The najibfication episode and the effects on our economy.

1. In this essay, we shall discuss the dis-economic effects of the najibfication incident. There is no such term I think, but it refers to adverse economic effects of the najibfication incident.

2. With the najibfication incident, Anwar achieved these dubious ' failures '.

3. ' najibfication ' is a term in our lexicon which refers to the general discount or waiver or flexibility given to you as a result of your misfeasance, non- feasance or your actions.

4. With the najibfication incident, Anwar has achieved the following unenviable 'honors':- * Breaks faith with the people or rather the people's faith in him to change things is broken. * shows he is unable to rule the country according to law * brings the country dishonour and disrepute * can't stabilise the country * Can't prosper the country

5. This najibfication incident has caused people to lose faith in Anwar Ibrahim as a person who can change. It reminds us of the slogan by the Ragin Cajun, James Carville who famously coined the phrase, change or more of the same. Mamu Anwar seems to fall in the latter category.

6. Or as the great economist, Milton Friedman says, most of the time, the good intentions mouthed by someone will produce the opposite results. That appears to be the case with mamu Anwar.

7. The najibfication incident represents the height in the miscarriage of justice. Of course we have also not forgotten when the 47 charges against Zahid were mysteriously dropped . These 2 black eyes of justice pushes Malaysia into the corridors of infamy.

8. Which leads us to the question of implementing the law, more specifically, the supremacy of the law.

9. It shows that the PM is just inept at implementing the law. His bombastic claims that he wants Malaysia to be a country ruled by law, are just rhetorical and empty talks. The fabled law which is blind as justice is, seems to be the law as defined by the PM. It is determined among other things by the flavour at the moment. The law varies not according to the bishop's nose but by the dilation of mamu's nostrils .

10. If an important principle of supremacy of the law is that no one is above the law, that principle is violated already . Obviously Najib is more equal than the reasonable man on the KL MRT.

11. The convict Najib who stole and makan duit and harta Haram jumps the que and gets an early hearing for his appeal. Ordinary felons get to snail-pace to even get their appeal read.

12. Najib, the PUTERA of the bumis( notice that in the word Bumiputera, PUTERA always appear in front of Bumi) is entitled to get special and privileged treatment. He gets a 'happy ending' after a massaged session by the pardons board. That's orgasmic, man!

13. Probably, as a beneficiary of a pardon himself, pmx ( the x not being a 10 but a name for someone who forgets his ideological roots) the Sungai long Bolshevik and the LV liberal feels compelled to help a fellow bourgeoisie.

14. And as if to mollify public anger, rage and fury over the najibfication incident, the pm says sanctimoniously, that even a convict has a constitutional right to appeal. Sure, every citizen has that right, but that doesn't explain Najib jumps the que and has a better right .

15. Further, PM shockingly says that the decision by the pardons board is fair. That statement deserves an expletive, don't you think?

16. In saying this, PM is showing that he is both irresponsible and insensitive to the judiciary . This is a terrible indictment on the implementation of justice in our country .

17. He implies that the courts have not been fair when remitting sentence to bloody Najib the embezzler-in-chief. The courts especially the court at first instance have not considered the many(sic) contributions of Ali babavum Najib .

18. Patting himself on the back, only him and the uncharacteristically compliant pardons board are capable of doing that. The courts, he implies, are not capable.

19. This is patently untrue. The courts have indeed been too fair to Najib. Some people say, the courts favoured the rich and powerful. Mamu Anwar fortifies that favouritism.

20. The courts, especially the court of first instance have been fair and have taken into consideration, the contributions of the felon. The courts could have tried Najib consecutively instead of concurrently. Then he would have gotten 72 years instead of 12 years jail time. Then even if the pardons board gave a 50% discount on the jail sentence, he would kena 36 years. He would have languished in jail as a wilted old man .

21. There is another thing. By his own admission, the pardons board and he, in the capacity as PM, advised the king. Meaning, the King decided upon the advice of the pardons board including the PM.

22. That debunked and repudiated the spirited assertion by Najib's lead counsel, that the king acted alone.

23. The fact is, the king decided upon the advice of the pardons board and not unilaterally decided. The whole episode would then make the opinion by the bar Council President to be more reasonable.

