Where is our PUSPAHANAS?

First we must ask- where is the RM100 million Defence Center? If there is none- how could MINDEF transfer title over the 3 lots of land totaling 223.33 acres to Raja Ropiaah? We must assume she has title to transfer. Otherwise she could not have entered into agreement with Deepak Jaikishan to sell him 200 acres and sold one lot to Guppyunit Sdn Bhd.
Raja Ropiaah does not only receive RM 13 million from Deepak. She was paid RM 13 million and RM 8 million in political contributions. That’s 21 million. Deepak spent RM7 million on legal fees and RM2 million in miscellaneous. He did spend RM30million. RM9 million kira burnt until LTAT gave back RM30 million. But Ropiaah has sapued RM21million cash. From Deepak.
Raja Ropiaah, owner of Awan Megah which has legal title over 223.33 acres of land belonging to MINDEF, which is supposed to build the RM100 million Research Center got the following amount:-
1.      RM13 million cash from Deepak
2.      RM 8 million cash for political contributions passed on to her.
3.      RM 2 million cash from Guppyunit Sdn Bhd.
4.      RM16million OD facility from Guppy Unit
5.      Now- RM130 million for 220 acres of land originally belonging to MINDEF. MINDEF buys its own land back for RM130 million.
Why would LTAT be stupid enough to buy a messed up company for RM30million, unless it was meant to silence Deepak Jaikishan? Why would LTAT pay RM130 million for the land which it originally owned? LTAT spent RM160 million in one day to get rid of a problem for PM?
The woman in the center of this controversy- got money but where is the National Research Centre she promised to build? Has she started building it? At the end of the day, if LTAT steps in and builds the Center- and spend more than RM100 million, LTAT would be spending more than RM260 million.
Ex-servicemen!  Perajurit yang memperjudikan nyawa untuk negara UMNO- See how your money is being used by LTAT? That’s your egg nest you know.

addition: Has MINDEF paid out RM27 million to Raja Ropiaah's Awan Megah as advance to build the RM100 million Puspahanas? If they have- then she gets another RM27 million!. wow- UMNO system, best in the world!

Ma sha ALlah,
do we still need Umno and these people to govern our country!
This is ' daylight robbery ' my fellow melayu...s !!!

OMG, what nonsense government is doing.

There is no ending to abuses and corruptions unless insiders blow the whistle

I believe, there are many more of such blatant abuses of national assets

No wonder, the country is ranked 2nd in the world for money laundering, all from remitting corruption money overseas

Hope Alllah will help the country

Wow...its more complicated restructuring exercise than Talam...we need chua junior asap....

Patrick 29 December 2012 at 20:56

Consider our money, tax money, lost to 1 woman. its actually quite disgusting to read all these games in the media. Deepak is very smart and he deserves to be rich.

This is just 1 example of why we should all vote out the entire BN government soon. sharizat gets RM 250M, ropiah gets RM 130M.....and many more other ministers greed has not even surfaced yet. This is how our country recorded incredible outflow of money into safe havens overseas.

The new PR government should quickly begin to structure a government agency to specifically investigate the massive and rampant corruption of the BN government. And publish this publicly for all to see. There has to be justice done or we will all go broke while a handful of individuals live like kings and queens in London....

Dato' we will fight this time. Zahid must answer. The Chairman Tan Sri Anwar must answer and the Lembaga that consist of PAT, all the three services deputy chief and MINDEF KSU either quit or face the consequences sooner or later or tell the soldiers what really happen! when you ignore the retired soldiers and with this action is a blatant disregard of public accountability.WTF

Once and for all, let's us pray with ferventness and make our intented will known, return this beautiful peaceful country of ours to the PEOPLE. Umno has long been a BREEDING ground for all this sickening culture & crime. Yet the funny thing is that the malay and non malay COLLECTIVELY are allowing this to happen to such a GIGANTIC scale. When will this be stopped once and forever. Thanks for our LACKADAISICAL "tidak apalah" "bolehlah" attitude we have adopted as if it is a part of us for the last 50 over years. When Islam is being challenge, the Muslim will immediately arouse to defend. Why not divert this spiritual warrior energy this round at the ballot box VOTE for CHANGE. WAKE UP from our AMENESIA. The time is NOW. CHANGE ourselves CHANGE for God Sake CHANGE for Our Promising Future

Maybe Chua Soi Leg's son can solve this problem. He knows very well how to value the land.... hahaha!

