be treated as a given, even when uttered in parliament. It's just like coughing and clearing the throat on the steps.

5. It may satisfy some gullible and irritable MPs. They become less pesky. They are like small children given lollipops and ice cream. Happy to be given an assurance.

6. Don't talk only. It must be followed up with real action. Justice must not only be done, it must be seen to be done.

7. I learnt in contract law sometime ago, that when you post a letter, it's not a job completed just as you post it. Your job is considered done when your letter is actually received, acknowledged by the recipient. Whether it's actually read is a different matter.

8. Similarly, when the apish Hisham spoke about taking action against all wrongdoers in the lcs scandal, until it's followed up by action, his job is not completed.

9. He's being a NATO-no action, talk only.

16. Hishamuddin and Zahid and possibly Najib were all involved. Has Hishamuddin got the gumption to even head an investigation?

17. So when the PAC submitted its report on 4th August 2022, I hope they don't consider their job done and completed.

18. It owes a duty to the public to expose of any financial shenanigans involved.

19. And SPRM should stop pulling wool over our eyes. We are tired of being repeatedly told that an investigation of the lcs scandal is ongoing. We need to be updated in stages.

20. This also mean that all defence ministers failed in their duty to rectify and correct the situation. It can also mean they are possibly complicit in the scam to fleece monies from the consolidated fund. Some people in the treasury must also be involved. Otherwise, monies can't walk away from the treasury.

Semua yg menjawat jawatan awam pusat dan negeri ramai yang terlibat rasuah , makan duit tepi , makan komisyen, makan bulan², makan komisyen dari kontraktor² yang diberi projek. Malaysia ini dah jadi lubuk rasuah, dah tak terbendung manakan tidak menteri² terlibat rasuah , didakwa akhirnya semua lepas sebab hakimpun terlibat rasuah , Pesuruhjaya SPRM terlibat rasuah , kakitangan SPRM ramai yang didakwa terlibat rasuah.

Sempadan negara, perairan negara, pintu masuk negara semua bocor, semua mudah dibolosi oleh sendiket² kerana mereka tahu di Malaysia ada sogokan, ada duit untuk penguasa² kerajaan bertugas semua boleh lepas. Itu sebab apapun masalah termasuk pendatang asing ikut laut , ikut darat boleh lepas masuk . APMM pun dikhabarkan senang dibolosi dengan duit , Jabatan Laut dan Marin semua mudah dibolosi , habis itu kita nak cakap apa lagi. Memang kerajaan yang ada memang tiada ikhtizam nak benteras rasuah sebab mereka sendiri terlibat rasuah , menteri² kaya-raya, tak padan dengan gaji tak sampai setahun jadi menteri dah kaya luar biasa.

Apa yang dikatakan oleh Pengarah Nakortik Bukit Aman Dato Ayob Khan itu adalah realiti dalam Jabatan Polis sendiri. Bukit Aman itu lubuk duit bagi penjenayah, ketua² sendiket haram , dadah , judi, maksiat . Mereka membayar pegawai² polis satu paku , dua paku , tiga paku , tiga , empat bintang semua dibayar . Cuba tengok Ketua Polis Negara,Ketua Polis Negeri, Ketua Polis Daerah mana yang tak kaya mana yang tak hidup mewah, rumah besar yang dinilai tak mampu dibeli jika menggunakan duit gaji mereka . Kereta² mereka walau tak semua , rata² mewah² dan berharga ratusan ribu . Mana mereka dapat duit jadi kaya raya dan jadi senang sebagai penjawat awam.

Ayob Khan mungkin ditamatkan perkhidmatan lebih awal kerana membuka pekung pegawai² besar Polis ramai yang rasuah . Ayob Khan adalah baki manusia berjawatan dalam Polis yang masih ada iman , ada pegangan agama, tahu takutkan Allah SWT , sedangkan yang lain dah lebih teruk dari mereka yang tak beriman , hidup makan duit hasil yang subhah , bagi anak bini makan hasil subhah , pergi melancung duit yang subhah , pergi haji duit subhah, serba serbi bagi mereka boleh sahaja.

