Saving Malaysia: We Must Not Lose Our Moral Responsibility

Why must we save Malaysia? From what?

Firstly it is our moral responsibility to do so. Secondly, we must save Malaysia from its number 1 menace- Najib Razak.

What has he done? He has placed Malaysia in economic harm’s way. His stewardship of 1MDB shows many qualities which make him unfit to become our leader. It shows a man who will do behind the scene private dealings, ‘mandor’ of clandestine operations and licentious profiteering, it shows he is complicit and instrumental in stealing money from 1MDB with his gang.He has destroyed any notion of accountability.

It had to come out. The man said ‘gang’. What’s buried in the subconscious finally emerged- the concept must be been there all the time. He is the boss. A boss must have a gang. He and his gang will corner Malaysia.

In the beginning it was bossie Najib and Jho Low and Tarek Obaid. The latter two were aided by Patrick Mahony, Casey Tang, Li Lin Sit, Tiffany Heah . Of course Shahrol Azral, his tonto in Malaysia.

Then comes Prince Turki, Kazem al Qubaisi, Badawi al Husseini, Dato Subuh, Nik Faisal, and finally Arul Kanda. Many more.

As Dr Mahathir says, all those who have aided and abetted in the mother of all heist, must be brought to justice.  The gang will be indicted.

These are his gang members. It is a pointed description. Those who follow him are members of his gang. Adenan Satem must now realise that his induction into Najib’s gang is not celebratory.

It shows he is a serial liar, a man who breaks the laws with impunity, cannot be trusted, will not hesitate to use intimidation and repressive laws, and undermines the pillars of democracy- the police, army, the civil service, the law enforcers and the judiciary. The mainstream intelligentsia is muted and pliant; the high priests pronounce nothing on the evils of dishonesty, corruption, thievery, and so on. Not a squeak.

The gates of hell will be entered first by the high priests who sold eternal profits for worldly gratifications.

If UMNO protects him which means protects his wrongdoings, that must mean UMNO has lost its moral responsibility. If the Malays in turn protect Najib inspite of the overwhelming indications that he has done wrongful things, it will also mean that Malays have lost their moral responsibility.

What If he has done wrong, no supplications or prayers can save him. Because many more are also praying to the same God as Rosmah Mansor does, to deliver us all from Najib. The prayers of the victimised are more potent and reciprocated. We Malaysians are the victims, Najib and his gang are our tormentors.

The save Malaysia campaign is gaining momentum. The other side, the side that is creating all the mess we are in today, will say, the campaign will amount to nothing. Najib’s foot soldiers will repeat the usual twaddle and cackle- this effort is useless, it will fail, this is a treasonous coup, so on and so forth.

But why is it that everywhere we go, people are openly cursing Najib and his wife and his supporters? The pasar Malays are saying pukimak, the Chinese in Hokkien say puah chee bai, and the Indians in Tamil say punda mavanae and the Melanau are shouting tuu’ke.

Why are people praying to the same God Rosmah prays to, beseeching God to rid us of this fellow?  People are willing to put down their signatures in support of the campaign.

You see, Najib and his gang (his word) do not understand why the people are willing to endure calumny and anathema rather than acquiesce in a lie. People are saying enough is enough. People want to exercise their moral responsibility.

1MDB is a big lie. All the way from the ganging up with Petrosaudi and Jho low; the investment in the segregated portfolio managed by dubious managers, the sham spending on real estate business and energy assets.
Why was the gang willing to take over companies with inherited debts- petrosaudi with an ‘inherited debt’ of USD700 million (RM2.8 billion) and the energy assets with an inherited loan of RM6 billion).

The initial USD700 million that went into Jho Low’s account was clearly an embezzlement. Good Star Ltd did not belong to Petrosaudi. Najib must have authorised the remittance of the USD700million into a separate account.
All the money, our USD1 billion should be parked in the JVco account and the further spending therefrom authorised and supervised by the BOD of the JV. The Board was to include 3 and not 2 Malaysians. Casey Tang, Jho Low’s Trojan horse was positioned as a bod member of the JVco.

The initial USD1.83 billion was lost for nothing. We did not get our money. We loaned the Arabs more money and then reinvested in another company which had not assets. We sold our share in that company believing we made more than USD2 billion to a fund manager. All we got were units.

Nobody wanted the units. We entered into some agreement with another Arabian Peninsula based company who co guaranteed our IOUs. What has Najib and his gang given to the Arabs who guaranteed our loans and IOUs?
We were still cheated when we sent RM3.5 billion to a bogus company with similar name- Aabar BVI. The real Aabar said it did not receive the payment of USD3.5billion. But 1MDB said it send USD 3.5 billon somewhere. We lost another USD3.5 billion.

This means what we owed Aabar is still not paid. We lost USD3.5 billion, we have not paid USD3.5 billion. That means we cannot account for USD7 billion. Plus the USD1 billion loan, we cannot account for USD8 billion.

Where has the money gone to? Somebody stole our money. Maybe the Arabs, maybe Jho Low and maybe Najib’s gang.