Dato, these scandals that involved the ladies of Wanita Umno,Raja Ropiah and Shahrizat are a flash in the pan ones.Like hitting the lotto once in a lifetime ones.

For everyone that is caught, hundreds have gotten off the radar undetected.Just look at the ministers children will do.How can the hooligan son of Nazri afford a convoy of luxury cars and bodyguards, when he cannot even lift a finger to do an honest day's work. This moronic son is a real disgrace to his father, another big clown of a federal minister.

And when these big fishes got caught with their undies off,are the ones we know. How many times they have done this type of "mischivious" things before they get caught,is another thing that we do not know.

And this Raja Ropiah thingy will not have surfaced,if the "rat as big as a cat" Deepak has not deserted the sinking ship. This carpetman called Deepak must have a crystal ball telling him to abandon ship.Or else this big rat where have the balls himself to do so.

And the Sharizat cowgate will be what it is ,without the whistle blower from the bank leaking it out. These are just throwing the darts blindly and hitting the bulls eye ones. And PKFZ scandal will soon be history if Umno/BN retains federal gomen. For one MCA minister, there is at least five Umno ministers involved in PKFZ.

Just imagined how prosperous the people and country will be if the leaders were to be just half as honest as the leaders of Singapore.Malaysia would have been a developed country, long before that little red dot on the map down South.

manmanlai,  29 December 2012 at 23:24

Will PM Najib listen to anak Felda settlers and sacked the parasite Isa Samad from Felda,or risk losing some parliamentary seats in the Felda schemes. Now Najib's balls are really in hot soup, hanging above the frying pan and a pot of real hot boiling water.

hehehe,  29 December 2012 at 23:40

The Singapore press is speculating that Najib is afraid of going to the polls. Why?His list of winnable candidates do not include the names of unwinnable warlords of Umno. Therefore he is afraid if internal sabotaging.Najib has his pea balls at the crossroads of his political career.

Anonymous,  30 December 2012 at 00:49

I also have a crystal ball that says that Nurul will beat Nong Chik, and sent him into political retirement. And many overstaying federal ministers will lose their parliamentary seats too.

Now the million dollar question is how many seats will Umno retain sitting on the opposition bench.

Rakyat dan askar amnya yang pangkat rendah lu fikirlah sendiri duit pencen lu telah disebat oleh penyamun yg bernama zaid dan lodin wook, ,PKR this is good point to tell all ex army not mat ghani but to all LLP sedarlah apa yg sedang berlaku sekarang.

All the way for change,  30 December 2012 at 02:46

Malaysians must have the determination and real guts to make the right choice.Even the wheelchair, crutches and walking sticks types who are basically dependent on handouts from Umeeno.

Its time you people stand on your own two feet.Have some pride and dignity and whatever is left in your self esteem.Go vote for change. Not for your own useless selves, but for your children and grandchildren's future.

At least redeem some pride and dignity before you sink into the sewers and get washed into the raving oceans with the corrupted crooks as your company into eternity.Like in politics, they say "stand up and be counted" like real men.

Anonymous,  30 December 2012 at 02:48

Coming down to the wire,I hope that Anwar and his PKR do not fuc*ed up,and hand the Umno/BN a victory that they do not deserve.

Shahrizat for MP,  30 December 2012 at 03:04

Shahrizat is telling her supporters to show a straight and honest face when in public. But work behind the scenes and make sure Raja Nong Chik smells Nurul's smelly feet.

