P Bala on the Trail for Justice

The significance of P Bala’s briefing on the 27th of February can be reduced to a single conclusion- the execution of Altantuya a daughter of one set of parents, is traceable right to the doors of Najib’s house. For the thousands attending Bala’s revelations, (not just a thousand) the hall itself was full to the brim- they wanted to hear and look at Bala. Bala looked fatigued not nervous. He has just come back from India and had spent the last two days drafting out a structure to deliver his revelations. They came to confirm what they believed in their hearts of hearts – that somehow, Najib Razak must be called up to account.
The trail now leads suspiciously to the PM and to the circle of people close to him- whether it’s Musa Safri his ADC or Nasir Safar. When RB asked Bala whether the latter knows where Altantuya was that day- he was actually expressing relief. How so? He was relieved that the boss ( RB of course knows full well who he is ) had taken over his problem. He was also relieved because someone more powerful and bigger than him has taken over. He was therefore justifiably happy and pleased.
From that day onwards, RB can be said to have severed any responsibility over Altantuya. The responsibility at that point in time passed on to the VVIP who had his battalion of minders do his bidding. The VVIP therefore owes a duty of care to Altantuya who had by then been taken into custody by the two policemen. Razak assumed that his problems were over not knowing on that fateful day, Altantuya was already executed. Execution seems to be the better word for it- the intent to kill was obvious. After being shot, she was bombed with the explosives  C4.
Now, access to C4 need not be overplayed. Getting the substance does not require the signature of the PM- has he got nothing better to do? Everyone in the quarry industry knows that you go to the police station and apply for the procurement of the material stating the purpose for is usage, you get the substance. No PM’s permission is required. The PM isn’t a store keeper.
The more interesting thing to suggest is the ease by which the two policemen got the material. We can look at the records and discover whether the 2 policemen sought permission from the Police to get the material. They could have given any reasons to get them and being policemen themselves, they could get them easily. So there was no mystery there.
Now once RB felt that his responsibility over Altantuya was severed, our attention and focus must now be directed at the people responsible for planning  and giving orders to the two policemen to execute Altantuya.
That is the interesting part in Bala’s expose. We are interested in analysing the behaviour of RB. On the whole, it would suggest that he indeed has nothing to do with the execution of Altantuya.
That was why when he was met by Bala at a lawyer’s ( Puravalan) office at the UOA building, he insisted that he had no cause to account for the whereabouts of Altantuya. She had been taken out of his responsibility. That was also why he had sent an SOS message to the VVIP whom we later discovered to be the then DPM and now the PM. He may have asked and justifiably so- why should he answer any questions when the VVIP had taken over?
Why would RB find cause to send the sms to the then DPM unless of course the then DPM had some links to Altantuya. After all by RB’s own admission, he serves as minder over Altantuya on behalf of the VVIP.
We should then establish whether there was a sexual relationship between RB and Altantuya. There are now whispers that Altantuya was entrusted into RB’s hands because RB is useless in that department and can’t possibly sow his oats and damaged the prized property-in spite of being described as a prostitute. He was a mere trustee on behalf of the VVIP. The VVIP therefore has no cause to send a sms text to RB asking him to be cool as matters are being sorted out unless he was the one that would rightly be held accountable.
Bala’s revelations will be good material to besiege the PM and UMNO. Why are we not surprised that not one single UMNO bahagian has come out declaring they are solidly behind the UMNO president. Indeed, as I talked to my UMNO friends, their stand is, this is a private matter that the PM must sort out himself.  Having made the bed, the VVIP must now lie on it. Let Bala prepare the comforter and pillows.
Sain baina uu, ta? that's greetings in the Mongolian Language.

  1. boss, one correction...

C4 is not used in Quarry... Its always between Nitrogliserin (NG) or Ammonium Nitrate Fuel Oil (ANFO). I have worked in quaries before...

C4 is military grade explosives. I am not sure if police have this. Maybe only military or maybe they get from Thailand??

  2. Salam,

I think now..... all in Malaysian people's mind is focus towards this man : Najib bin Razak.

As a Prime Minister, how this man keeps quite of every important and critical issue facing this our beloved country? ... and facing his personal issues. (buat muka tebal dan tak tahu malu)

In the UK, when everybody complains about horse meat issue, the PM immediately talk in TV.

So is other country, the CEO of the country always immediately on TV screen to explain to Rakyat, when any critical issues arise.

In Malaysia????? In TV and mass-media, Najib only talks BR1M here BR1M there. Celebration here celebration there giving Rm500 like launching Tadika. Almost everynight, TV broadcast every UMNO crook shown giving BR1M to people in dewan. What is this??

And Che Det behind curtain make noise like mental patient (hooo haaa haa).

Is this our PM only can talk and do?

And then insulting people regarding election date by asking questions "Bersedia tak? Bulan depan? tahun depan? Tunggu semua sedia"

I don't know what kind of human is this Najib.

Rakyat is already fed-up the way he runs the country, tha way he response to critical issues.