Dato Ayob Khan berkata macamana dadah nak dihapuskan di Malaysia kerana dia memerangi dadah sendirian, pegawai²nya sendiri ramai yang terlibat dengan sendiket dadah, menjadi talibarut sendiket dadah, menjadi pengkhianat kepada bangsa dan negara. Pegawai² Nakortik sendiri yang melindungi sendiket dadah, serbuan gagal rahsia bocor awal kerana Pegawai Polis sendiri melindungi mereka .

Bekas IGP Hamid Bador pun berkata yang sama seperti Dato Ayob Khan. Pegawai² besar berbintang² di Bukit Aman dibela , disuap oleh ketua² sendiket haram. Hinggakan Tan Sri Hamid Badur mencadangkan supaya diteruskan IPCMC yang bertujuan untuk menyiasat salahlaku Pegawai dan anggota Polis.

Negara Malaysia telah masuk ranking negara kedua di dunia yang termasuk dalam indek paling kuat mengamalkan rasuah. Itu sebab PM, menteri² Malaysia tiada negara yang ingin berkawan dengan mereka , mereka dipandang hina macam kita pandang babi. Menteri² dan PM kita tidak dilayan, tidak dihormati oleh negara² luar kerana nama² mereka ada dalam senarai orang² yang terlibat rasuah.

Apakah kita patut buat ? , kita kena pastikan negara ini bertukar kerajaan yang tidak korup, kita perlu humbankan pemimpin² umno-BN sekarang kerana mereka lah yang membenarkan rasuah ini berleluasa, merekalah yang menguasai SPRM, Polis dan Tentera . Kita kena pastikan anak² kita, saudara mara kita menjauhi mengundi umno-BN kerana undi umno-BN itu bermakna memilih kecelakaan, memilih kehancuran dan memilih kerosakan.

Anak² muda yang melebihi umur 22 tahun keluarlah mengundi PRU15 nanti , ramai²lah bantu keluar mengundi menumbangkan kerajaan yang ada, tumbangkan muka² menteri yang ada sekarang , ini kerana mereka tidak akan berbuat baik kepada negara dan rakyat. Mereka telah digelapkan hati mereka dengan hasil² haram.

Kita cuma ada satu pilihan ditangan kita sekarang. Jika kita tumbangkan muka² menteri yang ada sekarang bermakna rakyat tumbangkan kemungkaran.

Rakyat boleh memilih kerajaan yang akan membenteras rasuah secara total , kita minta dijalankan hukuman mati kepada pesalah rasuah seperti di Indonesia , China dan Korea Utara. Selagi negara diperintah, muka² menteri yang ada ini , menjadi menteri semula kerajaan dan negara ini tak akan berubah, tak akan dapat bersaing dengan negara² lain dan tidak akan dihormati oleh dunia.

14. Maka dakwaan bahawa rakyat tidak peduli 1mdb, ternyata bohong.

15. If the usd10 million belongs to the government because it came from stolen 1mdb,why should its return has to depend on whether Rohana agrees or not. Seize it if it is authorised.

16. There is the possibility that she got the money through subterfuges. She may have blackmailed him, threatened to spill the beans, or used sexual persuasion. Each of these acts are legally chargeable. If she had threatened to spill the beans, wouldn't that mean she has knowledge of the stolen funds but withheld information?

17. One thing is puzzling here. If the money belongs to the government and is regarded as something that should be returned, then why are the chattels, jewelleries and watches stolen by our Bonie and Clyde, obtained with stolen 1mdb money to be retuned to Najib and Rosmah?

18. Come on, la authorities, wake up. Don't tell me you too are besotted with Rohana's stunning looks that you go easy with her. And please stop this judicial duplicity. Where one set of rules apply to the rich and powerful and a different other for the poor and powerless.

The whole trial took just EIGHT WEEKS there, while in Malaysia it is still ongoing after more than FOUR YEARS. Here in Malaysia, the 1MDB court hearings keep being postponed for all sorts of trivial matters. This can be blamed on the Management of the Justice System here or possibly they don't view these cases as serious matters like in the USA. Like they say "JUSTICE DELAYED IS JUSTICE DENIED".

In the meantime, the TWICE CONVICTED FELON (once in the High Court and then in the Court of Appeal involving 4 experienced Judges) is enjoying celebrity status with police outrider escorts provided by the PDRM and by extension the Federal Government. Just imagine how ludicrous this looks, i.e. a LAW ENFORCEMENT ENTITY providing protection and security to a CONVICTED CRIMINAL.
