The Insouciant PM is letting this country plunge into anarchy.

I have just come back from doing my ceramah rounds in Teluk Intan. It is raining. So we managed to do two ceramahs. The attendance wasn’t something to shout about. Maybe 60 people.
We are living in a country that is breaking down. UMNO is labelled as celaka- not the Malays. UMNO does not represent the majority of Malays because more Malays did not vote for it. That is a fact. I am not repeating the math. UMNO knows this too.
Celaka is a common term. The Melaka people use the word as a plaything. The Indonesian Malay uses the term to describe something unfortunate, bad, or in that sense.
The person who said it is a lawyer. He would be more than willing to defend himself in court if the matter is brought so. Shahidan Kassim, the hypocrite UMNO Malay pretending to be a good Muslim urged the AG to charge the adun for sedition. Then do so. Call in the Linguists to testify what the word means.
But the BN government is behaving utterly irresponsible and lawless if it continues abetting and allowing gangs of UMNO provocateurs to start trouble. May 13 took place during Tun Razak’s time. If Najib behaves like the thick and vacuous person and dullard that he really is, this country will again plunge into a similar catastrophe.
We must thank the police for being present at the DAP HQ thereby preventing any serious crime from being committed. The threat is still there and the fact that spokespersons for that group have gone on to warn that they will burn the DAP HQ, if UMNO is offended, is proof that these groups can operate outside the law. . Police must act on this threat.  Who and what is UMNO that cannot be offended?  We the people, want to do more than that- We want to kick you out from Putrajaya.
Otherwise, this country will plunge into anarchy, and the leaders of BN beginning with the PM are allowing a free play of threats and intimidation to deteriorate into something more serious. If that happens, the blood of the innocent and the not so innocent will stain the hands of this insouciant PM.

  1. Dato, the country is definitely going backwards, while our neighbours have move forward. We were once one of the few economic tigers in our region. While Japan,South Korea,Singapore and Taiwan have maintained their position we have turn pussycat with tails between the legs and gone backwards. Now China,Thailand,Indonesia and maybe Vietnam have overtaken us.

The by election in Teluk Intan has sent shockwaves and mini tsunamis down Umno leaders spines.Instead of regrouping and coming back and giving their opponents a good fight, they have raised the white flag and sent in their reinforcements, the hooligans and samsengs of Umno Youth.

The Umno is letting loose the Umno thugs to intimidate and threatened the opposition. They have forced their way into the Penang August House. It is a shame to all Malaysians that we have such weak leaders to let such a rape on the scarcity happen to the August House. When Najib and his cabinet have meetings with other heads of states and they hear gigglings in the background, they will know why.The world is laughing at them.

And now raping the August House is not enough. They have threatened to burn down the DAP headquarters. When an opposition MP makes funny but stupid videos about our political clowns they want her arrested and charged in court. When their hooligans and samsengs crashed the August House or threatened to burn down a building they are left unmolested.

No wonder cowboys are running loose. Are our ministers old enough to remember the cowboy days of Medan and Hadyai when armed mauraders, rapists, kidnappers and criminals roam their streets in broad daylight.Their tourism economy was crushed forcing their federal gomen to take drastic actions.

In desperate times desperate actions need to be taken. But such types of actions should not be taken because Umno is going to lose Teluk Intan.Umno leaders should have the balls to admit that they have failed all Malaysians.

Creating chaos, havoc and bloodshed among the population is not the right way to save face. The right way is to admit defeat, wish your opponents well and take is as a jantan and eat humble pie.

    1. Better for them to act in such manner because by these acts they create their own downfall. The people are no longer stupid that they can't judge for themselves. This is no longer 1969, information is anywhere. They can't monopolize information anymore.

The silence of the cabinet ministers and Umno leaders of the recent storming of the Penang State Assembly and the threats to burn down the DAP headquarters by the Umno Youth is very appalling.

Are our leaders so crazy to let this type of babarian acts go unanswered or unpunished. Are they telling Malaysians and the international community that gangsters affiliated with the Umno have diplomatic immunity too.

Why not the ministers let Malaysians and the world know that Malaysia is a third world country.Because only third world countries condoned such actions. If these ministers keep their silence like church mice,it is like saying that it is okay to act like this.Okay means condoning.