24. More reasonable than the assertion by Najib's lead counsel. So if many people feel angry about the najibfication episode, don't fault them. They feel the decision by the pardons board is both unjustifiable and unjusticiable.

25. Betrayal of the trust of the people and his inability to forge a country ruled by law with its supre of the law principle and the many promises butchered, will certainly shorten the PM's political longevity. We can discuss that elsewhere though .

26. Betrayal of the people's faith and trust and the confused motion of law will turn Malaysia into an economic pariah . This now, is the subject of our second part of our discussion.

27. The immediate result is to turn Malaysia into an investment -hostile country. We do not need a Moody's like rating to know that Malaysia is rated 'c' for for investments.

28. As a result, the country is able and will only attract the 2nd rate investments. These can be seen if we looked at the undoctored and unspun figures on FDI, on our exports, on cost of living index and inflation etc.

29. By the way, I often wondered as to what kind of goods are included in the basket of goods used to calculate inflation by the authorities? The rate of inflation doesn't match at all with the rise in general price level at all. It makes doubt the official inflation rate of 1 to 2%. Why doesn't the authorities say what kind of goods are included in the basket of goods so that we all can calculate?

30. To top the absurdity, we are regarded as bloody fools by DPM fadzilah , who claimed that investments are highest but cannot be seen. So the fabled investments are invisible and can only be seen by the extraordinary sight of the DPM is it?

31. Then the investments are will o the wisp or jack lantern investments. Their flickering lights seen only by the DPM over the swampy investment terrain crafted by Pakatan hipokrasi, eh Pakatan harapan. Led by PKR -parti kencing Rakyat of course.

32. Malaysia is turning into an economic pariah partly due to historical inheritance. But it's pariah-ness accentuated by many mishandling of the economy by mamu Anwar/Nana Non.

33. The deficit in investor confidence is due partly by the scourge of 1MDB. How so?

34. I have not reached the level of sophisticated thinking that links 1MDB to the falling ringgit, but certainly the adverse effects on the general economy, I can understand.

35. There's a real danger that a successor government such as that helmed by mamu Anwar may also inherit the kleptocratic legacy of 1MDB. Sadly the indications are there.

36. Its already happening. It requires only the existence of 20% bad hats to spoil the broth. Or it takes only a dollop of indigo die to spoil the whole cauldron of coconut milk .

37. Anwar has been dragging his feet investigating or hoping people will forget the alleged corruption levelled against PKR people .

38. Consider the following allegations:- A. The alleged corruption over the award of flood mitigation project from 7b to 11b. And 1b rumoured to end up in some people's pockets.
B. The siphoning of monies meant for NGOs or using the name of NGOs.
C. The controversy surrounding the rushed award of HSR project.

39. Ironically these despicable acts are carried out by parti kencing Rakyat helmed by Nana Non.

40. It's the 20% rule mentioned by Murphy's or Parkinson's law. It only needs 20% bad hats to characterize the organization.

41. If a successor government inherits also the kleptocratic and thieving mentality, then the energies and drive of the government are directed at machinations to enrich people in power instead of enriching the country.

42. That the country is idiotically managed is evident now. The ghost of saying the same thing to the government then, is now haunting mamu Anwar.

43. The deficit in investor confidence is caused by the inheritance of 1MDB- like kleptocratic. mentality. It is further made worse by betrayal of the trust of the people, by many promises unfulfilled. The height of investor deficit is reached by 2 mortal sins commited by Nana Non - the DNAA given to the dumbass Zahid and the najibfication episode.

44. Imagine these unenviable achievements were secured within 1 year's of mamu's rule. If more time were given to mamu, more idiotic achievements will take place

45. All these lend credence to a gloss on Parkinson's law - more idiotic work expands so as to fill the time given.

The Sungai long Caesar and the bad rap. Part 3.

1. In this part of my essay,we will discuss the bastards at large. Let me begin by reconstituting some of what Christopher Hitchens said .
   
