Dasar pendidikan Negara bukan melayukan dasar pendidikan Negara. Devil's advocate series 44.

1. Saya melayu.

6. Dan is didasari oleh sentiment perkauman . Kebencian kaum.

7. Akibat nya timbul diskrimanasi yang tidak rasional keatas bangsa bukan melayu terutama keatas bangsa Cina.

Counter Reformasi and the perpetuation of mediocrity.

1. Education should be a priority to which reformasi ought to be applied.

2. Accordingly, the person in charge of education must be bold, determined, highly resolved and astute

3. One hundred years ago, the great Malay thinker, Zaaba stated that the road for salvation, economic progress for Malays especially must be education

4. He stated that Malay poverty in terms of wealth and money honey, is known to all .

5. But more dangerous and perilous of the type of poverty holding back malays especially, is the poverty in the treasury of internal values, necessary for success.

6. For the Malay Muslim, doesn't the Quran say that God will not change the lot of one race, if they do not first change what's within themselves?

7. Educational parity is achieved by cultivating within themselves a treasury of succession values

8. They are not achieved by NEP-eing the educational structure.

9. This is the reformasi I would look at rather than asking pupils to wear jalur gemilang badges costing 8 million ringgit .

10. If I were a pupil, I would wear a badge with a young rose Chan on the badge. That badge would be well looked after .

11. If we continue with the NEP engineering of our education, we would just be continuing the system laid down by UMNO and implemented by cavemen Malay supremacists.

12. In that vein, I am appalled when madam secretary of PKR saying , we are not ready for meritocracy.

13. We are ready for it, when hell freezes over isn't it? If not now, when? When you were in power, you were just warming your bum right ?

14. Therefore when you are screaming reformasi, think of how to apply it to our education system

15. When you scream reformasi, think of overthrowing the status quo. You lawan antiquated thinking. You membujur lalu melintang patah the counter reformasist.

16. It's change or more of the same!

17. The education minister has excellent base material to work with.

18. The Malays are descendants of Abraham, their DNA is older than that of the Chinese and indians, they taught the Romans shipbuilding, inspired Egyptians about pyramids, taught the Chinese how to fly, inspired the Chinese how to make yee sang ...the list has yet to be completed.

19. It's impossible for a race with these superman qualities not to cultivate the necessary internal values to succeed. It's impossible for them to require NEP educational engineering.

20. Or the things mentioned in 18, are elements of a vanity project hawked around by a few loco academicians in the interest of the herrenrasse/master race?

21. An unreformed educational structure has made our education system a conduit and easy passage for the rise of mediocre talents.

22. In general, an unreformed educational system has reduced the quality of the national talent pool .

23. Shouting reformasi and other slogans will not rectify the wrongs of our education system .

24. Anthony loke, secgen of DAP better brace himself to hearing harrowing tales of deserving non Malay malaysians being crowded out by less deserving Malay malaysians.

25. Meanwhile, rose Chan will continue with her striptease routines in the celestial world.

26. Hey, it's not that I have an 'obsession' with rose Chan. But in the 70s, rose Chan was more popular than tun Razak around UM campus.

27. In the FEA for example, where the students there were less inhibitive, many will thank Rose for helping them to reach puberty early.

28. In the Arts Faculty, the sexual exuberance of the students there, was more restrained.

29. It was because of the presence of PBMUM and PMIUM led by one anvar ebraheem.

30. That name sounds uncannily close to the name of our PM. Wonder who the mamak padukang is?

31. Maybe Hishammuddin Rais of UMSU can tell us.

32. Don't expect any earth shattering reforms from our education minister. It's no change but more of the same

33. To people accustomed to institutional discrimination, equality is discrimination.

34. To people accustomed to living under a sub par PPC( production possibilty curve) that is the normal.

Some thoughts about our education system. Sontoloyo series no 41

1. It didn't need somethings untoward to happen for the minister of education to come up with the idea that students wear the jalur gemilang badges.

2. Perhaps someone proposed that to the education minister. She got an 8 million budget for that hare brained idea.

3. I thought it's a better idea to make students wear badges depicting a full monty Rose Chan.

4. Male students would adulate , respect and ogle at the badges. They would be happy to take care of the badges. Polish them .