Just imagine how US university students response to very simple looking Michelle Obama attending their campus and ......... how our university students receive Kak Mah with thick intan berlian? she suddenly quietly escape and slip backdoor begind the university campus. (malu bila mahasiswa dan siswi pegang sepanduk). She runs away like a mouse.

So .. .what's the credibility of our PM and his beloved wife handling a bag full of ...........

Well.....it's time for the rakyat to dump UMNO baru BN to the remote island far from humankind.

I read Quran. I speak Malay. I respect other race and religion. I don't need this crooks to lead our country.

Whether Altantuya is a prostitute or a mistress it doesn't matter.A pussy is still a pussy. As long as the pussy does not belong to the wife,it is khalwat. What has the religious authorities have to say about this.

But as usual, the religious authorities only go after the ordinary guys. When it comes to politicians and VIP's they have lost their balls and their dicks have shrunk so small, you need binoculars to see them.

  7. What puzzles me is the PM has been speaking as though he is the defender of Islam?
It's even more puzzling when Islam defenders Ibrahim Ali, Perak Mufti, Perkasa etc accept Najib as their leader.
It's puzzling how a man connected to a murder cannot be touched by all the laws of the land. Is this a Banana Republic?

  8. Dear Datuk Sak

What a laughing stock Malaysia has become to the rest of the world under this kleptocratic UMNO Baru-BN regime and its scandal-ridden leaders!

A former PM who actually admitted that his regime gave out hundreds of thousands of blue ICs and Malaysian citizenship to illegal aliens in return for votes. This is high treason. Yet nothing happens to him and he continues to harangue us with his daily outpourings of "verbal diarrhea".

A sitting PM who takes no action (such as filing lawsuits for libel) when publicly accused of complicity in murder.

Manufactured scandals such as Sodomy 1 and Sodomy 2 against a former DPM which nobody in their right minds would believe.

What a joke Malaysia has become in the eyes of the rest of the civilised world !

  9. From all the evidence, our Malaysian autorities pretended not to know about this case eventhough it is their sole responsibility to do so. No balls, all castrated, chickens all of them and totally useless, good for nothing except carry balls. .

“Bala’s revelations will be good material to besiege the PM and UMNO. Indeed, as I talked to my UMNO friends, their stand is, this is a private matter that the PM must sort out himself.”

This is not a private UMNO matter at all. It is a matter of great national import. How can we have a PM who is clearly implicated in a murder, not to mention an improper sexual relationship, and of course the small matter of a RM500 million commission in military procurement?

This story must be brought to the attention of all the people of Malaysia. The people of UMNO and the rural Malays must know about this sordid affair. Bala would be a great help. The people must be told about the true character of this man called Najib Razak, wife fearing but not God-fearing.

Dato,it is a shame that the HM Hishamuddin wants to negotiate with the militants, rebels or terrorists or whatever we want to call them.Just because they are Taulog Muslims and they have many of their tribesmen here who are turned into citizens, who will be voting in this coming GE.

Our leaders have compromised the security of the country,in favour of giving top piority to the safety of armed Muslim terrorists, instead of thinking about the safety of Sabahans first.

What is the point of spending hundreds of billions on building our defence, when we cannot handle a couple hundred of terrorists who invaded our shores.

And anyway what happen to our scorpenes.Maybe they did sink and sank deep into the ocean afterall.

The army should have been deployed at the atart, and the Generals take charge of the situation instead of the HM,who is wet behind the ears. And by the way what happen to the defence minister. He was MIA.

The casualties on our side could have been avoided had the army take charge in the first place.

Well, that is the price our security forces have to pay if the leaders want to put politics ahead of the nation's security.Pandering for votes from the illegally converted Muslim population in Sabah.

When Bala mention abt her multiple passport, the guy beside me immediately scream perisik. I think he is right, even Tukar Tiub mention b4. She might hv link to the Lee acrosss the strait and the Lee were holding deathly evidence of Jibby, which is why he sold the KTM land. This case is getting more and more interesting...

He is Malaysia's leader and nothing is private when you holds that position.
    Check out Nixon and Clinton.
Crooks have master the art to twists and turn like Mahathir for reasons..they know best.
Bala and Deepak have said so many things...so clear...pointing fingers at Najib.
His silence clearly proves he is guilty.
    Mahathir advised Najib to ignore.
Any fools can give that stupid advise to a guilty person.

  18. Anon 08:59, you don't seem to understand that you can't deflect the core issue of the murder by talking about 'arseman'.

Sure 'it is not him that matters most but the well being of the whole rakyat', so how does calling someone an 'arseman' going to help address the issue of the well-being of this nation.

The issue here is the murder of a foreign visitor and what has to be done to bring the culprit(s) to book.

To give UMNO greater credibility say something sensibly without revealing one's educational and social background. 'Arseman' hints to somebody coming from the lower rungs of the social ladder. Give us a break!

  19. Tian Chua ahli politik jijik, bebal

    Bye2 PKR ....