   
2. In part I become a blogger so I don't have to depend on the press, vlogers and YouTubers for my information.
   
   
3. They either lie, misinform or conspire to form a certain public opinion about an issue.
   
   
4. That is asserted without evidence, can also be dismissed without evidence. Extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence. Let us hate stupidity especially in its nastiest forms of racism and superstition. And we hate lazy stupidity couched in emotional hyperventilating.
   
   
5. Don't be seduced by irrational pleadings, however transcendental and pious they appear especially if uttered by silver- tongued maverick like mamu Anwar. Never surrender our independent thinking . Dispute and disagree for disagreement sake.
   
   
6. Don't care two hoots if you are regarded as arrogant or disagreeable person. You want to retain a free spirit of inquiry .
   
   
7. Points 2 to 6 are reconstructed sayings of Hitchens. With that we are ready to discuss the ubiquitous bastards in our community. God, there are many of them. Some people's children. Habis camno !
   
   
8. When Najib got convicted for the SRC crime, after 4 to 5 years, it restored somewhat the people's faith in the Malaysian justice system. It also raised people's expectations,, that perhaps mamu Anwar with his Samy vellu mane, will bring good changes.
   
   
9. But when Zahid got DNAAed and now, Najib got his najibfication, it shatters the expectations. Anwar does more of the same .
   
   
10. It has broken people's faith in him. He's not even a reformist, but a conservative and a revisionist. He wants to restore the business as usual ethos. Only it's now flavored by nasi kandaq
    
    
11. Readers must know that I support mamu Anwar; won't throw him under the bus but will not hesitate to criticize him, speak forthrightly and with candour. But he has to tolerate my colorful and at times pejorative description of him. Mamu, BossNon or Fuhrer undt Reichkanzlor etc .
    
    
12. I criticize him to make him aware,to point to what I think are the errors of his ways. This is opposed to PNs criticisms of him, the objective of which is to unseat him. That's why they are constantly conniving to oust him by extra parliamentary and undemocratic ways .
13. There are consequences to the najibfication of the SRC crime. The consequences can't be controlled by mamu Anwar anymore.
    
    
14. First, it shows the inability of Anwar to govern Malaysia as a country ruled by law. If one of the principles of the supremacy of the law is that no one is above the law, that principle is already violated.
    
    
15. By getting a najibfication, it shows that Najib is certainly above the law. He gets an early board hearing, a 50% discount on the jail time and over 70% of the fine imposed . The law varies with the dilation of mamu Anwar's nostrils.
    
    
16. It doesn't matter who has the prerogative to pardon, it is the pardon itself that is contentious. Mamu Anwar seems oblivious to the fact that more people are angry over the pardon. More than the number of UMNO bastards and social media lackeys.
    
    
17. So don't be sidetracked by lawyers argle bargle about who has the prerogative. We, the people, the reasonable man riding the MRT, are not arguing nor interested in who has the prerogative. It's the pardon, stupid!
    
    
18. Anwar appears not to be thinking about this matter seriously. His callous and insensitive remark that Najib got the najibfication was in consideration of the contributions made by the convicted felon, exacerbated people's anger.
    
    
19. That remark was given at the assembly of civil servants in Putrajaya.anwar was too scared to even say it to the public, fearing the backlash from the people.
    
    
20. Remember , it's not the contributions of Najib that are being judged here , but the crimes committed under SRC .
    
    
21. That remark is also a terrible indictment on the justice system administered by the courts, especially the federal court.
    
    
22. Najib's guilt was affirmed by the federal court. That remark makes it appears that the top judges at the apex court, were incapable of appreciating or failed to consider Ali babavum Najib's contributions .
    
    
23. AU contraire, I think enough consideration was given at the apex court. What if Najib's sentence were to run consecutively instead of concurrently? The idiot would have gotten a 72 year jail sentence instead of a watered down 12 years . The 12 years jail time have taken into account his dubious contributions.
    
    
24. 24. There are at least 3 issues here.
    (a). Anwar has broken faith with the people. Or rather people's faith in him is kaput
    (b) his inability to rule a country according to the rule of law
    (c) he has dishonoured, brought the country into infamy and disrepute.
    