5. Female students would be proud because one of their kind is respected and adulated .

6. And some shemales would also ogle at the badges .

7. Hey, teaching students adulation, respect and pride, bagus apa. A badge with Rose Chan on it would do the job.

7b. But it took a number of mishaps to happen for the minister to announce, starting in 2026, a subject on character building will be taught to pupils.

8. Although late, it is good for the minister to think of introducing this subject. Better late than never.

9. A pity it's a thought of after solution rather than a thought of before solution.

10. It was only after the PM lamented that students are too exam oriented forgetting moral lessons, that the minister sprang into action.

11. Ah so, it's ingratiating oneself to the PM that is the priority rather than thinking about the needs of education that is more urgent.

12. In Japan, for the 1st 3 years , pupils are thought about character values. Honesty, integrity, humility, respect for elders etc

13. No exams for the 1st 3 years.

14. It's good to teach about such values to children.

15. Like the Malay says, to shape the bamboo, do it when they are shoots.

16. For the students who have committed bad things, such lessons are too late.

17. For these pupils, the remedial actions are not the molly coddle type but severe punitive actions .

18. If they have committed adult offences like rape or murder, then they ought to be punished as adults not treated as juveniles.

19. Punitive measures are also the preferred remedial actions on adults..like lawgivers, politicians, government servants etc.

20. These people are incorrigible people, set in their ways and know of only one remedy.

21. These people know of only 1 language. The language of fear. Put the fear of God into them .

22. For example, let us decide that those politicians convicted of corruption be banned from politics forever..

23. Isn't it hypocritical for politicians to preach to us about honesty, when they are the first to plunder the budget?

24. When I hear the mindef is given a 40b budget, instead of being elated , I fear for our country .

25. That's a gravy train for the KSU, the generals, the procurement people .

26. Our skies will be clouded with flying coffins( the agungs lament) our seas will see the sailing of battle ships that can't participate in intra nation naval exercise, our streets full of Milo tin armored vehicles and other pitiful stories.

27. The gravy train is a coming.

28. Isn't it hypocritical too, for politicians to preach about mutual respect, when they are the 1st to play the race card?

29. It's hollow of these adults to talk about integrity when in the GLCs, there is so much pillage and betrayal of trust?

30. How can they talk about civility , when in parliament they go after each other's throats?

31. No sir, for these adults, the rehabilitation classes on character building, is an exercise in futility.

32. The new subject mentioned by the education minister is for future students.

33. For the present generation it's already too late. Bring back the cane and DCs. Spare the rod , spoil the child.

34. The present generation is learning all the bad things from the adults.

35. The teacher pisses while standing, pupils piss while running.

To Shape The Bamboo Must Begin With The Shoot

1. Many times, the dumbing down of the Malaysian public is exacerbated by clownish social media.

2. Sometimes I wonder how on earth did the head of the media entity employ such idiots.

3. These people are a bad influence on the public, especially on the younger generation who go to national type schools.

4. How exasperating when we hear UMNO being pronounced as "oomphno", Malaysia Gazette as "Gezatay", Nasution as "nasushion", DAP as "da-ap", dateline as "date-leener".

5. This bloke is torturing us. He should be permanently locked up and circumcised a second time.

6. I am not an Anglophile and take pains to suffer fools. But if you Google up, it teaches you how to pronounce words. Don't be lazy. Do a bit of research. Raise the public's intelligence.

7. Don't drown the minds of the public with your deliberate mispronunciations because a generation will grow up accepting the mispronunciations as normal.

8. You may think that this mispronouncing thing is trivial and not something to be fussed about, but there are more sinister implications.

9. By and large, the people guilty of mispronouncing are Malay youths. To me that may indicate mental laziness to look up, do research and all sorts of mental inertia. On the other hand, Chinese and Indian youths take the extra mile and try to pronounce nouns and verbs correctly.

10. That may indicate a cerebral gap between the races. The future favours the industrious and smart. Where will that leave most of the Malays?

11. It's also indicative of a failed education system. Teachers failed to correct the deficiencies early.