And by the way where is Umno Youth president Khairy Jamaluddin. He is MIA,yeah.

    Maestro with a broken bow,

Things such as serious as the crashing of the August House needs to have the instigation or blessing of the movement's top leaders.

The foot soldiers have no balls to do such babarian acts as desecrating the August House and going against their national leaders.Besides they must have a guarantee of not getting into lockup and get beaten up.

  9. It is unfortunate that our PM does not open his mouth, come rain, thunder, hurricanes, tornadoes, earthquakes etc.

He only starts to talk (if we are lucky) after several weeks or months when things have passed.

He is definitely no leader and not coming close to be a follower.

I wonder what he has been doing all this while.

    Another Ahmad Badawi in Putrajaya.

Ahmad Badawi,Najib Razak's predecessor is called sleepy head.Sleepy head or no sleepy head,Ahmad Badawi is no pushover.

It took Mahathir,Umno and the opposition bloggers years to chased Badawi out.But we have to be fair to Badawi. He had sleep apnia syndrome.

Under Badawi's charge did he let cowboys and criminals roam our streets like the streets belong to their grandpas.Of course not.

Will Badawi let mat rempits harass and intimidate a young opposition Malay lady candidate?Of course not.Badawi is a gentleman.Badawi do not condoned gangsterism, period.

Will Badawi allowed Umno Youth's members to attacked the Penang August House.Never allow an attack on our democratic house. These animals will be punish to the fullest extent of our laws.

Will Badawi allowed Umno Youth's gangsters to burn down Umno's sworned political enemy DAP's headquarters?Never, not in his lifetime. They will again be punish to the fullest extent of the law of the land?

How about Najib,Muhyiddin and Khairi?Your guess is as good as mine.

  12. Tun Razak was the maestro during the May 13 riots. the writer probably meant that. obviously being an ex umno man, he is aware of rumours circulating who actually allowed race riots to circulate to enable a palace coup to take place. tun razak was the dpm then.

  13. Why not pass a law that anyone who says negative things about big brother will be charged? That will make sure people acknowledge the supremacy of umno. Better still, every citizen must prostrate when they see any umno member [ not leader], and treat them like royalty.

  14. Dato

You reported to the PM for many years in your previous life. Do you not know him already?

I only have him for PM for several years and all I see is a person who has never tasted hardship, is afraid of his wife and could not care less if everyone else in Malaysia has to beg on the street for a living or die of the common cold.

I would venture to say that his 'elegant silence' is his first and last tactic. Let the country break down and violence permeate. He can then come in a the 'saviour', call the army, impose martial law and suspend the constitution, just like what his father did. No need to worry about election or 52% of the rakyat who detests him and his party. Incarcerate the opposition and hope half of them will die in jail and the other half become insane. After that, call for an 'election' and "win' more than 50% votes. So what if a lot of other people could get hurt or other people's properties are damaged in the process. The more the merrier.

Isn't that obvious to you, Dato, after sucking up to him in your previous life?

Any person in leadership position with conscience and sense of responsibility will not let chaos and violence rule and do nothing. Unless, doing nothing is the plan in the first place.

Were you sleeping all this while, Dato?

  15. A repeat of May 13 is probably what they are going for. Because they think they can use it against their enemies and get the chance to put all those who are a threat to dislodge them from power and probably declare an emergency for them to hang on to power. They know that using the democratic way to retain power is getting farther and farther away from them. Their desperation is magnifying day by day. Their goons and hired guns are out in full force.

  16. What do you expect from a hpocrite. When his father sent him to UK to study. What did he do? He cheated his father. He devoted his time to partying with his girl friends. Now he needs dozen of advisors to do his homework.
After the belly dancing UAE he is spending a time in Tokyo entertained by Geishas. Mahathir did the same ( I have sighted a photo o that shown by a Japanese Sogoshosha). That was how he started to look East. But what we Malaysian get with him looking east ? Perwaja, Proton Saga,Dayabumi,Sogososhas, Twin Towers etc. Hordes of the plundering economic imperialists- the economic Ninjas likes of C Itoh, Mitsui, Japan invaded Malaysia.Malaysia was learning ground for some like to make inroad in energy engineering and construction. Perwaja lost billions a guinea pig for a new Nippon steel reduction process.