    
25. At this juncture, I would like to ask a question not asked by many including the bastard lawyers. Is this najibfication not only retrospective but also prospective? Will it also cover possible felonies under 1MDB?
    
    
26. This najibfication phenomenon will bring terrible consequences upon Malaysia. They are never envisaged by BossNon.
    
    
27. Any of the factors mentioned in #24 or a combination of them will turn Malaysia into a pariah state. Quality investments will stay away from Malaysia. It will attract investments from sharp business people who believe that the law is a negotiable commodity.
28. There is a real likelihood that our economy Will contact somewhat. There will be reduction in our gdp growth .
    
    
29. Domestic investments alone are not enough to compensate for the nett loss in FDI. And contrary to what the Economist Magazine said that the najibfication incident will not affect our Ringgit, it will. Our Ringgit will fare worse against uncle Sam's currency. In the next few months, we will breach the 5 Ringgit to the USD mark.
    
    
30. When that happens, we have to grudgingly accept that our economy is managed by an imbecilic government headed by mamu Anwar. Wasn't Anwar the person who said that the reason why our Ringgit fared badly against the USD, was because the government is run by bangangs? It still is..
    
    
31. There is bound to dissension in the ranks. Only UMNO, which is complicit in the contrived pardon supports PKR. I don't think Amanah and DAP fully agree in the pardon.
    
    
32. There will be an upsurge in corruption and a abuse of positions. For instance, PKR has remained silent over the flood mitigation projects. When they were tendered out by Tuan Ibrahim, it costs us 7b. When it was re tendered by a PKR minister the cost goes up to 11b. And there was allegations that up to 1b will be pocketed by someone. Why the silent treatment?
    
    
33. Now that people feel that Anwar's position is precarious because of the najibfication incident, everybody wants to make hay while the Anwar sun shines.
    
    
34. It's a case, the scum rises to the top. The true colors of UMNO or people DNAed by UMNO values come out.

The Sungai long Caesar - Featuring The Inglourious Bastards. Part 2.

1. In the film ' the eagle has landed ' the character Michael Caine says, it's foolproof Hans, I can always see a thorough going bastard when I see one.'
2. But never you mind.' I am a bastard too. I love bastards. I am a bastard begot. Bastard instructed. Bastard in mind. Bastard in valor . In everything illegitimate.'
3. Let me begin with the Bastard UMNO or rather the UMNO bastards. They are tricking us really .
4. Using its right hand, which to Muslims, is used to perform clean tasks,it pompously declares it respects the decision of the king. Really, it's the decision of the pardons board.
5. But really, it uses the name of the king to protect its evil machinations .
6. It uses the name of the king to protect itself from universal condemnations. How can we allow UMNO to use the name of the king to straighten a wet thread? Which is the crime committed by Ali babavum Najib? Isn't UMNO exalting a crime?
7. UMNO makes it seems that it alone is uber loyal to the institution of the monarchy fuyoo, no one is more loyal to the institution of the monarchy than 'oomno'. That's bullshitology. the true loyalists are the the Malay people and peace loving Malaysians.
8. That claim is just for show, fleeting and ephemeral. In the past, during the constitutional crisis, UMNO people said all sorts of nasty things against the monarchy. Plus, they were willing to do all sorts of nasty and shocking things to the Malay rulers.
9. During that constitutional crisis, 7 people were hailed as heroes. They were called the magnificent 7. One of them, is our Fuhrer und Reichkanzlor, Anwar Ibrahim.
10. And as usual, it's left hand is doing all the devious, underhanded and evil machinations.
11. Immediately after saying it respects the decision of the king, showing off its uber loyalty, it launches a signature campaign. The purpose is to agitate for the overturning of the king's earlier and accepted decision.
12. It will launch a Nationwide campaign mobilising the UMNO hoi poloi to actually dispute the decision of the king. A decision done by the king, as said by UMNO
13. That looks suspiciously as sedition to me. Instigating the people to pressure the king to revise his earlier decision. It could lead to enmity towards the institution of the monarchy. The police should investigate UMNO for sedition instead of Tony Pua .
14. The utterances of some UMNO bastards worsened the issue. These utterances were imbecilic and mindless . It's UMNOspeak , what can you expect ?
15. By the way , I use the term bastard not to mean issues out of wedlock. I use it as a generic term to describe obnoxious, irritable, disagreeable, objectionable, bad persons.
16. There was an UMNO bastard who warned others not to let the Najib issue be the cause resulting UMNO to break off from the chapcheung government. Don't talk big. If he has the testicular fortitude, move such a motion at your agm or mkt meeting . See whether it can see the light of day. Perhaps, it will cause the bastard to be expelled from UMNO. Please carry our your threat .
17. The cocky bastard UMNO still refuses to accept that it is no longer the government. It can't dictate the terms of its presence. It must adjust itself as a 'boil' or 'pimple' within the unity government. If it's not happy, then get out . It's a case of come not called, go not asked to .
18. Then, there is this sanctimonious UMNO bastard, who has this habit of quarrelling with non UMNO parties especially with DAP over non consequential matters . As if quarrelling makes him to be seen as a hero and therefore he shouts himself coarse till blue in the face .
19. His behavior is of course reflective of the inherent hubristic and cocky UMNO attitude itself. That is the attitude which causes UMNO to be rejected by the people in the first place . UMNO is not able to see this.
20. With a bastard like this in UMNO, UMNO doesn't need enemies to see its own demise and extinction. Not only does this chap suffers from non compos mentis, forgetting that UMNO is no longer the government, but also suffers from the Don Quixote mentality, seeing that UMNO is besieged by a non existent Chinese dragon.
21. So the bastard tells the UMNO fighting cocks to assert their supremacy by way of brutalizing the non UMNO public especially the non Malays. He advises the UMNO fighting cocks not to be cows pulled by the nostrils. What to do if you are cow-brained?
22. What do you get when you vote UMNO?
    
