A Requiem for UMNO and it's rumah bangsat, rumah hantu , rumah pangsai and outhouse. Devil's advocate series 47.

1. Wak jahid comes up dengan gagasan rumah bangsa. Wow Kata pak Sako.

2. Hj hadii kata tu rumah hantu. Ada puaka. Orang Cina kata rumah pangsai.

3. Which is about right, given all the shit coming out dari rumah outhouse tu.

4. It's an unholy alliance and union under the hegemony of UMNO

5. Imagine such an unholy union producing a hideous child who looked like wak named unggul melayu marto..

6. Whether you are baby boomer generation, millennials, gen z or k-pop generation, you should reject such monstrosity of an idea.

7 . It's an idea akin like something that has come out from a cat's digestive system.

8. It's a monstrosity of an idea that issues forth from the house of wak J.

9. The majority of people in Malaysia are not dumb albeit being quiet.

10. The noisy and vociferous ones, racist bigots and quarrelsome are the people cultivated by UMNO.

11. The majority maybe quiet but these people are continuously judging, evaluating and analyzing the worth of a leader.

12. They know that wak J is sucking the people onto the island of irrelevancy

13. And also bringing UMNO to irrelevancy. Let's oblige UMNO.

14. People are striving for cohesion, UMNO is proposing seclusion and insularity.

15. It's a fundamental law in economics that factors of production cooperate with each other to produce an output not 'uncooperate' with each other. Ada faham?

16. The shit idea has been rejected all around because the parties called have differing interests.

17. Not because these parties realized the idea is objectionable by the people. They are all racial supremacists which cannot accept the hegemony of UMNO and wak J.

18. So , not because the idea is reprehensible but their revulsion of UMNO and wak J overrides their objectivity.

19. It's UMNO's funeral that it is continuously promoting hate politics. It is the Malaysian version of the Ku Klux Klan very often using race and religion to terrorize others

20. Contrary to what UMNO believes- that the noises made by its internet 5th columnists, UMNO is actually sucked into the black hole of irrelevancy.

21. Let's gleefully oblige UMNO making it an UMNO of 26 seats to an UMNO of 15 seats.

22. Hidup hidup wak J! Bungkus bungkus UMNO!

Bizarre tales from UMNO. Devil's advocate series 36.

1. There was a report by a leading news outfit. It quoted named analyst.

2. That conduct is a breath of fresh air. It differed from Facebook writers quoting Unnamed analysts

3. The report by the leading news outfit, quoting named analysts says that KJ will win if he contests in urban areas in the country and Selangor

4. According to the analysts( U profs) KJ has these things going for him

5. He has experience as a minister of sports and youth. He is intelligent as he has a PPE from oxford

6. People are likely to vote him because of these

7. Well, good luck for kj if he believes these armchair analysts.

8. In urban areas, voters are more politically aware, generally more educated and do more critical thinking . Also generally fiercely independent minded.

9. UMNO candidates generally do not fit well in these areas.

10. UMNO people do better in rural areas.

11. In rural areas, voters are less politically aware, do less critical thinking. Likely to follow herd instinct.

12. KJ, the returned UMNO son will do better in these areas.

13. It's not for nothing, tun Musa hitam regarded UMNO as a parti kampung.

14. University profs , more than anybody else know that we hardly apply uni education in life problems.

15. It only makes us think better and be more analytical

16. But these advantages can be blunted if you mix with the wrong crowd. The greater edifying effects occur if you mix with the UMNO crowd

17. If therefore KJ stands as UMNO candidates in urban areas, he offers no extra value added than others

18. If KJ stands in urban areas representing antiquated UMNO , he has 2 chances. Slim and none.

19. It's reported that wak47 is dissapointed with shouts of tilak UMNO shouted by PH people in N9.

20. Jahids reaction is like the pot calling the kettle black.

21. Or to use a local example, the cattle rustler scolds the cattle owner for tying up his cows.

22. We must first congratulate the N9 PH people for knowing UMNO for what is truly is.

23. UMNO is the snake in the grass. It is the enemy

24. The pH people there know that it's a fatal mistake to invite the enemy share political power with you.

25. Zahid does not say anything when UMNO people ranging from Adolf akmal, fuad zarkashi to Jamal jamban berate PH.

26. Why should Zahid then be slighted when he allows missiles to be fired at PH?

27. We are the ones who should feel slighted because we are to excuse a person with 47 charges.

28 . It comes to this:- stop telling lies about us, we will stop telling the truth about you.

The tale of 47 hot potatoes. The fate of the DNAA. Devil's advocate series no 28.

1. I can already see the drift. Malay supremacists especially the UMNOniks are feigning incredulity that zahids DNAA ruling is remitted to the high court for retrial

2. They feel it is unfair and is a victimisation by non malays.

3. In this case the accusation of unfairness is led Ambiga Sreenevasan.

4. But these people ignore the fact that the remittance of the case has been persuasively argued by the Exeter U law graduate

5. Judges hearing the appeal included Malays so that nobody can argue, a malay like Zahid can't expect justice from non Malays .

6. We must be conscious of 2 things. Zahid was alleged to have stolen money. Create a vehicle for corruption.

7. So don't trivialized the issue by saying that Zahid is victimized by Ambiga and gang or that he, a Malay of Javanese descendants can't expect justice from non Malay judges

8. Don't befuddle the issue by claiming this a case of a Malay being victimized and this provided an excuse to rebel . and invoke Malay recalcitrance.

9. We are greatly incensed by these thieves and robbers creating a vehicle, a yayasan to steal and do corrupt things.

10. What jahid did is the usual plunder done by those holding public office.

11. An organization with intentions to do good for the public is used and manipulated by people like Zahid for his benefits

12. That is an heinous conduct, unforgivable.

13. We can be forgiven into thinking that this a case the robbers defending robbers, the corrupt defending the corrupt and crooks defending crooks

14. The AGC by doing a volte face , ought to do a soul searching and brainstorming session.

15. The public has a right to ask how can what the AGC did can be regarded as conscionable when a prima facie case has already been found?

16. In getting the DNAA,the AGC may have been unduly influenced by non legal reasons when it knows Zahid has done some jiggery-pokery things at yayasan tak ada akal and yilek budi.

17. Mind you, when the high court at first found prima facie for this case which began in 2018, the prosecution called 99 witnesses. 99 people said Zahid stole.

18. Zahid can only managed 5 witnesses. Meaning only 5 people were willing to lie for Zahid

19. The disparity between the number of witnesses of the 2 sides ought to convince the public and the court hopefully, that the accused is guilty as hell

20. Of course zahids rapacious behavior at YAB will be packaged in artful legal argument by his able leàd lawyer.

21. Didn't the lawyer during a PC at the appeal court's premises said the threshold to prove zahids innocence is low?

22. But that would also mean the threshold to prove guilt is correspondingly low

23. Let us hope Ms Ambiga and her team would ably demolish the arguments put up by Zahid's defense team .

24. What happened at yayasan akal budi with Zahid there and what happened to AGC subsequently, mirrors probably at what is happening generally at all public offices.

25. These places become not citadels dispensing economic justice and other forms of justice but are actually hiding places for thieves and robbers dressed smartly.

26. Imagine if someone were to table an RUU for asset seizure if convicted for corruption, these people would vigorously oppose it .

27. The robbers and thieves will not see such RUU as upholding justice but as a guillotine beheading them .

28. As an economist with a bit of knowledge in stats and econometrics, I find it very improbable that out of 47 charges, not a few can stick . Where have they disappeared to? Into zahids ass?