Quran, chap. "The Hypocrites":

(1) When the hypocrites come to you, [O Muhammad], they say, "We testify that you are the Messenger of Allah." And Allah knows that you are His Messenger, but Allah testifies that the hypocrites are liars.
(2) They have taken their oaths as a cover, so they averted [people] from the way of Allah. Indeed, it was evil that they practiced.
(3) That is because they believed, and then they lost faith; so their hearts were sealed, and thus they no more understand.
(4) And when you see them, their forms please you, and if they speak, you listen to their speech. Like pieces of wood propped up they think that every shout is against them. They are the enemy, so beware of them. May Allah destroy them; how are they deluded?
(5) And when it is said to them, "Come, the Messenger of Allah will ask forgiveness for you," they turn their heads aside and you see them evading you in arrogance.
(6) It is all the same for them whether you ask forgiveness for them or do not ask forgiveness for them; never will Allah forgive them. Indeed, Allah does not guide wilful rebellious people.
(7) They are the ones who say, "Do not spend on those who are with the Messenger of Allah until they should disperse." But to Allah belongs the treasures of the heavens and the earth, yet the hypocrites do not understand.

(9) O you who have believed, let not your wealth and your children divert you from remembrance of Allah. And whoever does that, they are the losers.
(10)And spend [in the cause of Allah] from what We have provided you before death approaches you and you say, "My Lord, if You would only delay my demise for a brief term I would give charity and be among the righteous."
(11) But never will Allah delay a soul when its time has come. And Allah is well Acquainted with all that you do.

There is little doubt that it is the biggest thief in our history. It was an elaborate scam right from the very initial stage to steal the people's money. Only the most stupid believe otherwise. The thieves ought to be hang. Even life imprisonment is too good for them. Justice must be done, no matter how long it's going to take. We Malaysians are like sheep being led to the brink of bankruptcy by the SOB.

Sak, you know very well that the Chinese, the Indians, the Ibans. the Melanau, every races .... a vast majority of these people wants Najib and his gang to be removed from their positions and be brought to justice. However, it is the Melayu who are still iffy about the whole thing, maybe due to the reasons that you have written about or something else.

Therefore, don't bother to try to convert the others. Convert the Melayu! Tulislah dalam bahasa Melayu.

What Ah Cheat Kor as well as Boros MAh and his "gang" of merry bandits and pirates have done will go down in the annals of history as the most unpalatable "sanctioned" heist of the century. That creature and its cohorts have no conscience nor any moral compass whatsoever. The crying shame of it all. Besmirching and sullying his family and tainting his late father's name.

"Accordingly, due to a dispute between the parties, neither 1MDB nor its subsidiary, 1MDB Energy (Langat) Limited, has made payment either, and are now in default per the terms of the Langat Notes,” said 1MDB.

Singapore Straits Times said that the declaration of default “immediately exposes Prime Minister Najib Razak's government to more than US$6.481 billion in debt” owed to Gulf emirate Abu Dhabi.

Malaysian government officials close to the situation told Singapore Straits Times that the dispute surrounding the US$3.5 billion that IPIC helped 1MDB raise in May 2012 is likely to go into private arbitration.

While 1MDB reiterated that it will meet all its other existing financial obligations and has ample liquidity to do so, it is withholding the US$50.3 million interest payment following claims by IPIC that certain payments and other obligations were still owed it.

“1MDB has been surprised by IPIC’s comments and unequivocally asserts that it has attempted to meet all its obligations to IPIC, whereas IPIC has publicly denied receipt or knowledge of various financial transactions and/or guarantees entered into between the parties."

1MDB has been surprised?

But the Finance Minister conspired with 2 Arabs and a Chinaman to steal our money, 1MDB.

Why is that so hard to understand?

President Thomas Jefferson said:

"Honesty is the first chapter in the book of wisdom. . . Nothing can stop the man with the right mental attitude from achieving his goal; nothing on earth can help the man with the wrong mental attitude."

The goals of the lying leaders are the bane of the common folk.

if the malays feel that they must support umno to safeguard their interest they must also be aware that they must have in place strong and independent institutions to institute checks and balance according to the rule of law to avoid catastrophic abuse of power in the hands of a few at the detriment of the nation as the case that is unfolding before our eyes
no party, be it umno, pkr, amanah or pas should be so strong and powerful that only a few can hold a nation at ransom until every institution is helpless to act
simple analogy, if the head of the family is strong, everyone benefits, if he is abusive and the law is also on his side, everyone suffers

Dear Dato', you can say what you want. Every time we open the papers, we will see those shameless govt and corporate bigwigs kowtowing to the thief.

As long as the majority of malays remain silent, the Bugis Warrior aka the War General aka the Chosen One aka the Gang Boss and his Gang will laugh all their way to Ambank and Panama.

Whatever arbitration 1MDB is mumbling about is secondary and bullshit to me. Question is Why do you sent the money to 3rd party account in the first place except to pull a scam or being scrrrramble. Whatever reason given by 2MDB (1mdb + jibby) cannot be accepted either way. Anyway is a clear cut evidence pointed to thievery. What a sorry state we are in now Inilah Malaysia Tanah Airku. AG Kacang Bendi said he is enjoying his job presently which i think he and other dedak eaters should bcoz those who stole our money and those who colloborated knew what is in store for them present life when BN loose GE14 and afterlife.