    • You get a party that uses all underhanded tactics to subvert the law.
    • You get a party that reverses Dennings statement, ' be ye ever so high, the law is above you. In Malaysia, people like Najib and the selected are above the law . Courtesy of BossNon.
23. 23. You get a party whose world view is based on everything extreme and dangerous to Malaysia.
    
    • It is uber nationalist
    • It is uber religious
    • It is uber royalist.
24. But you know these are hollow claims. It projects itself as uber aggressive to stay in power and gets allegiance of ignorant Malays . It's purpose is always to establish a thievocracy or as you know it, kleptocracy. It reaches the height of infamy under Ali babavum Najib.
25. You get a party which asserts its supremacy by faulting, blaming and demonizing all other Malaysians, including Malays who don't subscribe to UMNO world views. It asserts it's supremacy not by its achievements, but by entitlement claims and by virtue they are god gifted Malays.
26. Then there's jolly and Randy Jo, who gives a bizzare advice. He advises all the right mined Malaysians to accept the decision of the pardons board and move on .
27. 27. That advice applies only to those who object the decision. Strangely, it seems to exclude the UMNO fighting cocks.
28. Immediately following a special MKT meeting, discussing the najibfication by the pardons board, UMNO launches a signature campaign and will or has now launched a Nationwide campaign to petition the king to modify his decision.
29. What do you make of these actions? To the reasonable man, these actions are in defiance of the king, dispute his decision and insulting to the king. To me, the police ought to investigate UMNO for insulting the king and not Tony Pua.
30. And yes, a new phrase has entered our lexicon. Its called najibfication which means getting a discount overall, for a crime proven and committed. The first beneficiary of najibfication is Ali babavum Najib himself. Malaysia boleh, lorr
31. We must now reject the narrative given by UMNO on how Malaysia works. It's one that subverts the law unless the law confers benefit to UMNO .
32. The case of Najib represents the obsession of UMNO to bend the law as it were unless the law is below them. Justice to Najib to UMNO is only realised when Najib is completely exonerated. If the law doesn't provide that, it will execute all kinds of evil machinations including getting a criminal pardoned.
33. What does that tell you? It means Malaysia works according to the law as defined by UMNO. We can't accept that. Its discretionary rule instead of rule by objective law, even if the law has creases here and there .
34. The narrative UMNO gives as to what works in Malaysia include the following elements:-
    