29. Many law abiding Malaysians are fed up at seeing these big shots hiding behind well meaning organizations, smiling while robbing.

30. If the shoes fit, convict!

31. UMNO people are saying that remitting the case back to the high court is not to be taken to mean our 'Presideng' is guilty.

32. That may be true but who gives a rat's ass notice of their opinion ? They aren't the judge in this case.

33. We would like to see Anwar making good his shouts to end sakau2.

34. Or he is just a reconteur and his shouts about eliminating corruption are only la-di-da posturings.

Switch and Turn of the Seremban putsh. Devil's advocate series no 22.

1. A cunning lowlife like Zahid will use the gang of 14 until the time is ripe.

2. The time is ripe to switch horses until brother Anwar realises his game.

3. The time is also right one he realizes the coup d'état was a proxy fight by mat money-changer to discredit him

4. Until such time, he hunts with the hounds and runs with the hare

5. He quickly says the action of the 14 must be respected. Their intentions were good

6. Which is siding with the 4 undangs plus 1 to oust the YTB

7. The N9 ruler has long realized the treacherous nature of UMNO

8. The claims by the 4 undangs have not been proven, the 14 have thrown their support behind them.

9. And UMNO HQ, under the dimwitted leadership of wak47, plays along.

10. By siding with the 4 undangs, UMNO has shown it is treasonous and inclined to betray.

11. What if the claims by the 4 undangs are eventually found to be fragile?

12 . We may argue till we are blue in the face about this and that adat, IE the regional constitution.

13. When push comes to shove, the federal construction prevails.

14. The federal construction accepts and recognizes the current ydp as king of N9. And that's it .

15. The cunning lowlife wak jahid knows a few things and will change horses midstream

16. First, he knows the 14 is a coalition of renegades, betrayers, treacherous people. It will eventually disintegrate.

17. Secondly, wak knows loyalty is a tradeable commodity.

18. As long as they think they can derive benefits, they stay loyal to the cause. When the benefits are not forthcoming and not fast enough, they become disloyal.

19. Switching between loyalty and disloyalty is second nature to UMNO.

20. Now that siding with the 4 undangs is wrong and his action is seen as being disloyal to the federally recognized king, it's time to change horses.

21. He now realizes bro Anwar knows his game and he also realizes it's only a plot by UMNO'S number 2, he will now betray the coalition.

22. He will now talk to some mules within the gang of 14, to swear allegiance to PH.

23. Anwar may not be fond of the N9 MB, but PH must remain master of N9.

24. The tapai putsch of N9 is damaging not only to jahid but also to UMNO as a whole.

25. UMNO is full of machinations, stealthy schemations, intrigue , it cannot be trusted .

26. ALL the kings in Malaysia ought to be weary of UMNO's true character.

27. There are reasons why UMNO is less criticized than PKR and AMANAH.

28. It is not the government. It is irrelevant. People don't give a rats ass attention to what UMNO says. It is an asshole.

29. So to say that because UMNO is less criticized and therefore stronger, is a tautological perversion.

30. It's the logic of the delusional bozo. 26 seats is the reality. The future is dim for UMNO.

Further thoughts on the N9 putsch. Give enough ropes to UMNO, it will hang itself. Devil's advocate series no 20

1. The Seremban putsh has made UMNO shown it's hand. The keen observer knows at once apa dihati UMNO

2. UMNO is, as I said many times, hunting with the dogs, running the hare.

3. It piggy rides with PH, rebuilding it's strength and eventually usurping power .

4. People are blind not to see UMNO's blackhearted intentions.

5. That's real life depiction of chin-ning chu's thick face black heart.

6. But what's more thick faced, are the spins UMNO makes after the putsch

7. Wak jahid says the intentions of the 14 are good

8. UMNO's SUA says they did what they do to save the king of N9,from the MBs inept handling of the matter.

9. Nevertheless, UMNO the party with no maruah will stay on with PH .

10. That's so revolting and will make us puke, won't it?

11. UMNO has dug a bigger hole to cover the initial hole. And it's full of shit .

12. Maybe UMNO can tell us, who is the king in N9?

13. Is it the YDPT or the 4 undangs? Or maybe the 5th 'undang', mat money-changer?

14. The not so bright UMNO 'presideng' does not realise of the elephant gun pointing at hím

15. The conduct of UMNO over the N9 putsch is an object lesson for the kings and sultans of Malaysia

16. The position of any one king depends, it appears on UMNO's interest.

17. If anyone king suits UMNO's interests, that king becomes UMNO's loyal obsession.

18. If not, UMNO will resurrect any obscure claimant to a throne and will unseat the kings

19. Didn't the UMNO number 1 says, the action of the 14 must be respected?

20. Respected by who? The UMNO hoi polloi may well do. But not all rakyat.

21. The N9 king should now know is a snake in the grass. The Seremban putsh has forced the snake out

22. UMNO HQs handling of this epis is it's greatest CYA move.

23. It gives the 14 a gentle treatment while assuaging PH.

24. In other words, pardon me, it prostitutes itself. Any hole is fair game. Giving professional prostitutes a bad name

25. In pru16, let's take our angst on umno. Let's read the last rites on it

26. Remember this: it's a fatal mistake to invite the enemy to share power with you.

The N9 beer hall or soremban putsch. Devil's advocate series no 18.

1. I have said I am not going to talk about the steps the NO MB is going to take. As the man in ground zero, he knows best.

2. But when I read the FB operatives say that according to analysts, that the good option is to declare an emergency -i thought that wasn't clever.

3. Who are the analysts? They are not named

4. If some unnamed analysts say that, then it's case of too much analysis leads to paralysis.

5. Most probably it's just opinion shaping story telling by FB operatives.

6. Then, it's the lazy man's solution to the N9 impasse.

7. The MB can still govern as leader of a minority government.

8. Now that the DUN has been adjourned 6 months , at the 1st instance the DUN is reconvened, the gang of 14 can move a motion of no confidence.

9. But 6 months is an eternity. There will be endless table talk, parlaying, negotiations, slow talk and endless trips to masat centres for manhood massat .

10. The slow talk can be done by wak47, grinning and backslapping.

11. The parlaying and wheeling dealing can be done by the MB. Perhaps 25 million per person will do trick.

12. Then these people can do yearlong feasts of masak lomak cili api, Rondang pegaga and itiak salai, eh Jang .

13 . I am not going to repeat too much shouts of betrayal, tebuk atap and the like .

14 . The conduct of the 14 is the nature of the beast . That's what UMNO people do-plot,
scheme working 24/7 to unseat PH.

15. If they are not scheming on PH,they will turn against each other

16. Because the 14 is a coalition of schemers, it will not be surprising some of them will betray the group.

17 . Especially if the coalition consists of 1 group of people loyal to wak47 and 1 group loyal to the Ayam den lapeh fellow

18. Who can discount the fact that the rebellion of the 14, got sprinkled with holy water by the ayam den lapeh fellow?

19 . This could probably be the beginning of a proxy fight started by the number 2 against the number 1 of UMNO.