Next stop after Romah is done with he shopping in Ginza is Kahazkstan to his in laws and check on the Condos.Malaysian should keep them in Zoo Negara to keep company or the Pandas.

Khairi knows that he has fu#ked up big time.Whether he gave his blessing to the attack on the Penang State Assembly or his uncouth gangsters go against his authority,he as Umno Youth president and Youth minister must take responsibility for the actions of his samsengs. He should do the right thing.

Seek an appointment and go to Najib's office and hand in his resignation letter. This type of leader taking responsibilities for the actions of even samsengs have the respect of Malaysians.Shirk away from taking responsibility and forever be called a coward.

  18. Neo-fascist mobs getting bolder by the day as the 1PM stays silent.

But UMNO Baru-BN forget that all these alienate the law-abiding
middle class majority and all Malaysians of goodwill.

Also, all these lawlessness will further erode the legitimacy of the regime in the eyes of the public.

Just because Umno is going to lose to Dayana of DAP,is it politically correct to say that Umno has the right to send Umno Youth to storm the Penang SA and burn down DAP's HQ.Does two wrongs make a right?

  20. In South Korea a pasenger ferry sunk killing several hundred school childern. No fault of the PM,except the ship's cowardly captain.

The Prime Minister said she takes resposibility of the slow rescue response and hand in her resignation. That is a true leader.

Umno leaders you guys dare take responsibilities of your uncouth members.Stand up and be counted?

  21. Enough said about these Umno Youth uncouth members.Let us all not be distracted about these recent incidents. They are Khairy's headache especially with his 'I understand their feelings' remark,a bodex sign of weakness. As a leader one must think before pooping like a chicken.

Now let us go back to the Teluk Intan by election which is turning up to be rather exiting.Dyana is turning out to be very popular with the young Malays,Makchiks and Pakchiks too.She is having pictures taken with Umno members young and old.Makchiks and Pakchiks also like this charming well mannered, educated and politically savvy young lady too.To them she is going to be MP and pop star together.

When asked by reporters if they would vote for her and the answers are alway yes why not. When told that she is DAP candidate, the makchiks scolded that stupid reporter.DAP so what? She is Perakian and is one of us.Stupid boy you no brains reporters.

The mood is very good for Dyana Sofya. She is going to win big time.Maybe Changkat Jong 30% or higher? No so high for movie star status lah?Hehe.

  22. I do not know if Najib is insouciant. Does he care, or not at all? Who knows. But to me it really matter little if he is deeply concerned, or could not be bother the least by all the thuggish antics of his UMNO heroes.

Why? Because he can do essentially nothing. He cannot even put together a simple policy which he can stand by and defend. Infamous for his U-turns, he is given to swayying with the wind. So whatever he says, it is meaningless; he may well kostan before the echoes have died down.

And if he says nothing, his silence should not bother us any more than if he said anything either. Why? See above. Indeed it may be less aggravating than to fume at yet another exasperating U-turn from the so-called PM of Malaysia.

And Anonymous / 07:44, while Tunku was indeed the PM during May13, 1969, there are some who opine that the dalang of the racial troubles was Najib's father. It may be worth your while to Google for information on that for further consideration.

  23. My uncle who was one of UMNO ( Not UMNO Baru)leaders in Perak in the 1960s said Tun Razak should be held responsible for the May 13, 1969. They were scheming ( with Mahatir deeply involved)oust Tunku. Mahathir himsel sould be accountable or the Memali murders and tried for the crimes. Now Razak's son is responsible or the brewing unrest in the country.

  25. Threatening to burn down a building, isn't that criminal intimidation? against the law? Only gangsters are vicious enough to make threats like that but just as the cops can arrest them coz laws have been broken.I swear UMNO is looking more and more like a secret society triad organization or mafia /la cosa nostra more and more, or like the green bamboo gang in taiwan some years back, which had heavy influence in the politics of that nation.
But again, in terms of organized crime/criminal syndicate..many will be of the opinion that ,thats one ranking UMNO will score very high at globally.

In Malacca, we use "celaka" or more accurately "cilaka" for practically everything...... maybe Malays from Penang, like Rizal, Ghani and Musa should pay Idris Harun a visit and hear for themselves ...............Probably someone will just greet them and say, "Cilaka, lama tak jumpa, mana lu sudah mati?"