    • The law must always be subservient to UMNOs interests
    • Is driven by racial supremacy. Progress is always seen as to whether UMNO Malays dominate other races.
    • Malaysia is driven by ultra religiosity. Islam is used to suppress and discriminate non Muslims.
    • UMNO claims its more loyal to the monarchy than others. Hence our level of monarchism quota determines your Malaysianess.
35. In short, UMNOs weltanshauung is always laced with defiance of the law, extremism in everything, racism, xenophobia and paranoia. It can only enslaved the Malay people by perpetuating mistrust and adversarial social relations. UMNOs prescription is the sure road to serfdom .
36. The fatal mistake committed by BossNon is that he forgets one important reminder given by uncle nick Machiavelli.
37. 'Never bring others to share disproportionate power'. He gives that to UMNO. Fatal mistake , BossNon.
38. UMNO, the implacable enemy is allowed to recover its power base. UMNO now controls Felda, Risda, mara and a host of federal regional development bodies. Lu Mahu mati ka?

1. You can never trust lying UMNO. It pompously said it respected the decision of the king. On the same breath it launches a signature campaign. Brainwashed Malays will sign.
2. The second action negates the 1st one. It actually means UMNO defies the king. It is disloyal. In ancient times a person committing disloyalty was impaled . So, in the next elections, you crucify UMNO punishment
3. UMNO actually disputes the decision of the King. Therefore it has no moral authority to stop other people from disputing the decision .
4. What do you expect from double faced and duplicitous UMNO? Now you know the true colors of UMNO .
5. The agenda of UMNO is clear. Free all crooks
   Exalt the corrupt and the embezzlers.
   Ensure UMNO is led by the elite, the feudalistic minded the decadent.
   Bully all non UMNO people
6. It is clear that UMNO wants to subvert Justice. Justice for them is when the foremost kleptocracy is completely exonerated
7. So they are lawbreakers or even criminals in potentia. The government should have a preemptive provision to put them in jail. After they cause trouble, it's no use jailing them .
8. The existence of the pardons board is an anomaly. If it's created by the constitution , it can also be undone by the constitution. Scrape it .
9. It is an anomaly in the Islamic sense. If you were a Muslim, if you regularly read the sayyidul istigfar, the last sentence says, none has the power to pardon except You .
10. So if mere mortals assume the power to pardon, equaling the power of God, that is blasphemous. Isn't it?
11. Herr oberstleutenant inFahmy Fadzil warned people not to overcomment on the Najib pardon. It may result in punishment. In other words, be quiet, fools .

16. Anwar has committed the unpardonable sin, which can't be pardoned by the pardons board ie break the faith of millions have in him.

I read this joke. A long time ago. In Readers Digest . Younger people may not know of this magazine. It is good for learning the English language .

Speeches from the legal mandarins.

1. Her lordship, the CJ said the judiciary was unjustifiably maligned by the inefficiency of others in the legal system.
2. This was presumably in response to the stringent criticisms against the judiciary given the DNAA given to jahid .
3. Zahid was proffered with 47 corruption charges but was given a DNAA upon the request of the AGC.
4. That was a mathematical miracle which can only happen in Malaysia. The outcome of the math varies  with the mood of BossNon. This was a black eye in our judicial history.