20. Obviously there are groupings behind the 2. Let the drama unfold.

21. What took place in N9 could very well be the initial Kung Fu strike from number 2 to a careless number 1.

22. Awakened rudely from his slumber lullabied by those aligned to number 2, number 1 is frantically correcting his carelessness

23. He is talking to some of his mules over masak lomak cili api.

24. Over the next few days we can expect some people within the gang of 14, miraculously getting enlightenment

25. We will leave this possible proxy fight for now and see the effects on number 1 and UMNO.

26. It is possible for wak47 didn't know about the N9 coup d'etat, because the gang of 14 engaged number 2 only

27. That would suggest that his leadership in UMNO isn't whole but holed .

28. Otherwise like I said earlier, it's impossible for such momentous move to get passed him

29. He now has to convince brother A, that he is still in control by talking to his mules in N9

30. It doesn't escape our notice, that he does not send his number 2 to slow talk to the renegade 14.

31. After all, the number 2 is from N9 and is the defacto 5th 'undang '.

32. Or even asked macarthur KJ(I have returned) to get involved too.

33. Their infighting aside, the conduct of the 14 on UMNO as a whole is more important.

34. The conduct of the 14 reflects badly on UMNO.

35. Despite Wak's possible ability to solve the N9 imbroglio, it shows UMNO can never be trusted.

36. Always scheming, plotting and subterfuge -ing to retake power.

37. An untrustworthy ally is a stigma , UMNO can never shake off

38. Remember, it's a fatal mistake to invite the enemy to share power with you.

39. Do not be lulled by the kumpulan boria UMNO 98.

Batu kikir jambotan bosi

The14 Benedict Arnolds and power grab in N9.

1. If all 14 of UMNO ADUN left the NS government, it's a reflection of what we expect from UMNO

2. UMNO is hunting the hare while running with the hounds

3. It's piggy riding PH, rebuilding it's strength to eventually regain federal power.

4 . That's why some analysts or really some just reached puberty FB operatives are saying Zahid 47 will be PM 11.

5. These people can continue reading tea leaves, chicken entrails and sliced lime in a basin and fantasized wak47 as PM 11.

6. To some superstitious malays,11 is the symbol of tombstones on the grave.

7. perhaps it will bring the end of UMNO. UMNO now has about 30% Malay support despite boasting young people are flocking to UMNO.

8. Now back to the action of the 14 Benedict Arnolds of UMNO.

9. Their action is the height of betrayal of the trust of the people .

10. It also go against the spirit of camaraderie and loyalty to PH.

11. One cannot fault PN/PAS for taking advantage of the crisis. It's their function

12. The more important question is what UMNO HQ going to do about it.

13. Nobody believes the playacting by Zahid feigning innocence and giving us mad Alfie, what me know .

14. It's impossible for something momentous like this, isn't in the knowledge of wak.

15. It is most likely part of UMNO's machinations to undercut PH.

16. A leopard never changes it's spots and a snake is assumed to be venomous. And UMNO is a bloody snake.

17. The action of the 14 goons in NS is a microcosm of what is designed by UMNO HQ.

18. It piggy rides on PH, rebuilding it's strength and ultimately wants to regain power and form the next government.

19. Once it achieves that, it will free one kleptocrat in chief, cleans wak and most probably send brother Anwar to jail.

20. Just look at what wak is doing . He's less interested in developing rural areas but more interested in placing his kakis in glcs and institutions having access of support from Malays.

21. MARA, felda, risda, etc. don't be taken in by his apeish grin

22. Rather than diverting attention to on people, let's see if Zahid is willing to sack the 14 Benedict Arnolds.

23. If he is not willing, then he is in cahoots with the gang of 14.

24. Machiavelli warned us a long time ago, it's a fatal mistake to invite the enemy to share political power with you.

25. And UMNO is always the enemy.

26. As to what steps the MB will do, as a person on the ground, he knows better.

Correcting a comedy of stupidities. Devil's advocate series no 7.

1. When in January 2026, the AG decided on a DNAA on wak47, it caused a furor among law abiding citizens of Malaysia.

2. The court has already decided that this is case in which a defense is required. In legal jargon, there is a prima facie case.

3. This is case that is valid against the whole world. Ownership of the case is the state's.

4. It's no longer ownership between private parties such as the case involving the health minister an a convicted certain kleptocrat in chief.

5. In the DNAA case, the prosecution is to be carried out by the state

6. It is not opened to the AGC to discontinue with the case without the concurrence of the court.

7. The court may not agree or affirmed the 'proposal 'from the AG.

8. The court has the final authority to decide to continue with a case in a prima facie status has been found .

9. By deciding to discontinue the case without the concurrence of the court, the AG and the AGC have misapprioprated that authority from the court .

10. In common language, that is insolence and contempt of court

11. Contempt in the form of not only in words but also in conduct.

12. For snatching and robbing and usurping the authority of the court alone, the AG must be punished appropriately.

13. The AG said he wished to discontinue the case as more evidence and information is required. But a prima facie case has already been found

14. The judge then should have stopped the AGs incompetence then

15. Wasn't that an open admission of incompetence and lack of meticulousness on the part of the AG?

16. That confirms my belief that some lawyers and judges are like eggs which come in various grades .

17. Grades A to C where C is the lousiest.

18. This is a comedy of stupidities. The first round of stupidity was committed by the AGC. It was further fortified by the carelessness of the judge then. By countenancing the 1st round of imbecility.

19. Therefore, in my opinion the bar council's objection to the application of DNAA by the AG is correct.

20. It is asking the court to reinstate the 47 charges and to declare the application for DNAA as null and void.

21. It's also asking the court to slap an act of mandamus on the part of the AG

22. An act of mandamus, if I remember correctly is asking the AG to act according to specific articles of various statutes. What these are,the clever lawyers will know la .

23. If an act of mandamus is applied for, doesn't that mean the AG has violated some provisions in appropriate statues?

24. Is that misfeasance or non feasance? The tuan Pegu can answer that .

25. Since when can the AGC, an inferior body in relation to the court unilaterally decide to grant a DNAA?

26. It also seems to suggest that what manner of legal action is chosen varies with the stature of the person of interest?

27. Is the DNAA chosen because the person is the DPM?

28. Isn't it true, that the court recognizes only a litigant and no DPM, tan Sri, Dato Seri etc?

29. In applying to the court for various remedies, the Bar Council must remain stout and steely resolved.

30. It must not capitulate to the objections of various Malay supremacists.

31. Some say the actions of the bar council is an attempt to frustrate the DPM in various ways

32. To criminalize him, to discredit him , envious of him etc. Worse, the bar council's action is anti Malay.

33. I am especially annoyed when some idiots say, because the judges and bar council's members are non malays, they will never give justice to Malays.

34. Idiots will say that. They don't understand the meaning of fair play and professionalism.

35. I believe, in a body like the bar council, professionalism and fair play will prevail.

Rojak rojak politik 2: Perasuah, pemakan babi serta BABI. Sontoloyo series 92.

1. 2 kenyataan Sultan Pahang menarik perhatian .

2. Pertama, ialah kuasa pengampunan bukan hadiah politik Dan hadiah peribadi.

3. Pengampunan mesti dibuat mengikut lunas undang2 serta perlembagaan.

4. Kepada saya, jika ia bukan hadiah politik ianya bermakna tekanan politik tak boleh desak pengampunan dilakukan.

23. Dari segi procedure, permohonan si kleptocrat in chief adalah defective Dari Mula and is doomed for failure.

24. Kenyataan yang dipertuan negeri sembilan mempunyai universal import .

25. YDipertuan sesal Dan hampa orang melayu khususnya orang UMNO mengidolakan perasuah yang terbukti mencuri berbiliun ringgit .