The Non Malays always point their fingers to the Malays for supporting Najib.I doubt very much that the majority of Malays support Najib as shown by the Merdeka Survey.Having said that, quite a substantial number of Malays are only interested about the day to today struggle of surviving rather then focussing on the evolving story of the biggest heist in the history of this country.Even if they care what are they going to do beyond talking and cursing when all the important and impotent people are all lining up behind him.

2.6 bintang ke ataupun 40 bintang, tak kisahlah, asalkan kita retain Najib jadi penjuang bangsa, negara dan agama. Itulah yang paling penting.

Among all the questions triggered by a long-expected default this week by 1Malaysia Development Bhd on a US$50.3 million payment on bonds guaranteed by an Abu Dhabi sovereign wealth fund, the biggest one is perhaps this: How on earth did they think they could get away with it?

Did the Prime Minister of Malaysia and his enablers simply believe nobody would notice that billions – not millions – billions of US dollars would disappear irretrievably, to the point where it could imperil the entire Malaysian financial system? Did they think authorities in Abu Dhabi wouldn’t notice they weren’t getting paid US$3.5 billion?

Anonymous,  1 May 2016 at 20:37

As has been reported everywhere, there have been credible reports that nearly US$1 billion – US$681 million in one dose – made it into Najib’s personal bank account in 2013 and that US$620 million went back out a few months later to an unknown donation. Another U$42 million was transferred from SRC International to his personal bank accounts, much of which seems to have been spent in shopping trips in Milan and Monaco, among other enclaves for the moneyed. Rosmah has been photographed wearing enough jewelry to glitter like an iceberg in the sun.

Unfortunately, financiers in Abu Dhabi have noticed, along with the gumshoes of at least five governments who are involved in the grim chase for the money and the perps. 1MDB is believed to face debt obligations of more than US$6.481 billion to units of the Gulf emirate including US$1.75 billion on bonds guaranteed by International Petroleum Investment Corporation (IPIC) of Abu Dhabi. IPIC, believing the money was stolen, is refusing to cover the US$50 million payment. A cross default triggered by the affair is said to potentially pose a serious threat to Malaysia’s investment grade ratings, with traders and lawyers scrambling to work out the implications. The lawyers, as they do, are said to be lining up.

In fact, a lot more than the US$1.75 billion apparently has been stolen. Swiss authorities are demanding that 1MDB and the Malaysian government account for US$4 billion believed to have been laundered illegally into Swiss banks. The amount of missing money could be well over US$5 billion. If 1MDB refuses to pay, IPIC is likely to call on Malaysian government guarantees.

At least US$3.5 billion of the missing funds were in payments by 1MDB to what it thought was Aabar Investments PJS in Abu Dhabi. Instead, the money went to Aabar BVI, an evil twin established in the British Virgin Islands. The money apparently has disappeared.

Let's see what Hadi Awang's principles are:

"Najib flinching in the face of the Bank Negara Malaysia’s governor’s choice and shifting the sands in Sarawak to regain a larger majority (if it happens) in the state shows his limitations.

It is doubtful that Najib can repeat the gerrymandering in Selangor without the Party Islam Se-Malaysia (PAS) betraying the opposition, and supporting the BN government in the creation of new, BN friendly
parliamentary seats in peninsular Malaysia.

Speaking to Worldfuturetv.com, a former opposition ally now turned BN adviser said he was totally sure the PAS would give Najib a helping hand in Parliament to get the needed two thirds majority to vote a new
parliamentary seat configuration.

“This will change the game in Selangor in particular,” he said.

He said there could be a compromise between the BN and the PAS over the controversial Hudud.

He said 30 new seats will be added, including in Sabah and Sarawak but the BN would need 10 new seats (mostly Malay dominated) in peninsular Malaysia.

“This means BN in tight control (like Sarawak),” he said.

The new parliamentary seats means “marginal seats” and he mentioned the reshaping of Balik Pulau, Parit Buntar, Sekijang seats."

Its never a good idea to pick/vote someone who is tainted with murder corruption as the country leader. It is not a good idea to (associate with)/(pick)/(vote) someone who actively support a leader who is tainted withn murder or corruption or ....

This rule should be apply to the Sarawak election for the good and well being of the people.

B4 GE 13 BN is not sure of winning. That's why election was held at the end of the term. The opposition should be patient and make sure the election comission be sacked and replaced by an impartial one and the delination be done again before election thro the court( hopeless} and thro the monarchy simultaneously.

A meeting between the leaders happen and the ex PM knows the stakes are high.

1MDB mess has already happen but no one knows the mess. Should opposition won, The ex-PM will hide away in other countries. The 1MBD money will be of great help to him as no need to work any more and can be effectively hidden and untraceable. if caught end up court case and then jail.
1mdb mess for the opposition to handle.

Well BM won and not surprising the opp leader is now in jail.