6. Like it or not, the dropping of the 47 charges will forever be our DNAAgate.
7. We must allow the monologue statement from the CJ to go unchallenged. That statement, from the view of the public seems unduly over sensitive.
8. From the viewpoint of the public, the statement is self serving. It's designed and meant to protect and to preserve the perceived infallibility of the judiciary.
9. Because it's perceived infallibility, any criticisms towards it, are by definition, considered as unjustified. What more if the perceived infallibility is supported by legal acts that preclude any criticisms.
10. You know immediately, that those who like to justify something by acts, are actually intolerant of disagreements and difference in opinions. So, the shut out any dissent, by referring to this or that out. Really their purpose is to keep their turf protected. They are territorial after all.acts, are the refuge of intolerant people.
11. I am inclined to say refuge for scoundrels, as dr. Samuel Johnson did
12. In this 21st century, we should be more tolerant and accomodate dissent not stifle them by some acts or some judicial views.
13. The views attributed to mdm CJ assume the force of law and effectively serve as fetters to difference of views.
14. In America, the 1st amendment provided for criticisms and disagreements through protest. Therefore if some judicial decisions are met with strident criticisms even from noisy and boisterous MPs or from busybodies like I, the dissent comes with the territory .
15. Instead of having recourse to some archaic acts, we should have provisions like the 1st amendment.
16. The speech by madam CJ, surrounded by her regally robed judges is objectionable on the following grounds.
17. First, it confers upon itself the quality of infallibility, it is intolerant of criticisms, it hides behind acts drafted by mortals and probably inherited from the fish and chips imperialist.
18. As long as the people in the judicial fraternity fart, fornicate and menstruate, the judiciary can never be infallible. So, chill, mdm CJ.
19. Nevertheless, the succinct speech by mdm CJ, is like the Chinese cheongsam worn by seductive waitresses in Chinese restaurants. Of course the mp from Kuantan cannot go there as he would be extra gatal.
20. Before we discuss the revealing aspect of the speech, we want to tell the CJ, that the public is keen to know the rationale behind the dropping of the 47 hot potatoes.
21. The dropping of the 47 charges seemed arbitrary, indicating lapses in due diligence,lack of thoroughness and lack of transparency in dealing with high profile cases.
22. May we remind the public that leaders are expected to hold higher ethical standards. The charges initially proffered against wak jahid simply means he has no standards. Yet these are the qualities preferred by UMNO supporters. It must mean that leaders like these and UMNO must be rejected in the next elections. As I have said, let us perform the last rites on the political dinosaur.
23. May we remind the CJ, the public looks at the DNAA issue differently. Not only they are keen to know the rationale behind the dropping of the charges, the issue can undermine public trust in the impartiality of the judicial process and it's transparency.
24. So, despite her consternation about public disquiet, the public has the residual and inalienable right to know the rationale behind the DNAA.
25. So that she gets down from her moral high horse, know that public distrust in the impartiality of the judicial process is increasing.
26. Wasn't it Lord Denning who said that the law is not a technical game to be played only by technical experts, but is a living force to be treated with compassion and wisdom.
27. Dismissing public disquiet and criticisms and doing so by some judicial practice acts, the public is not aware of is neither compassionate nor wise. Indeed, it is disingenuous and hitting below the belt .
28. From the CJ's speech, who the f is the institution which caused the stiff necked judiciary to be maligned and vilified? Confound it!
29. It cannot be the disdainful, contemptuous and held in low esteem SPRM. Somehow they managed to put up investigation material which the judge and the AGC then agreed that there was a prosecutable case.
30. Suddenly and inexplicably, the AGC did a volte face. They went back on their words and applied for a DNAA. An abortion done at a late stage is very perilous to the health of the judiciary. The DNAA for Zahid, is the height of absurdity.
31. The one to blame is the AGC. Going back on its own words, is a sign of a sign of absence of amour propre, a sign of capricious and whimsical conduct. It certainly indicates a lack of due diligence on the part of the AGC.
32. At this juncture, I must share with you what my friend, Zaid Ibrahim once told me. 'Judges and lawyer are like eggs. We have grade A, B and C'. With the DNAA against Zahid, I see many egg heads in the AGC.
33. They are good- in the standards of grade C eggs
34. As if in defiance or feeling guilty, the AG said the AGC is under no obligation to explain to anyone, it's decision to withdraw its case. He cited some acts to that effect. 
35. Perhaps that is your prerogative. But Mr smart Alec AG and Mr little Napoleon, that is a wrong message to the public.
36. The message to the public is, you are not accountable for your actions. That cannot be. We are not hooligans, knaves or irresponsible fellows  . The law,bit seems assists in a fundamental mischief. There must be something wrong with the law .
37. The usage of law acts to justify, preserve your status quo or to benefit you , is generally unconscionable.  To me, you just cannot argue your case. Often acts are the refuge of scoundrels. It really reveals you are a closet freedom hater .
38. The point is, ' let a thousand flowers bloom'. 