26. Kepada saya, itu suatu indictment yang terrible keatas bangsa melayu.

27. Ianya bermakna orang melayu khususnya orang UMNO, punya sistem nilai yang rosak.

28. Ia melayakkan orang melayu dipanggil the sad race . We each the next generation , the wrong values.

29. Bila kita ajar jenerasi yang mendatang, bahawa tidak apa korapsi, kita ajar bahawa korapsi bukan jinayah, tapi suatu kerjaya. Babi dan korapsi

30. Kaitan antara babi dengan korapsi tidak direct. Izinkan saya melihat perkara dari sudut ini .

31. Sultan Selangor murka kerana orang menternak babi di tg sepat.

They share the same DNA.

46. Orang yang ada bourgeois sense of fairplay serta genteel sense of justice kata, aduh jangalah menghina sangat orang terutama jika mereka Islam.

47. Koreksi enche, bukan orang secara umum, hanya perasuah!

48. Kalau ikut titah-ucap sultan Pahang, perasuah bukan saja melakukan jinayah kecil, tapi mereka adalah pengkhianat masyarakat.

49. In the olden days, we know what they do to traitors. They hang them.

UMNO's hypocrisy. Part 3. Sontoloyo series 84.

1. Because the Malays suffer from a few psychological maladies, the PM has some work cut out for him.

2. He has to battle racial and religious extremism.

3. He has to correct many wrongs done by UMNO which thinks it owns the country

4. Instead of realizing that it only has stewardship and wardenship of the country. And trust.

5. To correct for instance how UMNO looks at corruption

6. To rein in UMNO's economic grabs, predatorial economic confiscation instincts or malay-nisation of the economy by fiat.

7. To manage the economic disparity between T40 and B40.

8. To narrow the economic gap between town and country.

9 . Correction is sorely needed here because the man in charge of rural development is a bloody moron.

10. Now giving him control of felda and FGV worsens the situation

11. It's pucuk dicita, ulam mendatang. Longing for shoots, mixed salad ís a-coming. Bad economic move

12. And politically suicidal

13. Mark my words -thr the 1st thing he will do is to place UMNO cronies there.

14. The UMNO cronies will use these organizations as vantage points to milk and cultivate Malay support

15. Eroding support for PKR and PH

16. Years of thinking it owns the country, UMNO has thrown out the notion of rule of law and equality before the law

17. Look at how it's demanding privileged legal treatment for the kleptocrat in chief.

18. Special laws for the political princelings and stiffer laws for the ordinary folks.

19. It has rejected any notions of justice. It has subverted the constitution.

20. Despite the negeri king expressing surprise and disappointment that Malays adulate and adore those who steal millions and billions, what did they do?

21. Some misguided and brainwashed Malays performed solat hajat for the kleptocrat in chief.

22. Do we malays need UMNO to look after the race and Islam?

23. Absolutely not is our answer. Look at the facts.

24. In states not governed by UMNO, do we see malays dropping dead like flies?

25. The best to look out for ourselves is us .

26. Islam prospers with or without UMNO. Because Islam prospers or otherwise, depends on it's adherents.

27. On every count, the verdict for UMNO is negative. There is therefore no reason for us to support UMNO.

28. With characters like Adolph Akmal and wak47 around, who needs UMNO?

29. So carry on tolol-ling and bahlul-ling by supporting UM....NOOO!

UMNO's hypocrisy. Part 2. Sontoloyo series 83.

1. Why is DAP so despised by UMNO leaders and princelings?

2. The short answer is, UMNO suffers from

3 psychological afflictions. 3. UMNO is paranoid, xenophobic and has restorative nostalgia (bad thing).

4. The first 2 psychological situations cause UMNO to hate others because the others are different.

5. The combination of these elements produces hate and fear.

6. A lethal concoction resulting in morbid and maniacal racism.

7. Which is manifested in always quarreling with the others,

8. always chasing windmills which are imagined as dragons

9. None invokes fear and hate as does the DAP.

10. Because it's an uncompromising opponent to UMNO's vested interest and is gaining support.

11. The Sabah results were an aberration for the DAP. The numbers show UMNO fared worse. It's own members deserted it.

12. And UMNO doesn't seem to care about the seats held by the late Bung, knowing it will be butchered in its otherwise usual buy election.

13. No one wants to say, DAP lost in Sabah because it associated with UMNO

14. No one says anything about it probably out of professional courtesy or because of political correctness.

15. But now, after the UMNO 2025 Pau, DAP must take off the gloves and must meet its detractors head on . It must confront and respond accordingly to the lies, fitnah and diatribes hurled at it by the likes of Adolph Akmal.

16 . It's now fight fire with fire. DAP is not giving the other cheek to be slapped by the likes of Adolph Akmal

17 . If you think only you can fight all out, paisan, DAP can also do the same la, kawan, tongzhi, saathi.

18. UMNO suffers from restorative nostalgia or simply revisionist and counter revolutionary

19. Or to be more blunt, UMNO is a megalomaniac. It's delusional of getting back power and delusional about a sense of grandeur. Thinking that everything revolves around it. Only it is entitled to govern.

20. When stewardship and wardenship mutated into ownership of the country, that's when we find ourselves in this mess.

21. In line with what the king just said , the 1st thing UMNO did was to normalise corruption, graft, pillage and plunder

22. True, the king spoke about the rampant corruption in the military and other uniformed bodies, but the message about corruption and hunting of Corruptors is said Infront of lawmakers.

23.umno should bear the brunt of the king's displeasure because it's UMNO that spawned corruption and betrayal of public trust.

24. UMNO provides the enabling environment for the political and for the bureaucratic princelings to loot and plunder the country. The political princelings are more interested in lining their pockets . They can't rein in the bureaucratic princelings because they cannot come before equity with clean hands.

25. It's a happy and profitable co existence.

26. Moreover, didn't UMNO just complete it's PAU with the Javanese Neanderthals seditiously instigating the UMNO hoi poloi to petition the present king to pardon the kleptocrat in chief?

27. Before the present King who has an abhorrence for graft, who wants stiffer punishments, who says the corruption that's discovered thus far, is just the tip of the iceberg.

28. Before a king who says he came to KL to hunt the corrupt up to their worm holes.

29. Before such a king, the outcome of a petition from any groups to get a pardon for the kleptocrat in chief, ending up in failure is a foregone conclusion.

30. In spite of the negeri king expressing surprise and disappointment that some malays adulate those who have looted billions, there are misguided UMNO malays performing the solat hajat to save the kleptocrat in chief.

31. Is God an UMNO member? Memakbulkan doa orang UMNO sahaja?

32. So Zahid can't sir poker faced and pretend UMNO is pristine. He himself will get his comeuppance eventually, if not from Anwar , from Anwars successor.

33. I think the current standing of UMNO is best described by the money charger man . Apo Kono eh Jang warih?

34. He likens UMNO as the anchor needed for stability.

35. That of course is a self serving statement, designed to keep UMNO in relevance. We see it differently.

36. The anchor keeps you stationery and restrain you from going forward .

37. That's what UMNO has been doing especially to Malays. Keeping them in the chains of docility and preventing them going forward .

38. For long, we have died in loyalty, now it's time for us to live in rebellious dignity

39. Sekian lama kita mati dlam setia Kali ini, kita hidup dalam durhaka!

UMNO PAU: a comedy of errors. Sontoloyo series 80.

1. If an FMT journalist can be arrested for sedition, then arrest Zahid comedy .

2. The Javanese Neanderthal is clearly asking UMNO malays to defy the law . And asking the king to also disrespect the law, by pardoning a convicted kleptocrat.

