We come once again to the issue of the government’s purchase of Eurocopter’s Cougar helicopters. The bid prices were as follows:-
- T521/07/A/001 - RM 2.103 billion (RM 175 million/unit)
- T521/07/A/002 - RM 663 million (RM 55 million/unit)
- T521/07/A/003 - RM 502 million (RM 42 million/unit)
- T521/07/A/004 - RM 772 million (RM 64 million/unit)
- T521/07/A/005 - RM 2.479 billion (RM 207 million/unit)
- T521/07/A/006 - RM 1.120 billion (RM 93 million/unit) - Eurocopter
- T521/07/A/007 - RM 1.219 billion (RM 102 million/unit)

Sakmongkol’s question is, where is the price mentioned by captain Zahar? His was RM898 million or RM 74.83 million each.
Where is the price he cited for Eurocopter’s RM 2 over billion which could buy Captain Zahar 30 Kazan Copters?
Eurocopter’s bid was not the highest. There are 3 higher bidders than Eurocopter. There are also 3 lower bidders than Euro.
This captain Zahar is the same fellow who made reports against the President and deputy president for money politics. He is also PJ Selatan UMNO head. He is expected to nominate other people than Najib and Muhyidin.
It will be interesting to watch his next moves. If the moves are of the same quality as his ‘expose’, then god save all of us.
Sakmongkol suspects when he signed the mentari services letter, he was either sleeping or even worse, drunk. He had to sign twice( 2 letters).
That means, the letters were prepared by other people and the other people needed only to borrow the motion of his hand. Now, if sakmongkol were being mean, he will say, this is rent seeking of the highest order!. it is a masterful handjob, putting to shame all Malaysian adolescents!

I don't know what this Capitano's game plan is. He's made reports (Umno disciplinary and ACA) against the incumbent and incoming president; and now he's trying to make both look as if they've got their fingers in the kitty - heli contract approved during Najib's time and contract signed by Pak Lah.
From my perspective things are not looking good for him. He's beginning to look like a paid-up member of the ass family - what with the two letters and the wrong maths.
Either he's got a bloody good game plan or he's got an incoming missile coming to land bang on his head.

this for me is the agenda belakang tabir Kapt (B) ni. I reckon so since sekarang ni to get to know someone you must either be pejuang atau pengampu kuat kalu dah masuk peti ais tu susah sikit.
Jadi nak keluar dari peti ais ni mungkin kena jual diri sikit kot.