How the public sees the process of justice is depicted as follows:-

To ban Netflix's man on the run or not to ban. That is the question for BossNon.

1. Businessmen who have monopolies, licences, concessions are in the main enemies of the free market. Yes, they are all for the free market, except they don't want the ethos of the free market applied to them
2. They rush to Putrajaya to get special tax rebated, they want cheaper loans and government assistance, they want to preserve their monopolies.
3. When sapura is in trouble, it wants the government to help them. Nobody touches the monopoly on rice while saying publicly, we want to sort out the rice problem.
4. Bossnon doesn't really want to dismantle the monopolies, even when saying loudly he wants to break up the monopolies.
5. Bossku is all for freedom to compete for all party positions, except don't challenge the ketua bahagian2 post. If possible he wants the position till eternity.
6. Bossku, his lawyers, his psycophants and his major domos are all for freedom of information, freedom of the press etc. Except when they affect his interests.
7. So they pester and petition BossNon and the authorities to have Netflix's 'man on the run' be taken off from being communicated in any form.
8. The lawyers say pompously, the documentary is prejudicial to the interests of bossKu Ali babavum Najib. If the documentary were complimentary of Najib, his psycophants and majordomos, would embellish it with unbridled gusto and lustful appetite.
9. In fact, the nextflix rendition is boring and make it out that UMNO is composed of heroic and righteous people.
10. So, BossNon and the bungling and inept communications minister should not pay heed to the pleadings of bossKu's lawyers and other psycophants to unfree the nextflix documentary. Nahi, Machas.
11. Indeed, if the communications minister were politically savvy, he would air the stories about SRC international and 1MDB so as to inform the people.
12. Instead, he is more interested to ensure his hair is combed properly and his hair is in place, tries to look more handsome and perhaps make sure his 'dick' is ever ready.
13. In the meantime, he announces his big data project to hide the fact that he is doing a lousy job as Malaysia's Joseph Goebbels.
14. So, BossNon, see the quality of your people. I must admit that he is my friend, but won't treat him with kids gloves.
15. Sorry for the digression, back to the nextflix issue. There is absolutely no justification to ban the documentary, unless it harms 3rd party .
16. In this case, only the interests of Ali babavum Najib are affected. No harm is cause to the public at large. And some UMNO apparatchiks may be offended but they are few in number. Ignore them .
17. This follow the principle laid down by J.S. Mill( the economist), not a lawyer I am afraid lawyers may not know who Mill is .
18. The principle is this. There is no justification to use power against a person's own will, unless the use of that power is to prevent harm the issue causes to 3rd parties. The negative externalities argument.
19. Najib's private interests, moral or emotional are none of our concern. But the interests of the public at large, save for a few UMNO psycophants, are. The public wants to know what is going on . That need shall not be denied by an intolerable executive ban on the nextflix documentary.
20. That freedom of information must include access to any media publications, however obnoxious they may be regarded.
21. Lawyers for Najib say the publication of the Netflix documentary is prejudicial to Najib's defence. Let's take them on this issue.
22. Isn't that kind of argument an insult to the intelligence of the judges? It means, they are not capable of forming objective decisions. That they are easily swayed and easily influenced by some bitchy stories.
23. This issue really is a litmus test to show whether the people articulating the issue believe in freedom or not . Clearly the lawyers for Najib and UMNO psycophants, like the monopolist businessmen, want freedom for every one. But when their interests are not favourably accounted, they want special treatment.
24. The government must show whether they are on the side of private bourgeois interests OR on the side of the interests of the mustadafin/lumpenproletariat.
25. In a sense, how the Netflix issue is being played out, it is the manifestation of where the entitlement mentality is being challenged.
26. The Malay elite and bourgeoisie believe they are entitled naturally for special treatment and privileges, entitled to their demands etc. These are being challenged by the unhindered airing of Netflix's man on the run.
27. If the government accedds to the requests of these reactionary buggers, it's affirming the self entitlement mentality.
28. As to the documentary itself, it's a very boring film, yawn-worthy and only makes the ang-mohs heroes .