3. There is a stronger reason to arrest the Javanese Neanderthal than to arrest a poor journalist from FMT.

4. The FMT journalist is questioning the effects of a policy put in place by UMNO anyway

5. Like a DAP MP said, the journalist is arrested while politicians and other princelings linked to corruption are galivanting here there and fucking here there and everywhere .

6. So sorry to have to use expletives. But what to do; I am a rough and tumble country bumpkin .

7. Whatever happened to the 127 or more resolutions on the kleptocrat in chief?

8. Announced pompously and thunderously by the shrilling UMNO secgen.

9. Like most of what happened in the UMNO PAU, it's much thunder but little rain.

10. The plight of Mr X, the kleptocrat in chief was hardly thundered about.

11. Adolph Akmal was busy attacking windmills which he considered as DAP dragons.

12. After vowing to fight DAP all the way, he said he can win Jasin parliament by working with DAP. Is Herr Akmal licking his own spit?

13. Is this boy, all up there? Or has got a screw loose there?

14. It's not to him to determine where he contests. That's the job of ketua perhubungan, Fat Albert.

15. Unconsciously , Adolph Akmal is after the Melaka kms job. Be careful, Fat Albert , of the young dick.

16. The UMNO PAU recently was a comedy of errors, it's hard not to laugh.

17. The demagogue didn't speak about maruah. The one thing akmal alleges the party doesn't have if it stays with the PH government

18. Obviously he can't, because he has none having chosen to remain in the unprincipled party

19. Nor did he point out the failures of the PH government which warrants UMNO's exit .

20. The pemuda UMNO dangdut connoisseurs were probably entertained and deflected by Adolph Akmals rhetorics and histrionics and melodramatics.

21. The pemuda UMNO mediocres were sufficiently bamboozled by akmals histrionics especially his diatribes of DAP.

22 . Pray tell, how does DAP factor in, in the issues of UMNO's maruah and shortcomings of the government?

23. The PAU was equally comical when the Javanese neantherthal took center stage .

24. This PAU will be more remembered by the many nonsensical things said that things it didn't say .

25. The UMNO leaders didn't speak about 1 most important thing. How to weed out corruption and kleptocracy

26. How to apply paraquat and roundup to the foliage of corruption.

27. Instead,it's asking the Malays to defy the law and beseeched the king to also disrespect the law by pardoning the kleptocrat in chief

28. Binawe punya um ..nooo

29. That's more seditious and that's why Zahid deserves more to be arrested that the FMT guy

30. How do you reconcile this UMNO stand with the messages given by the King, sultan perak and ydpb negeri sembilan?

31. The king was the first person to speak about flying coffins. UMNO people thought it was said in jest.

32. He was deadly serious about it. He knows of the shenanigans in the military .

33. The recent arrests by sprm of a number of military top brass have vindicated the King.

34. The message to umno thickies should be clear .

35. Here is a king who will not tolerate corruption and graft. Punishments and comeuppance waits the convicted.

36. Not pardon. Not house arrest.

37. The sultan of perak also said something. His majesty lamented that greed has coloured the character of our society.

38. Begging your pardon Tuanku. Not the greed of god fearing ordinary people.

39. It's the greed of god defiant political and bureaucratic princelings .

40. Those given positions of trust, deserve more severe punishments. No molly coddle and treated gingerly.

41. Perhaps, the most devastating statement came from the negeri sembilan king.

42. He's surprised and disappointed that those convicted of stealing billions of ringgit are idolised and adulated

43. All taken, the statements by the King and the kings should send a clear message to the stubborn UMNO delegates .

44. Which is, that UMNO people and brainwashed Malays can shove the ideas of pardon, house arrest and other leniencies down their candy ass.

45. Meanwhile the comedy of errors in and UMNO continues.

46. Wak47 extends an olive branch to ah wee and apoo sarava. Ah wee is more perceptive of UMNO politics, apoo sarava less so. Maybe wak can also send him a bouquet of flowers.

47. At the same time, wak moots the idea of a grand coalition of Malay(fascist) parties .

48. Tell us please, where do ah wee and apoo fit in?

A common man's view on DNAA, NFA and DAA. Part 2. Apa da? Sontoloyo series 78.

1. When the AGC announces NFA for Zahid komedi, it didn't go down well with the public.

2. Public responses shouldn't be decried upon. People have the right to air their thoughts.

3. People are surprised and asking, why is the AG so spirited in justifying the NFA to Zahid.

4. Doing so, he's politicizing the issue. Entering the realm of politics, the AG displays his amateurism.

5. That shows that intelligence in law does not transfer automatically into politics .

6. He therefore opens himself to varied thoughts from those more well versed in the art of politics.

7. It's as though he needs and uses politics to reinforce his legal decision.

8. Is that extra judicial means?

9. If we didn't allow political pressure from helping out the kleptocrat in chief, why do we allow political pressure to favour the Javanese neantherthal?

10. Let's be consistent. Let law and facts determine the fate of the Javanese neantherthal.

11. Please enlighten us , which part of your exhaustive investigations, nullify the prima facie ruling?

12. Aren't you really saying the judge then, was a thicky?

13. The whole episode, suggests that some fierce horse trading must have been transacted between the powers that be

14. From a purely political cost benefit analysis, if the horse trading entails the Javanese neantherthal becoming 100% pliant to the boss man PM, I am all for it .

15. It would be a waste if the plight of the Javanese neantherthal is not turned into something profitable for the PM and PH.

16. If this issue can make UMNO into a complete useful idiot, why not?

17. I would make sure UMNO remains completely submissive and pliable. Rein in mad dog akmal and other noise makers.

18. Otherwise let these people run amok in UMNO giving them enough rope to hang themselves and destroy UMNO.

19. Come GE16, UMNO is a limped dick which has finished it's biological mission .

20. If the PM thinks along these lines, he is a strategic thinker and an astute politician.

21. Hidup Nana Non!

A common man's view on DNAA, NFA and DAA. Apa da? Sontoloyo series 77.

1. To a common man such as I, the decision of the AG in giving Zaid an NFA is plainly wrong .

2. The AG must have relied on a statute. Perhaps article 145(3) of the constitution.

3. Hence, the AG thinks he has a safety net. He thinks he's safe

4. The common man, the one one who rides the KL rapid bus, does not think so. He thinks the AG has violated and butchered article 145.

5. That article gives the AG the discretion to do good, not to do something unconscionable. Giving Zaid an NFA,the common man believes, is unconscionable.

6. The sadder thing is, judges seemed to countenance the frolic of the AG in the woods. In the end, the AG pisses on you all. And all you can say, mmm, the piss tastes neck licking good. Dammn good!

7. If judges keep quiet, condoning the violation it would seem all of them partipate in a group sex.

8. If the AG can fall back on this statute, judges must have a residual right conferred by statute also, to affirm or reject the recommendation

9. Not because the judge suka2, but because the judge carries the weight of public opinion which says, Zahid is guilty .

10. In the court of public opinion, the public is saying, up yours Mr AG.

11. I would very much like to see people from the bar council argue this case before a fearless judge

12. The AGC nor the SPRM have not explained away, which part of the exhaustive further in vestigations, have erased the earlier finding of the judge then, that there was a prima facie case?

13 .your legal argle bargle may convince the man on the Clapham omnibus or the man riding the KL rapid, but convincing an inquisitorial minded judge is another matter .