It's payback time and on election night,Shahrizat will be laughing so loud that one will not hear her loose dentures coming off and hitting the ground.

Cahaya Qalbu,  30 December 2012 at 03:30

Deepak said:

“It is true that my shareholders and me have sold our shares in Asta Canggih for RM30 million which is our actual cost price of RM13 million for Raja Ropiaah, RM8 million in political contributions, RM7 million of financial costs and RM2 million in legal and miscellaneous costs”

“LTAT, ironically, bought their own land which they had given to Raja Ropiaah (for Puspahanas) for RM72.5 million at RM130 million, giving Raja Ropiaah a profit of RM57.5 million plus RM13 million from us... and remaining 23 acres worth RM40 million, (which it still has). The losers are the Defence Ministry and army officers who get cheated by Umno and cheated again by having to buy back the military land at double the price they gave it away for”.

What does Deepak means by RM8 million political contributions??? Isn’t this bribery and who are the recipients??? Construction of the National Defence Research Centre (Puspahanas) in Putrajaya is not an UMNO’s venture but one of the govt. i.e. rakyat projects !

Whatever it is, the bottom line is, this is a clear example of UMNO/BN leaders numerous shady deals and transactions involving the rakyat/nation money. The same modus operandi of pilfering the rakyat/nation money to share amongst them, this time via Awan Megah (M) Sdn Bhd, one of their cronies or proxies !

And that’s why the rakyat have no option now but to vote PR into Putrajaya, so that justice can be served and the UMNO/BN financial scandals and power abuses, which was hidden for around 3 decades will at last be revealed !!!

Nurul is like loved by all Malaysians.
She is intelligent and brave and established a personality different from father..as a politician.
Raja Nong Chik wants to stand against her?.......hahahahahahaha
Cow girl feeling no shame....beaten by a little girl...who has grown up to be too big for both of them.
Are they blind is that Najib got no better candidates?
Let the show begins....and see what happens.
All need to wait....for Najib's crystal ball is blur...giving no clear predictions to him.

Coming to the situation of nurul and nong cik2 in pantai .It is a forgone conclusion that Nurul Wins
hands down IF there is no cheating ways.
Nearly all indians and chinese will vote for Nurul and m sure that
a majority of malays too will vote for Nurul.
As for cowgirl, well, she better vamoose from malaysia b4 the elections or she will be arrested for corruption and embezzlement of the peoples money of Rm 250Mil and counting on the next day of GE13.
Bets on the ground is in favour of PR winning a simple majority due to hanky panky by the election commision.
YES ! Where is the puspanahas building??

Datuk Sak,sungguh malang nasib Melayu UMNO ni. Dah sampai tahap penipuan sebagini pun mereka masih nak pertahankan.Agaknya sudah tersurat yang mereka2 ni akan telah ditakdirkan bodoh dan tuli sampai bila2.Oleh itu jika kaum2 lain mengangap mereka2 ini hampas jangan le marah.Salam

IAMKAN 31 December 2012 at 03:44

Isn't this GROSS ABUSE of power? If Anwar Ibrahim can be jailed on a trumped up charge for corruption because he instructed some government official to do something, isn't this 100 times worse? Why are the police and the MACC doing nothing. You can call it political donation but all the money RR received out of a business transaction can be considered as INCOME? What is Hasil Dalam Negeri doing?

If we continue to 'Milk and play with our Cow" like that behind closed door,
very soon we will all run out of milk. TOOOOO much personal interest vested
in almost everything. Poor cow, mana tida mati. Can't help wondering what else
do we not know about??? Hai ya....kong pun boyong.....What we need is corrective
Action.

It's sad isn't it? I'm not even angry anymore. I'm just sad.

Fraud and corruption are two most important components for economy as they are the stimulus for increasing GDP. The money is spent but hopefully within the country and not overseas.