14. Especially if it's before the same judge you are applying full acquittal. In effect, you are saying he's stupid for basing his prima facie decision on incomplete material

15. Unless the AG has kau tim the judge to follow what the AGC requests.

16. If that is so, then what Zaid Ibrahim, himself a lawyer told me once .

17. Lawyers and judges are like eggs. They come in grades. A to E. E being the lowest.

18. Let's see what grade, the judge hearing the acquittal application falls into.

19. The AGC doth protest. We have full ownership of the application for full acquittal. We can do anything with it

20. Wrong! The DNAA has become and the application for acquittal will become state owned . The AG tak boleh cakap apa. The judge will decide.

21. It's not up to AG to declare finality or say zaids NFA is over once and for all. Don't rob that prerogative from the judge.

22. It's not over until the fat lady sings.

To be continued.,..see? Only I can declare the article's finality.

The deepest cut. Sontoloyo series 76.

1. There are 3 latin terms that I would use in response to his reprimand on Yb yby.

2. These are Actus dei nemini facit injuriam, lex naturalis and force majeure .

3. If justices Alice loke and Colin Sequerah were restrained by these, would they have reached the rulings they did? Involving the penyakau in chief?

4. They didn't. The went by facts and law. No romanticism or sentimentalism

5. No reference to the fact that the kleptocrat in chief is the son of the much revered tun Razak. Tun Razak has earned a place in the annals of history, the son has a place in the anus of history .

6. Some people cannot accept that greatness is not necessary inherited . These people cannot differentiate between ascribed and achieved status

7. Hey, it's not my fault if you haven't read Marsh McLuhan or David McClelland.

8. The deeds done by the kleptocrat in chief is certainly not ascribed or inherited. They are achieved on his own.

9. What the son has done is no reflection of the father. The behavior is grafted while growing up.

10. As to the misfortune that has befallen the kleptocrat in chief, it's a freak thing, Actus dei, lex naturalis, force majeure.

11. If we can't blame these, we certainly can't celebrate because of them.

12. What has befallen the kleptocrat in chief is the result of his own doing

13. Because it's due to human frailty, others have a right to disapprove of it. Even in the form of celebration.

14. The most people celebrate is in the form of some verbal outpouring. It's not as if people jump up with joy of open bottles of wine.

15. And most celebrate not at the misery that has befallen the kleptocrat in chief, but at the triumph of the rule of law, triumph of justice and thank God for the presence of fearless judges not unnerved by the stature of the person in the dock

16. I know that justices like Alice loke and justice Sequerah need no public validation and approbation, but many including I, want to thank them for standing up..a big thank you to justices Alice loke and justice Sequerah.

17. The UMNO people are disappointed with the addendum ruling and completely silenced by the 1MDB ruling, but don't take up your disappointment and frustration on Yeoh bee yin

18. You don't even know what she and others celebrated.

19. We are not responsible nor accountable as to how UMNO people and kleptocrat apologists fee and frankly, we don't give a damn!

20. But what we are most disappointed with are the responses of those with bourgeois and genteel sense of justice.

21..Mr X did the crimes , people like been yin gets the flak? Please explain the logic to a samdol like me.

22. Reprimand from your boss is the deepest cut of them all. We don't see wak jahid scolding foul mouthed akmal, do we?

A common man's view on the DNAA to NFA. Preliminary views. Sontoloyo series no 74.

1. Let me begin with an axiom. A self evident truth, position taken, a statement which are unprovable, don't require proof. It serves as an unshakeable foundation.

2. In economics, philosophy or maths, it's often termed as a given.

3. My given or axiom is I support Anwar Ibrahim. Our PM.

4. But support doesn't mean to agree in everything he does it's not like giving him carte blanche.

5. Right now the thing that people and I disagree is Zahid being given NFA .

6. Despite the assertions of somebody and anybody for that matter, that the NFA decision was entirely made by the AGC and AG, nobody believe them.

7. The only people who believe the lie are the UMNO people. That specie of Malaysians who believe they are shielded from the rule of law, from the supremacy of parliament and from justice.

8. That specie of Malaysians, who want to use politics to secure a full pardon to the biggest kleptocrat in the world.

9. So why should we lend our support to a party which is no respecter of the law?

10. Compared to the kleptocrat in chief, what the Javanese Neanderthals did was sap sap suey. Deserving of kautim in the form of NFA

11. Very swiftly the Javanese Neanderthals pompously said, the truth( read the lie) has prevailed. He quickly instructed his lawyers to file for full acquittal.

12. Hello tuan, the party that says you are not guilty is the AGC which announcement was made by the now despised AG.

13. I thought the only authority which can pronounce one guilty or innocent is the court .

14. The shyster lawyer in some, using law acts which intimidate common people retorted that the authority to declare NFA and not guilty is statutorily provided.

15. Then to us common people, using common sense and rational logic, that statutory provision is wrong.

16. While the AGC can declare NFA, the power to declare guilty or innocent must vest in the court, ruled by the judge

17. If the AGC has statutory power to recommend NFA, then the court must have the residual power to declare guilt or innocence..

18. The finality of this case can only be determined by the court, not the AGC.

19. Please la, AGC, don't lecture us on finality or closure and don't say to us, further investigations by AGC and SPRM , justified giving the Javanese Neanderthals an NFA and at the same time a proof that our judicial system has integrity .

20. The integrity of our judicial system isn't established by a unitary insistence that's it's so.

21. The integrity must be explained rationally and logically. The AGC has not explained away 1 important thing

22. The much touted further investigations by AGC and sprm have not explained away the initial ruling that there was a prima facie case .

23. Tell us , which part of further investigations erase the prima facie ruling?

24. If there are non, the trial must continue .

25. Whatever it is, the AGC must go back to court to tell the judge he has erred to have based his ruling on incomplete investigations then.

26. Now you see why I disagree with some crucial things under the PMs watch.

The case of the mouth being on free gear, the brain not engaged. Or shoot first ask questions later. Part 2. Sontoloyo series no 73.

1. Now, we have to ask what exactly were the terms of reference, given by wak jahid to akmal?

2. If wak says you can go ahead with the convention but you can't talk about exiting the unity government nor can you condemn the PM, might as well not give his go ahead at all

3. Because that was akmals piece de resistance. He links it to UMNO's maruah, dignity , amour propre.

4. When his proposals were rebuffed completely, he suffers the ultimate humiliation

5. He's left standing with his hands cupping his balls. If small children see him full monty, they will have nightmares .

6. After weeks of ranting and proselytizing about dignity and maruah, threats to Islam and the Malays, UMNO's rebuff on akmals proposals, revealed the true character of UMNO.

7. That UMNO is an opportunistic bastard with no maruah, principles or values that keep society whole.

8..it's immediate interests supersede everything else. As long as it can be part of the unity government.

9. Perhaps while being part of the government, UMNO leaders can make hay while it shines. Certainly UMNO people have a lot of experience in this.

10. Can UMNO, devoid of all these - dignity, maruah, values etc, earn the approbation, allegiance and approval of Malaysians especially of malays?

11. Only the brainwashed malays and malays with servile aptitude will support UMNO.

12. In exposing the true character of UMNO, akmal finds his own maruah at issue.

13. What is he to do? Well, if he is an honourable fellow, he will do a yukio Mishima . He is no such fellow .

14. The next best thing to do is, to pack his bags, go to hulu Melaka, bathe at perigi hang tuah to get rid of all the sial

15. Then, isolate himself for à few weeks, then come back to pick up new quarrels with Chinese dragons and Indian nagas .

16. Many people say he should quit UMNO and resign his ADUN seat. He needs to get the fuck out of everything .

17. That's asking the malaysian Don quixote and the UMNO anarchist

18. Because of his notoriety, I disagree with the conventional thinking. Here's why.

19. The continued presence of the pain in the butt in UMNO, ensures UMNO remains to be the object of derision, public odium, contempt and revulsion .

20. The continued presence of the bozo in UMNO, will diminish public esteem in UMNO. Most likely it will diminish even more come PRU16. That will happen because the bozo continues to be 7-eleven. Never closes the mouth.

21. UMNO will be lucky if it manages 15 seats .

22. That should be the strategic objective. Not just to see akmal abandons everything alone but to see UMNO goes down with him.

23. By that time the unity government will be strong sans UMNO . Perhaps by that time, the rakyat can demand the PM to file in new charges against wak jahid.

24. The fact is, nobody believes wak has been chloroxed off the 47 charges.

25. Why is the demise of UMNO as a whole, not only loose canon akmal remains our unwavering objective?

26. Because UMNO is the curse of our life, the originator of all things in our social life .

27. UMNO provides the enabling environment for all sorts of corruption, abuse of positions, kleptocracy, paranoid nationalisme, xenophobic religion and monopoly on loyalty to the King .

28. UMNO defies and subverts the rule of law, is no respecter of justice and purveyor of racial supremacisme.

29. Akmal is the weapon of choice to secure the implosion of UMNO.

30. Let him be the pain in the butt and scissors in the folds

31. As between him and wak,we ask, who's zooming who? ( Salute to Aretha Franklin).

Affidavit vs counter affidavit. The truth is butchered

1. Reading between the lines, T. Zafrul seems to suggest that Zahid lied about the existence of an addendum that allowed Najib to serve the remainder of his jail sentence at home

2. Everyone seems, some of the press included wants to see a criminal freed.

3. Perhaps this eagerness is part of the entitlement mentality of a Bumi -Putera.

4. The Putera in the Bumi term is always entitled to some divine dispensation.

5. On the other hand, any Bumi in the Bumiputera term is subject to the harshness of the law. The counter affidavit by T. Zafrul, if true, is another reason why we should all boycott UMNO.

6. Not only UMNO consists of narcissistic, anarchic and prone to aggression individuals, it's leadership consists of congenital liars. Surely, that is not a party, sacred and honourable to represent right thinking Malays.

7. Unless of course, as Swettenham observed , Malays in general, are naturally untrustworthy.

8. I believed Malays in general do not deserve such reproach and negative description. As practicing Muslims, they observed fairness and truth.

9. Hence if Najib is wrong, he is wrong and deserves all the disapprobation. If Zahid is a liar, he deserves all the rejection or using a current term, boycott. 10. Only UMNO people, ' back roomed ' decency and truth. Never you trust UMNO people or those DNA-ed with UMNO values people.

11. Zafrul's affidavit would affirm that Zahid is a liar.

12. I am puzzled by one thing; why is it that some people are eager to see that what is haram, makan duit haram, harta haram be exonerated? That means all the virtuous values our parents taught us and strengthened by religion are simply discarded.

13. The zealousness to see Najib served house arrest seem to forget that the chap still got 1MDB to answer to. Or is there a conspiracy to let Najib off with another DNAA? That will surely turned Malaysia into a pariah state. Perhaps that also will be shielded behind the excuse, 'the government does not interfere with the judiciary ' ?.

14. Yes, certainly Zahid's affidavit would strain relationship with Nana Non, it would reveal that Zahid is a liar. Have we forgotten about the Zafrul affidavit that politely says Zahid's affidavit is false? Is there a law against a falsified affidavit?

15. This legal imbroglio can be resolved if everything is tabled by the AGC with the courts . Finito!

16. I have learnt this much. Don't listen to the thunder. Wait for the rain. Don't rush to conclusion into accepting what Zahid says is true . Don't say the government is hiding any addendum.

17. When wak jahid was the home minister, he said we don't have a law that provided for house arrest. Has the law been changed now that an UMNO Putera is jailed?

18. We are a constitutional monarchy. It's inconceivable that the king does anything to undermine the constitution and with it, the law .

19. Yes it certainly would strain the relationship between Zahid and Nana Non. It firstly may expose Zahid as a liar not partial to using underhanded machinations. It affirms the fatal mistake Nana Non makes, which is to invite an implacable and incorrigible enemy like UMNO to share power.

How the PM can last long -i am not talking about taking ubat kuat, drinking kopi jantan, tongkat Ali or Viagra.

1. Other people may be indifferent as to whether the PM stays long as leader of this county. If some are interested to see the PM last long, they are not being brutally frank to him. The temporal and ecclesiastical dictators in PN want the PM out asap.

2. It's good that some people will not throw the PM under the bus or throw him to the wolves. It's comforting to know that some people won't abandon him .

3. But what is the use of staying loyal and being steadfast to him, if doesn't last long as leader? The wolves will devour him.

4. Right now, his longevity as leader is threatened by zahid's DNAA issue. Don't whitewash it. People are angry that Zahid got a DNAA.

5. I may be critical of him at times, but I support him and want him to last. As do many others. He is our best hope at the moment. Just look at the alternatives, mahiadin, Hadi et all? Our future will be depressing. They are not tenable except to Malay and pas's Islamic chauvinists.

6. So, tell the PM, do not take this DNAA issue lightly. It's the albatross hanging around his neck. Or to use a phrase much loved by Lokman 'goebbels' Adam, the PM is carrying a body of a live monitor lizard.

7. It's not enough saying the PM doesn't interfere with the judiciary, the investigation was done by SPRM, the charge by AGC, the verdict by the judge. Despite these palliatives people still believed the PM interfered and therefore, is accountable.

8. If the judiciary is strictly off limits and the PM does indeed and in fact, not interfere with the judiciary, the same cannot be said of the SPRM and AGC

9. These 2 entities are not on the same level as the judiciary. There are just government departments subject to oversight by the PM's office. So, we can bitch about them to our hearts content. There are many inferences and assumptions we can impute on them.

10. It can possibly mean that Azam baki's boys have done a shoddy job. The report they made can be mutilated mercilessly by the defence lawyer. Rather than endure the ignominy, the DNAA was a godsend.
Perhaps the boys were too engrossed over their mistresses and kept women.

11. It's time for the pm to reassess the competence of these boys with sijil pengampu rendah Malaysia. Whatever happened to the loud promises to retire Azam baki? That's the first sign that PKR has reneged on their many promises .

12. But I think the more bizzare and unexplainable behavior, was the conduct of the DPP. After listening to the 11 reasons contained in the representation of Herr Zahid, he meekly surrendered and waved the white flag .

13. It's as though the DPP was intimidated by zahid's representation and rather than arguing his brief vigorously, he took the face saving route of discontinuing the proceedings.

14. It's shameful, isn't it? The DPP is cowed by the representation of a rich and powerful person like Zahid, but legal high-handedness was readily apparent in the case of a Terengganu mother who was jailed for 14 months , for stealing 2 packets of Milo!

15. The DPP has suddenly caught the dreaded foot and mouth disease. He'd rather walk down the hall of shame and the cat has bitten off his tongue

16. He didn't show a Ballsy attitude did he, not as did his counterpart in Terengganu. Perhaps he didn't eat enough keropok lekor . Guane mu Awang?

17. The same deferential and black to minstrel attitude is generally shown to the rich and powerful elsewhere. I didn't hear any howls from the legal fraternity when Ali babavum Najib is escorted like a VIP to court instead as like a convict that he is. And wearing his Zegna or Hugo bossku suit to court instead of the standard issue prison garb emblazoned on the shirt, 'I love kajang Hilton'.

18. Hence , there seems to exist a social apartheid in our legal system brought about by fee chaser lawyers. That makes the proposal by Mr Dick the butcher, in Henry 6, 'the first thing we do, is kill all the lawyers', sounds sensible

19. Possibly the current DPP was part of the prosecution team once headed by Raja rozela. If he was, he wasn't paying attention, was sleeping or only acted as passenger. When it comes to him helming the prosecution team, he doesn't know what to do or is ill prepared.

20. That's a serious dereliction of duty or bald incompetence. Sufficient reasons to have him cashiered.

21. The PM can appear before parliament and asked where's the proof that he interfered in the DNAA case . That's like asking show me the air that we breathe. Of course nobody can show the air, but we know it's there. We are alive aren't we? Similarly nobody in parliament has proof, but you can't obliterate the public view that the PM interfered in some ways .

22. Engaging in verbal fisticuffs in parliament will not solve the trust deficit with the public. It's not verbal joustings in parliament that are important, but regaining public trust.

23. Rather than arguing until you are blue in the face about the DNAA which is actually defending Zahid and looked at as being on the side of the oppressor, it's better to dedicate efforts at regaining public trust . By default, it shows that Zahid is a liability.

24. Don't be sentimental about Zahid. He is expendable. The damage to people's faith, far outweighs the political advantages of saving Zahid.

25. The overriding task now is to cause zahid's subsequent proceedings to resume asap. The government must have an impregnable case .

26. In order to have an unassailable case, the pm must precede the case by reforming the 2 institutions which he in practice, can influence. SPRM and the AGC

27. Perhaps it's time to terminate the services of Azam baki and other deadwood in SPRM. That's fulfilling some of the promises made in the last election. The institution does not exactly inspire confidence, when you have some officials having publicised relationships with their mistresses and their comfort women and some people allowing their brothers using their accounts to buy shares. It's reflects their belief that being in SPRM makes them invincible to any forms of disciplining.

28. It's also time to restructure the prosecution team. It must be a crack team comprising of very competent lawyers, Messianic and pit bullish in attitude desiring a win in their case. Isn't it a shame to see the government loses its case? The prosecution team members ought to commit seppuku, if they do .

29. Many of us are puzzled as to why the government must claim ownership of the DNAA. It's a decision by the court. Claiming ' ownership over the DNAA means it has to defend the DNAAs legitimacy at all cost. It actually means the government is defending a crook.

30. Having to defend the legitimacy of the DNAA only strengthens public belief that there was indeed unconscionable interference in the case. Otherwise why defend it?

31. Unashamedly, the government is arguing about the DNAA, many of the speakers going blue in their faces and veins in the necks bulging . For what?

32. Better to divert and focus efforts to regain public faith and confidence. Announce that zahid's case will continue asap. Reform SPRM. Reconstitute AGC. Stop claiming ownership over DNAA. Zahid's not worth it

33. The many promises the PM makes on stage and at many occasions, start fulfilling many of them. There are many things promised-jailing crooks, weeding out corruption and sakau, eradicating abuse of power, stoping wastage, enforcing good governance. If the pm is serious about the last, create a minister for the civil service or minister of good governance. Start fulfilling, otherwise people say the pm is a hypocrite!

34. The pious but pompous declaration that I won't throw the pm under the bus, can be raised a notch higher by advising the PM how to last long- and I am not talking about ubat kuat or Viagra.

35. By advising the PM, in a brutally frank manner, don't break faith with the people and do the things you promised!

36. To achieve the 2 things, the PM must use the kitchen sink politics. Do everything politically practical to achieve the objectives. If the institutions I mentioned are formed by Royal charter, interfere with them if you must. Removing the mischief is the most important thing. I don't care if the cat is black or white, as long as it catches mice!

Judicial independence, tyranny of the minority and related issues.

1. I listened carefully, the speech given by the pasir gudang mp. He won't throw his boss under the bus. The pm says he doesn't interfere with the judiciary. Judicial independence is intact

2. At the moment we are debating about DNAA. Not about any intrusion on judicial independence. Debating about this bloody DNAA ought not drag in whether the pm has exercised any undue influence on judicial independence.

3. Judicial independence is a given. It must be free from threats, influence or inducements from any parties or any branches of government. Any opinions on the contrary are wrong.

4. In an earlier article, I have mentioned as an opinion, in the exercise of leadership, the pm should give Intel information to the judge. I was and am wrong in giving such opinion.

5. Judicial independence must be preserved at all cost. It is an unasailable and an inviolable principle.

6. In simple terms, we do not interfere in the business of a judge, any judge in deciding cases before him or her.

7. In an adverserial system like ours, the judge decides the case on the basis of arguments of the contending parties. Suppose, in a case the prosecution team prepares a half past six brief and is overwhelmed by the defence team, the judge will decide in favour of the defence team.

8. In a book written by 2 Harvard professors, ziblatt and levitsky, democracy will continue if at least we ensure 3 things are done .

9. The book, called tyranny of the minority , tells us how democracy can continue and be sustained.

10. Similarly, borrowing some ideas from the book, our judicial independence, indeed the whole legal superstructure can be sustained and be continued, if we do at least 3 things.

11. The 3 things we must at least do are:-
A. Accept the decision of the court
B. We must not engage in any violence, aggression and extrajudicial activities aimed at overthrowing the decision of the court
C. We must not support or align ourselves with extremist element seeking to overthrow the court's decision .

12. Everybody talks about judicial independence like it's some airy fairy concept. To ensure actual judicial independence, I think we must at least do these 3 things.

13. When these basic things are not done or are willfully violated, judicial independence and indeed the whole legal superstructure are imperiled.

14. Take the case of alibabavum Najib . BTW, alibabavum is an old Tamil movie about Alibaba, who was actually a thief but romanticized as a folklore hero .

15. The decision of the court is not accepted and is disputed. UMNO leaders engaged in all sorts of extrajudicial activities, the CJ threatened. UMNO leaders demand a royal pardon to circumvent the courts decision. They align themselves with extremist elements ready to create trouble .

16. If we do not do at least the basic things, then don't talk la about protecting the superstructure of the law( rule of law, supremacy of the law, judicial independence yada yada). Provocations by the extremists and UMNO leaders are not song and dance issues. They are a kind of insurrection that must be dealt with decisively and with the full force of the law. Hey, the proud boys in the USA January 6th insurrection got more jail time than red lips Najib got. And they didn't steal any money.

17. Having said that principle of judicial independence is a non contestable issue, I am however appalled at the tortiese pace of the legal process.

18. It takes years for some cases, especially corruption cases to come to a finality. Stranger things happened here in the jungle of the law than in the jungles of India, described by Rudyard Kipling.

19. Everything seems to end in the long run, which is ridiculous. In the long run, says the economist John Maynard Keynes, we are all dead.

20. I have heard about justice rushed is justice crushed, but in Malaysia, its more of the case of, justice delayed, is justice denied .

21. As I have said, the length time by which some cases reached finality, has reached ridiculous proportions. Allow me to embellish it thus:-

22. Finally, I am agitated when some people say the judge has no choice, don't blame judges and courts and so on.

23. Hoi hello, some British judges in history were corrupt and abusive and self serving. They were rightly condensed and punished. Over here, judges are not sacrosanct and are not sacred cows. They can also err and when they do, can be criticised and blamed

24. That sir and Madam, is my opinion. My own opinion, says Christopher Hitchens, is enough for me. I claim the right to have it defended against any consent and majority any place, anywhere and anytime. And if you don't like it, get a ticket, fall into line and kiss my ass.'
